Sean (originally Steve) and this company has been the accountant for my 2 businesses and my family over the past 7 or more years. His service and that of his firm is simply over-the-top awesome. The firms prices are super fair, deadlines are met or exceeded, Seans personal style is warm and caring. His dad Steve is the now retiring/retired, brilliant and more old-school no-nonsense founder (I totally love him and his insight / experience is spot on, but his style is quite different than Seans; Sean has the bedside manner charms as well.). Steve has been great! He’s very imformative and is very hands on. If you have a question he has an answer.

Steve knows a lot about the business however I did not appreciate how he spoke to me in our last meeting. He also speaks to others in a similar, demeaning, tone. My husband called to inquire and let him know that his words could have better chosen. He was unapologetic and refused to understand our discontent. We are not professional tax preparers so we rely on professionals but did not feel that I, as a woman was spoken to respectfully and with out the insertion of demeaning remarks and curse words. I sincerely hope that this was a bad day on Steves part however I recommend that you approach with caution. As a small business owner I am sad to say that I can not refer Steve to associates nor clients of my own.
