What an amazing experience. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and speedy. Tiff was great, Dominic was great, Nicholas was great, and I’m sure the work they did was awesome. Super impressed all around. Offered me services and it didn’t seem pushy in the slightest. They gave good genuine advice on whether my air filters needed to be replaced. I took my truck in for a simple oil change. It was speedy service but it should be its just an oil change. When I got my windshield sticker I realized that I was requested back after 3000 miles when I shouldnt be since I paid for synthetic. Synthetic should last at least 5000 miles and 7500 at most. Then after the next day I realized the boys did their oil change messy because they got oil on my chassis and it eventually dripped onto my driveway concrete.. Not to mention they got oil from there hands all over the top of my truck. Mechanics used to put protection shrouds on your car or at least clean them when you got them back then then again these boys are not mechanics.

Came at lunch time expecting a line. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took about 1 hour. They opened my air filter compartment to find that I had a K&N air filter that I have to clean myself. They didnt close the air filter compartment properly after putting it back together. My car was making a louder sound than normal so I found the issue, and I had to remedy it. It closed fine after I put it back together myself.

They are thorough and helpful. Highly recommend you stop by and get your oil change.

Nice guys. I pulled in here after hauling a trailer in my underpowered truck from Los Angeles...I got in and out quick. Theyre very thorough and I heard them commenting about the oil filter being overtightened (LoL, gimme a break. I was in a rush!)But I thought it was funny. And yeah, shes right.Thanks guys. I usually do all this stuff myself but Ill definitely recommend to my friends here and safety wire my filter instead of cranking past a quarter turn.

I really like this place. The manager and staff are truly friendly and helpful. They communicate with each other well too, ensuring everything gets done quickly. They talk to me about different services that my car could used, and theres no pressure to do them. Being able to stay in my car for the service is also really cool.

The crew was clean and professional. It was obvious they were following a protocol or procedure which is reassuring because it gives confidence that things are being done right. They werent pushy when I declined services I didnt want that day. They showed me my dip stick after the oil change to confirm it was full and they did a complimentary light check (blinkers etc). A pleasent experience overall.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years, the staff is always friendly and efficient. Amy helped me on my last visit, she was particularly helpful informing me as to the process of things and getting everything done on my truck. She was exceptionally friendly, even to my child in the backseat. Not only are the oil changes fast but all the other services are fast too. Its nice being able to get almost any maintenance done on my truck while Im there doing my oil anyway.

I love that this service is quick (was there for MAYBE 10 minutes) and I can stay in my car. I loved seeing a woman in the shop, I’ve never seen that before. Dominic and Moises also helped make the process quick. My tire pressure light has come on since my visit, but that could be due to the very cold weather that happened after my visit.I saw another comment about pricing being high but they did more than what I was charged for, including checking my tire pressure, brake fluid level, power steering fluid, and battery. They also added windshield wash fluid and helped me reset the oil service indicator light. At the end of my visit, Amy said I could fill out a survey about my experience to get a few dollars off my next oil change as well. I love the win-win of the business wanting feedback to know how to improve and being rewarded for that feedback.

We have never used a quick in & out oil change place before. But after calling around & getting price comparisons & scheduling/time estimates we decided to try the Valvoline on 92nd & wads. Their prices were slightly higher, but we just couldn’t beat the convince.When we arrived we had about a 5 min wait. During that time they checked our lights & tires. Once we were in the bay, the crew on shift was extremely professional. They communicated with each other in a very precise manner, ensuring every fluid was not only checked, but double checked & accurate. In addition to their communication with each other, they also communicated with us & walked us through every step including resetting the alerts in our vehicle.James & the crew were so helpful, we couldn’t be more pleased. Ya, the price may be a bit more than competitors, but based on the service we received I’d gladly pay it again!See you in 4000 miles!

No complaints. It was maybe slightly more expensive than other oil change chains, but not by much. You stay in the vehicle while they complete the service. Overall I would go back. They were open on Sunday, when everywhere else was closed. Quick and friendly service.

I have been coming to this location for years. Today was not a good experience at all. The mobile app shows zero wait time, so I thought it would be in and out quickly. Not so much! Long lines in all 3 bays. No estimate on wait time. Shuffling of cars for some odd reason reason with no explanation. Not sure if there were new staff or no manager on duty, but I left because of a lack of communication. Not a good experience overall.

