Came in for a consultation for the dark spot removal laser treatment. Ended up being a nice conversation. Liked how candid and helpful Dr Tien is about the process and outcome of the procedure. I was ready for the treatment that day but because I’m going to Oahu in 2 months, the Dr recommended I start at least 2weeks after my return.

Informative staff. Great intake and outtake procedures. Exactly how I wish I would’ve done laser tattoo removal years ago. Professional and easy to find. The main difference I saw was a very bright lit room to do the procedure. After more than 20 sessions at other spas, this was the only one that didn’t leave me in a dim lit room. It was refreshing.

I found this place on google and went in for consultation which led me to getting my first treatment for dark spots. They convinced me by saying that the result will be permanent. I went back for a second session because I didn’t see any difference the first time around, but even the second session turned out to be a complete waste of money. At $300 per session, this place is a complete rip off. They try to convince you that it’ll take more sessions to see a difference only to take more money from you. Also they initially say the laser treatment will take 30 minutes, but in reality she only treated me for like 5 min both times I went in. Look elsewhere!

I went in for a consultation and came out with with my first treatment on a tattoo removal. The process took about 2 minutes from the time I took my shirt off until the time I put my shirt back on. The actual laser process took like 30 seconds about a 2 1/2 inch tattoo of an unmentionable psychotic name. Easy and highly recommended. If you can tolerate a needle, you can tolerate a laser.

The doctor helped me better understand the process of removing my tattoo and helped motivate me to take steps to get the best results as I continue my treatment.

My visit was quick and easy! I felt super comfortable. Everyone was friendly. It definitely helped me ease my nervousness having such a chill laid-back doctor help me out. My skin had severe pigmentation, but only after 2 treatments my skin improved significantly with fantastic results even though Im already 70 with not very good skin condition. Dr. Tien was awesome with professional skills and customer service. The staff there was very friendly and helpful, too. I just had my second tattoo removal session with Newhope Skincare, and I can’t wait for my next visit. I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone is so nice there from the lobby to Dr. Tien. They took before and after pics to document my progress and its crazy how much my tattoo has lightened in 10 weeks. I’m far from done but the progress is very encouraging. I remember the first session hurt pretty bad. It was do-able since it’s so quick but it was definitely worse than getting a tattoo. This time around though, I must be getting used to it, because it didn’t hurt nearly as much even though the laser was set to a higher level. You don’t need to buy anything for aftercare because they provide a bandage there for the first couple days. I’ve been really busy lately but each appointment I’ve had at Newhope has been super quick. I was in and out of there in like 15 minutes each time. I can’t wait for my next session already.

I am a tattoo artist. Only reason I give 3 stars is because of the high cost. Tattoo removal takes the same amount of time, NO MATTER THE SIZE 1-2 mins max under the laser. This being the case, each removal session is between 1-2 mins. Yet the price can vary from 100-700 dollars PER SESSION. To me this is just the laser people taking advantage. They don’t incur any more “work” due to a larger tattoo so why should I pay more? I got a discounted rate of 300 per session..no guarantee of removal or of how many sessions will be done. These machines are expensive they cost about 100 grand, but a burger place also spends over 100 grand for a decent kitchen to be built. So all business’ incurs cost but they don’t sell cheeseburgers for 600 bucks each.

What a great office!!! My mom is a first time patient and we loved the way we were treated. The doctor thoroughly explained and answered all of our questions about the eyebrow tattoo removal. He was very professional and friendly! The laser tattoo removal pain was a 10 (1-10) for my mom, but its because her pain tolerance is low.

Upon entering, my parents and I were greeted immediately by the front desk! The lady (I forgot to check for name) gave me a form and within only a few minutes, I was able to get a recommendation done! The assistant, I believe his name was Sean (...I’m terrible with names), and he gave me and my parents all the details of what was going to happen for my procedure (tattoo laser removal). After the consultation and pricing, we only waited about 5 minutes before going back in to get the procedure done!I was treated by Dr. Tien, who also prepared us with special goggles (as not to harm our eyes). The procedure took literally less than 5 minutes! There was minimal pain (I came in thinking that I might at least let out a few yelps) and was bandaged with medical-grade covering. The assistant then gave me a paper for post-procedure care and then we were free to go!Thanks for being so quick and concise!!

I went to this place to remove my tattoo and Im very happy with my experience . Staffs are very nice and willing to answer all your concerns . I have done 4 treatments at this skin care and I went to back today to continue as scheduled but I didnt need to pay this time because my treatment has been completed . At the beginning, the manager told me my tattoo only need 4 treatments and if it didnt remove completely yet then they still treat me but free . Im totally forgot about this great deal so I paid today but the front desk girl gave me back money . Im appreciate that they gave me back money . Its just simply not fair for you having to wait up to 8-10 weeks like everybody else. Inconceivable.I really hope Dr. Tien gets a chance to see this, and considers talking to the staff about courtesy and professionalism. I searched for Pico lasers on yelp and found Newhope. It was super easy to sign up for a free consultation online. I went in for my consultation and had my first treatment in less than an hour. The staff was great, attentive, and friendly. I was so nervous, but Im so happy I pulled the trigger. The laser definitely hurts, but the procedure is so darn fast you hardly notice the pain. It literally takes seconds!!! I have my 2nd treatment booked and cant wait.

Great customer service 👍🏼 Wasn’t planning on getting the procedure done the same day at all, but I did! Procedure itself took only 20 seconds. And I was in that room for maybe 5 mins max. From start to finish I was out of that office in under an hour! Highly highly recommend this place!

Dr Tien is very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to the process. Prices are very affordable, and results are great. Im a tattoo artist and Im on my 2nd session. the majority of the light stuff is gone, and the black areas are fading fast. I recommend people who come into my shop all the time when a cover up is not possible. Clean, friendly, effective, professional what else could you want. Btw its super painful, BUT it is extremely quick. 30 seconds to 1min of pain is well worth not having an eye sore on your body for the rest of your life

After what happened with Dr. Tattoff i was very skeptical and weary of going anywhere else to finish the removal process of my tattoos. But my tattoo artist Jill Sarratt recommended Newhope LSC and has even had a few removals done herself. Since Ive known Jill a long time, I trusted her judgement and finally went for my first consultation on Friday. The drs were empathetic to my previous experience with Dr. Tattoff and spent an hour with me going into detail about costs, sessions, post session care and healing times. They are genuine and care about their patients, utilize newer technology as well as detailed post session care to ensure your skin heals properly which includes your diet and how well you take care of your body. The Dr could tell i was still a bit uneasy and suggest i try one session same day at a discounted price and give it a couple months to heal and think about wether i want to continue and if so i had the options of buying a package deal or pay as i go. I could tell he really listened and cared about me as a person and not just another dollar sign. I would definitely recommend!
