Very helpful very friendly gave me lots of information to help me through tough times including where to go to get medical help and also help me with my rent and other things these people here are very special people and do good work for God.

Wonderful place for those in need

This place is amazing. I went there because they were offering free school supplies to my kids. But not only did I receive free school supplies. We also received free brand new books for all the kids. Shoe vouchers and clothes sign up sheet. I know they also offer discounted or free haircuts on certain days. This place is a heaven sent. They offer so much to everyone. I just got lucky to come across such a place. The staff is wonderful also. Very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

Any help you can get from anywhere is appreciated now-a-days. The volunteers that help run the organization, that I believe is a non-profit facility owned by the Methodist Church across the street, have certainly...changed since I needed help from them about 2 yrs ago. I recently found myself short on cash and needed some household items; dish soap, a couple loads worth of laundry detergent and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The way I was talked to, or more accurately talked AT, made me feel more ashamed than thankful as I hurried to put the items in my car. I understand the different people they must have to handle on a day to day basis, but do THEY understand what its like to be in those peoples shoes? I certainly dont profess to know what people are thinking but there isnt any guessing involved when I know how Im made to feel when Ive gone thru the process myself. Just saying....

Very hrl0ful my 1st time there! Gave my friend a ride and they were giving out free school supplies, I did not know how many services or what they offered. My friend was getting a voucher for an eye exam, n I was eligible as well and got 1 for myself! Will be getting exam next month, takes a good month to schedule exam appt.

Great with helping the community. Rating would be higher but the lady at blessings closet is rude and abrasive. They should get her out of there and replace her with someone happy to be there.
