Never heard of LL Flooring, just ran into it via web search. After dealing with JAMES at LL Flooring in Westminster, I was SOLD. He provides brilliant customer service, very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, professional and is just AWESOME in what he does. The floors are thick, price is reasonable but James is what made me come back the second time. Thanks James--youre the BEST!!!

My contractor highly recommended this location. I didn’t quite understand until I met James. He took the time to explain all the different products - vinyl vs. engineered and solid wood. JAMES made my decision easy and I am an indecisive woman. He had to hear all my thoughts for 1 hour (could have been longer if I didn’t have him). And in return, he gave me NO PRESSURE purchase, KNOWLEDGE of product, and his PATIENCE. I made my purchase in-store at THE BEST PRICE!!! The confuse to access this shop and the 99cts. Is not theirs fault or Google maps. There is huge construction going on over 405 fwy which is just yards ahead from what was their main parking entrance. So I figured it up the best is turn right in the residential street before the ramp!

James is awesome. Kind, helpful and friendly. Ive had a couple of other employees at other stores that act like I am a bother.

Much better experience here than at the Lakewood location.Not happy with the service at the aforementioned Lumber Liquidators, we travelled a bit further to this store. Upon arrival, our eyes spied the pallets of flooring on clearance outside the entrance. With our discerning eyes, we scored some very cheap laminate in the quantity we needed.Service was good. The man helping us engaged with us, and not multiple customers at the same time, which really irked me at the Lakewood store. Not having room in the SUV we arrived in, I made arrangements to pick up our paid for laminate flooring the next day.Coming back before lunch, the same associate directed me to drive to the warehouse in the rear, where he used a forklift to bring the pallet next to my truck. He wouldve assisted loading up the flooring, too, but I was already about done doing so. And, off I went with our new flooring.Lumber Liquidators is conveniently located off the 405 freeway, with a private lot shared by 99 Cents Only store.Having the bitter aftertaste of the Lakewood store, I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and courtesy at this Lumber Liquidators. Purchasing flooring was simple. Of course, there was some upselling recommended, but thats expected. Overall, I had a positive experience and I recommend this Lumber Liquidators location for your flooring needs. They do have the best prices!

I really enjoy the savings on their closeout tools, and the flooring is at a great price!

Their poor customer service and the fact they are very disorganized makes the process fairly painful and cumbersome. I would not recommend them unless you have the time and patience to chase after them. Given their recent health issues ideally it would best to avoid this brand all together and go with one that might be around and able to guarantee their products long term.

There customer service is ok depending on who you get theres a Mexican guy thats really cool & a white middle aged guy who is a total bully. The problem is with the quality of there product. I spent $5000.00 they screwed up my order BIG TIME! When i tried to exchange the boards they said they couldnt because i had opened them. How am i supposed to know you gave me the wrong product without opining to look at? So they send you straight to corporate if you have any problems. I went to corporate. They admitted they screwed up bad. So after a month of haggling i got 127.00 back!!!!! 127.00 on a 5000.00 order?!?!?! This place is the worst. Hands down they are pure thiefs.