I’ve never seen a valvoline take so long. Was told each vehicle of 15mins at the worst. Pulled up and waited over 20 minutes. I left and the same vehicles from when I pulled up we’re still in the bay with their hoods up.2 stars because the kids checking each vehicle was SUPER nice.

I always go to Valvoline for my simple oil changes. They dont do any services like brakes or tire rotation, but they always give good and extremely honest service. Ive been here many times, but this time made me want to submit a review. I was helped by Lex, who was extremely professional, helpful, and polite, and I truly enjoyed his friendliness and helpfulness. James was also someone who helped, and he was also friendly, light, and professional, and very helpful. Valvoline is doing an excellent job during this time, as well, and does oil changes without having to leave your car for COVID. Great service overall!

If youre not bringing your car to this business, youre doing it wrong. The staff is friendly (James did a great job), they communicate everything theyre doing at the moment they do it, and theyre not pushy about other services. Their business is extremely clean for one that works with dirty engine fluids, too. For a cost total only slightly above what it would cost to do yourself, its worth keeping another business going during these times. Highly recommended.

While the service and people are wonderful and kind, and staying in your car is a huge plus in the pandemic, Id like to mention I paid $94 for a full synthetic oil change in my 2007 Infiniti sedan. For 15 minutes of service, and the given cost that a bottle of full synthetic is around $25-30 and a filter is around $10, $94 seems like a huge difference especially when my old dealer before I moved was $50. Not to mention the sticker claims the oil needs changed after 3,000 which is usually not the case for full synthetics. I greatly appreciated their courtesy but I will not be visiting again due to the price as I cannot afford that regularly. 5 stars for their workers and cleanliness, 2 stars on price.

The synthetic oil Change for my Subaru impreza is now$100 !I might as well go to the Subaru dealer for my oil changes. I try to avoid the dealer because of their high price tag on maintenance. But if valvoline charges that much???I will say they do a good job and the staff is greatBut$100 for an oil Change is to much

This oil change was the worst experience in my 30 years of maintaining vehicles! The service technician charged me for the oil change and drained my oil before they checked for the oil filter which was out of stock. I then was not told until I asked what was taking so long as I had a physical therapy appointment and their errors made me miss because they took forever having to go to a parts store to get a oil filter.Then I asked for my money back since missing my physical therapy appointment cost me out of pocket if I miss a appointment.The manager tried to give me a free oil change however Ill never go back to Valvoline again because this latest oil change was a disaster.The manager said that I would receive a refund in 3 business days yet NO refund was returned even though I had to give them my card again to refund.To top it all off Valvoline did not check my blinkers, break lights or headlights like the did to the many cars that were in bay 2 and 3 while I waited for 25 minutes just to get the part on site!Never again, I had all my oil changes done here... NEVER AGAIN!

I have been coming to this store for years and always have received excellent service. I was in there recently and noticed the high quality of workmanship from all of their employees. Everyone was polite and professional and took pride in their work. I spoke with Dominic, the manager, and thanked him for leading a very well run team. Ive had a heck of a time finding a place that gives as good quality service for my RV as this place does for my other vehicles and to my surprise I found out that they work on RVs too. I highly recommend this place.

I had service work done at this location. Got home and noticed a heavy smell of fluids.It was after the business had closed. I call to leave a message and was greeted by an operator. He noted my concerns and told me the store manager would contact me the next morning.The next morning Dominic called and asked me to bring the truck back. Not everyone is perfect and I want to say they cared and took care of the mistake.Very nice group of people.

They were super fast and efficient. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the first car to clear but once I was in the bay I was out in 10 minutes. A little more expensive than my last oil change but for the convenience it was totally worth it.

Went this last Saturday and was thoroughly disappointed. oil all over the side of my car oil spilt on the engine. my truck was a quart low they didnt top off fluids. I had to tell the guys where my oil filter was located on my truck no one could find it. the worst part was that the air filter the dip stick and the oil cap were not fully put back on properly. It was a nightmare in there.This place used to always have the same staff and they were excellent. great customer service great job overall and I was always recommending people to go there even if they lived across town. as of now I wouldnt recommend going here. I dont know what changed in the last year or so but things are getting progressively worse.

