Great rates on wheelchair rentals and outstanding customer service. A short-term rental turned into a long one for us. When we finally bought the chair, they gave us a great price. Months later, one screw fell and they offered to look at it and tighten the rest. It gave my mom great peace of mind before her trip. Thank you

I have to express my thanks to Health Essentials and to Monty in particular. I had purchased a brand new oxygen concentrator and was not sure it was producing the proper flow as specified. Although Health Essentials doesnt service my brand and Monty knew I would not be a potential customer, Monty offered to check the flow rate for free. He checked the flow rate and declared it to be working fine and as specified. This removed a gigantic worry from my mind. Not only did he take the time to check my machine at no charge, he gave me a fifty foot canula for free! Such kindness and selfless interaction with the public, with no hope for profit, is truly rare and highly commendable.

By far, Healthcare Essentials is the best above and beyond all the others.The last item that we got from them was a CPAP machine. They made several visits to deal with issues and hose replacements. Just cant believe how good their customer care is.Special appreciation goes to Rob whos been so available, patient and knowledgeable about the equipment they provide for my family.Keep up the great work guys.

Do not use very poor service person in charge is Office Manager who has no knowledge of their equipment or need of patients with COPD. Plus refuse to service our back up E tanks to be used during power outage. Does not an E tank from an M6 system small tank. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PATIENT LIVES WITH THEM!!!
