Before I entrusted in BC Taxes I was using Optima Tax Relief and the services they were providing I would of had to break my lease because I wouldnt been able to afford to live. I havent even worked with these guys yet and I am so impressed with their sense of customer service. I am an early stage start up and really needed tax advice. Remarkable service in times when most businesses are grabbing revenue at every opportunity!

Gave them $1500, waited for them to negotiate. They ended up doing what I should have done by myself . Which was set up a payment plan. They send me another retainer fee of $1250.00 so I said goodbye to BC TAX . I’m not sure exactly what they did except send me a what was supposed to be a scary letter about my situation with an invoice for 1250.00 more . Why give it to BC TAX when I could be paying the government? That’s all the IRS wants is their money. I feel like these places will feed on your fear of the IRS and keep the case on as long as they can so you have to keep paying the retainer fees.

I had a lot of money in tax penalties that it turns out I didnt owe. After discovering that on my own (with the help of a friend), I reached out to BC Tax in Colorado to get my money back. The process was much more involved than I was expecting, but that wasnt their fault. They were at least up front with me about the extensiveness of what I needed. In the end, I was able to receive a refund for a great deal of money I had already paid the IRS. I cant thank them enough.

What an effective and outstanding company BC Tax are. I went to them, totally clueless and powerless to the IRS and no possible idea how to resolve and 12 year old issue. They handled it like a star team. Going forward things should be much more manageable now.

The tax professionals at BC Tax have been absolutely fantastic! As a young person I have been really really bad about my tax returns. The IRS put a ton of fees on me as a result and I couldnt handle it anymore. I finally decided to dish out the money for some professional help, and bam! I have a payment I can afford.

Total scam. Collected fees upfront and did nothing but ask for the same documents over and over. Did not communicate with the IRS, did not provide copies of documentation that they claimed they sent to IRS, and then had the nerve to ask for another payment in order for them to continue to do...nothing. Eventually they stopped responding altogether. “Businesses” like this should be illegal. DO NOT hire these people. Save your money and hire actual attorneys or CPAs (these people are not either one of those things).

I found the company to be very knowledgeable and on first tier terms with the IRS. In the end I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the settlement and the people that represented me.

When I first started my business, I overlooked a lot of taxes I needed to pay and thus threw myself straight into debt. After doing this for several years, I decided that I needed some help reducing my fees, payments, lost assets, etc. I brought my case to a couple other firms, but I ended up working with BC Tax because they seemed so confident in what they do. I think I made the right decision. Not only did I manage to get my costs way down, but I learned how to prevent the same problems from happening in the future. Inappropriate calls to report a situation that doesnt exist, promote wrong information, refuse to stop calling you and then get insulted when you tell them to stop. Reporting their number to the FCC

They dont return calls and work very little to resolve your case. Ive been with them for over a year and get calls and letters daily from the IRS.

If I could give 10 negative stars I would. These people took my money and never did ANYTHING. I chased them for months trying to get help. The only thing they did was put together a financial for me and somehow still sent it to the wrong fax number. My assets all froze by the Dept of revenue due to their incompetence. Their closer on the phone made my case seem like a slam dunk but in reality, my money just went into a sink hole and I was always shifted to some intern who knew nothing and was obviously trained to tell me whatever I wanted to hear just to wear me down so I would go away. No help at all. Avoid these thieves.

With extensive years of experience and the services offered, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tax services.