I have only gone here a couple times, I was pleasantly pleased both times however after my last trip - within minutes of me leaving my tire pressure light came on, after they supposedly checked it. I reset the light and calibrated my tires and it came on again. Now - a few days after the oil change, my skid plate - which is removed to my knowledge during an oil change for my type of vehicle - was not screwed back on properly and has slowly been dropping and fell off completely shortly after the oil change. I’ve had this car 4 years and never had this issue so I know it’s directly linked to my oil change. I’ll now have to replace this and I’m sure they won’t do anything about it.

Super professional, the whole thing was done in about 40 minutes and everyone was super friendly, especially for an early morning Monday full service! Went to these guys for an oil change and transfer case/differential fluid change. Wow! These guys are the chick-fil-a of auto service! Super fast, super organized and awesome communication. Start to finish, this only took them 25 -30 minutes. Will go here again and again!

We took our car to this location as weve done for years. brought it home and the next morning there was a puddle of oil under my car the size of a basketball. Had to drive the car for the day, got home and it was instantly forming a new spot. My car has never leaked before so I freaked out. We took the car back and the tech told us the oil pan was bad and they had to put a longer drain plug in to meet the threads.I dont know what to do about this. My car was fine when I took it to them.

They are fast and you dont even have to get out of your car, which is a bonus if you have mobility problems. Go to their website and they some times offer coupons. Fair pices.

Lex and James were great. But the guy working from the bottom didnt tighten multiple bolts, left my skid plate soaked in oil and broke one of said bolts.

Valvoline: Quick & easy & everyone stays in the car from pulling in through leaving. Up-front pricing, fast service & friendly people. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible location and experience. I drove 20+ miles to go there because I like Valvoline products. I got my oil change, and right after noticed my check engine light, VBS, and 4WD lights on my car. When I got home, I saw they had left the hose from the air filter into the engine unplugged. I called, spoke to a manager (Ron) and was told to come back and I would be given a partial refund and they would clear the codes. I talk the trek back up there and they have a very cheap code reader that is not able to read or clear my codes. Blake (assistant manager) said he’d have to go to advance auto across the street to “borrow” one. Turns out, he can’t get one, so he has to disconnect my battery to clear the codes. I ask him for the refund promised by Ron and he tells me that Ron said they would “look at the problem first” which was not what Ron said on the phone. He calls his general manager and the GM refuses to give any refund. I’m irate, when I get an oil change, I expect the people changing the oil to know how to reattach all hoses (they check the air filter which is not even something I go there for). This was a major hassle that required me to do a lot of extra driving. I’ll be going to the BBB.***I’d like to add to my review. Customer service reached out to me and refunded me for the oil change. I appreciate the own shop making things right. I will give them another chance next time.

I have not used Valvoline for many years due to the fact that on a routine oil change on a previous vehicle, my skid plate was removed and never replaced. Most recently, I again needed a quick oil change and Valvoline was the only location with availability, so I took it to this location earlier this week. The skid plate came off while driving, and upon inspection, showed that not all the screws were reattached to keep the skid plate in place. This is the second issue with a skid plate on two different vehicles and at two different Valvoline locations. I will not be returning again and would not recommend their services.

I actually drive an extra 30 minutes to come to this location because I know theyre reputable and dont try to upsell me on stuff I know I dont need.

I’ve been going to this location on 92nd in Westminster for almost a year. I was really impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness and affordability. They changed ownership over the summer. The last time I came in they informed me they didn’t use full synthetic, which is what I’ve always used and recommended by the automaker. Ok, I gave them another chance today. The price went up $30 from my last oil change here. Ok, I’ll pay that for convenience especially during the pandemic. However, when I left the shop my vehicle started smoking and smelled like oil really bad. I immediately took it back to the shop and spoke to the manager. I spent 45 minutes sitting in line so they could check their work. When I looked under the hood myself they had left the caps off my battery. I showed the manager and he apologized. Two hours spent here and still don’t trust this place. I called my dealership and found out they are $50 less than what I just paid. Never again. I’m seeing similar reviews that this place has gone downhill since new ownership.

Been here 4 times so far got various services done, a couple oil changes, a radiator flush and a GDI fuel treatment. All times have been great. Will continue to go here

Dominic was a big help! I had my oil changed at a local dealership for the past several years and they never mentioned my air filter. He showed me mine and it was crazy how bad it was. I was in and out in no time and now my truck runs better.

Line went pretty quick and didnt even have to step out of the car.
