The Jeweler is legit. Great to see the youth in him. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my Grandfathers Rolex that he bought in 1966 for repair. He told me everything I would need to do even though I spent no money in his shop. His advice on the watch was spot on and told me to ask for certain things because it was considered a Vintage Rolex. I would trust this business with all my jewelry repairs!!

The gentlemen who work here are extremely friendly and helpful. I had two watches that needed to be altered. One was an Apple Watch 42mm band and I did not bring the watch (although I should have). He was still able to take out the perfect number of links. He was also willing to may any alterations if it did not fit. These guys are great. In the short time I was there, I heard many compliments from their frequent customers.

Called in for an extremely limited edition Seiko. To my surprise, they were able to get their hands on a few! Viet was super helpful, knowledgeable, and just an amazing person to deal with. He helped me secure a deposit to purchase the watch at retail price, whereas other authorized dealers wanted to charge me absurd resale prices.This place has top notch service, both in person and over the phone, and was just a pleasure to do business with. Only luxury watch store in Southern California to have hard to find timepieces. I bought several limited edition watches from TICK TOCK and am very satisfied with their services. They also brokered a high-end time piece that I sold recently. Viet is an excellent person to work with and the prices are very competitive to online deals as well.

Best place to get battery or link replaced. Prices for services are much cheaper here than elsewhere and they do quality work! Fun fact: the store owner managed to head shot 2 robbery attempts over the past two years. Dont mess with the store here.

Viet explained and disclosed what he will repair on my rolex and even provided me the price if I’m willing to have it repaired. He gave me the old parts of what he replaced on my watch when I left. Accidentally left the dial open on my expensive Omega Seamaster watch and jumped into the ocean. Robert at Tick Tock Watches was able to completely restore the watch and salvage it at half the price Omega quoted me. Workmanship was top notch and the they finished in the exact amount of time and the price they quoted. Frankly feel like I have a brand new watch. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My original visit to Tick Tock was in hopes of repairing a favorite watch I’d recently dropped and damaged.  Viet examined the watch, suggested the damage might be repairable but that he’d require the necessary parts.  Unfortunately for me, the watch is a smaller brand (Rip Curl), was purchased 20 years ago and hasn’t been manufactured in years, so parts are no longer an option.  I appreciated Viet’s honesty as he could have charged me $100 to take it apart only to make the same determination.  Moreover, he didn’t pressure me to purchase another watch or offer an expensive alternative, which was appreciated.After searching online for my original, damaged watch (or at least one I could use for parts), I came up empty.  From there, I focused on finding a new watch that suited me and one I could someday pass down to my newborn child.  After searching, I found a unique Breitling Superocean (Outerknown) with a distinct NATO band.  I contacted Viet about the watch and he got back to me with a competitive price and availability date.  Being that it was a speciality watch there weren’t many in stock but Viet provided a realistic time line which ended up arriving about a month earlier than promised.When I picked up the new watch, Viet spent extra time explaining how to set and wind the watch, use the Chronometer and offered tips on how to keep it in excellent condition so my daughter will be able to use it someday.  The extra time was greatly appreciated.Bottom line, my experience with Tick Tock watches was an honest, family run business that takes pride in providing not just a product, but holistic service to their clientele.  Although I’m hoping I won’t need another watch until I’m able to hand this one down to my daughter, I wouldn’t hesitate to provide Tick Tock future business and/or a solid referral.

Last week, I bring back the watch because something wrong with the dial, they was happy to fix and no charge, I am very pleased with the services and highly recommend .
