Had 4 tires mounted and balanced at another store. My wife picked them up and i looked at them when she got home, Was charged for rubber valve stems which this vehicle does not have, it has TPMS which they should have installed a TPMS kit but didnt. Also noticed the tire was counter balanced. Brought the tires back into the westminster store because its close to my house, If formed them of the problem and was told i needed to make an appointment. OK, fine. Made an appointment, took them over 90 min to perform the jobm and MY TIRES ARE STILL COUNTER BALANCED. TRAIN YOU ASSOCIATES This is not how you balance a tire properly and i was in for this very reason.
I had two rear tires mounted two weeks ago and couldnt be happier. Thanks, Tires Plus!Edit: when I had my tire repaired before a road trip, the technicians forgot to put a lug nut on the wheel, and I had to buy a set of lugs when I made it to my destination.Despite all of that, I still stuck with them and tried to submit a request for an oil change (yesterday) and they never responded, so I guess they dont want my business. Ill be going somewhere else. Thanks, Tires Plus!
I have been to this location 3 separate times over the years to simply fix a tire they have not once been able to perform a repair, we got or starter fixed a year or so ago through them just for it to go out in a month, I took it back and they said oops we didnt install it right... Today I tried setting up an appointment through the website I got a confirmation number showed up at my confirmed time for them to say I dont have an appointment! They didnt get to my car for many hours to tell me I need new tires so I say ok Ill take the new tires then, then Im informed they dont actually have the tires either.... 1 time 4 yrs ago a had a half way decent experience and I have yet to have a good or remotely convenient experience with this company... at several locations!!!!! Im just done!
Approximately October 2019, I took my Fiat 500 Abarth to this store. The lugs on my car had been overtightened. Manager Chris was simply fantastic. It took his team over a day, but they got my Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires on, new lugs, and put the two Pirellis P Zero Neros that were in good condition in the back of the car. I felt that he went above and beyond. I had a 5-star review here for that service - which I have since deleted.Much later, I went to get my Pirellis out of the storage locker so I could get to the store to buy two more, only to find that they werent my Pirellis! It was a pair of Yokohamas that theyd inadvertently put in my car, two Pirellis worth roughly $300 are lost. Mistakes happen. Now is the opportunity for manager Rio Luciano to make things right.October 20, I talked with manager Rio and explained the situation. He told me hed need to do some research, and hed call me. He didnt call.I visited again on Friday, October 23. He told me that his District Manager was on vacation so he couldnt get any approval on a discount, and that they didnt sell Pirellis. I had three possible solutions: four new performance tires, four new all season tires, or two new snow tires. I told him to order the Bridgestone Blizzaks, with an ETA of Monday or Tuesday. I told him to make a decision about a discount, and get approval, but I needed the tires one way or another. My trust in his business is still in the positive because of the quality of work from a year ago. Call me when the tires come in, I told him. He didnt call.I checked back on October 27. Theyre on backorder, should be here soon, he said. I said call me when you have an update. He didnt call. Again on October 30 and November 3. Is there anyone you can call? No. Again, he has never called me. I left a message with Miranda Friday 11/6 at 11 am. Shell have him call me when he gets back from a test drive. No return call.I needed two Bridgestone Blizzak tires. I expected to pay for them, though a discount for the mistake and inconvenience would have been appropriate. Three competitors told me Friday 11/6 that the tires were available. A competitor got the tires on my car today, they only needed the weekend Friday-to-Monday to get them in stock from a warehouse.Rio Luciano must have broken fingers, as he has still never dialed my phone number. If you use their business, do not expect anything more than the bare minimum.
Purchased my tires here about a year ago, one of the weights fell off my wheel so I brought it in to get tires re-balanced. First time back on the interstate the tires shook so bad I thought the seats were coming loose. Made appointment to fix again, bring my car in and when I go to pick it up at 5:15pm - (they never called by the way to say it was ready) - they are CLOSED! Cole then proceeds to tell me theres nothing wrong with the car as he took it for a test drive. Obviously not at interstate speeds. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SET OF TIRES FROM THIS PLACE. I WAS A 15 YEAR CUSTOMER......NEVER AGAIN.
I am not a mechanic, so I often need things explained to me so that I understand what is going on and how it operates, and most importantly, how it affects my vehicle and how to fix it. The staff here has always been very polite, very respectful, and very good at communicating these things with me. Also, I have an impossible work schedule, and they have done so much to help accommodate me with that. I highly recommend this location to others and will definitely be back again.
2nd time going here first time I had a different car tools in the drunk needed a tire plug took them 4 hours to fit my car in and just threw the tire in the trunk, 2nd time I have a new car tire plug again this time 5 hours to get one done, bring it home and see they just threw the spare in didnt secure it, used the nuts for the spare tire having the nuts for the actual tire in the trunk with it, didnt trash them the first time because I was being optimistic but they have terrible service and dont know how they take so long for one plug, I myself used to work at an auto repair shop and tire plugs took only 10 minutes with 20 cars in line and still got everyone of them out the door fast, disappointed by this companyFor any car repairs I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Louisville Tire & Auto Care
They were able to order my size of tires and get me in on the same day. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, and they were able to take me in right away. And they said it would take until 6 p.m. to do it, but they got me out of there at 5:30 p.m. So all in all, this was an excellent experience.Plus, they are across the parking lot from a Starbucks, the ideal place to wait if you arent just dropping your car off.
They tried to SCAM me!! They said my tire has 3 holes in it and they could not repair it and the only option would be to replace it. I took the same tires to Peerless on the same day and they told me there is not any leaks and the tire was perfectly fine.
It’s obvious they don’t care about customer service at this location. The lady that helped me at the counter acted if I was bothering her when I asked if they would be willing to sell me a tire and put it on for me. I ended up having to change the tire in the parking lot because they would take 2 days to change my tire.....
Love these guys. Took my tire in cause it went flat. And as always they are super busy but treat me like Im their number one customer. They will get the tire fixed today and call me. Since it is under road hazard warranty it will be fixed or replaced for free or whatever the minimal charge is. Thanks a million guys for always treating me like Im your one and only customer.
DO NOT Do business with any tires plus at any location. They are nothing but con artists that just want to sell you tires. They will not honor there warranty, flat repair or rotations. They will always have an excuse and a very long wait for any service they do provide. Do yourself a favor run as fast as you can go any where but here. Zero Zero Zero stars.
They were helpful with replacing tires. And they knew how to deal with our tire pressure reader. They were slammed so it took a while. They were helpful and the cost of the tires and installation was reasonable. Not a place to just stop by, however. Too busy and not a lot of parking.New experience: This store continues to be outstanding which explains why they are so incredibly busy. If you can manage a wait, sometimes most of the day this place will do you right. We had a flat rear tire. They said the flat tire was not salvageable so we needed a new tire. Most places would make you get two tires -- but the experts were honest and said the other back tire had good tread and therefore I only needed one tire. They honored a warranty I got with the vehicle and the new tire including installation was less than $20. Remember I had a warranty but they wont oversell you. Very ethical. Just expect to wait awhile as they are very busy.
These guys are extremely professional, quick, efficient and friendly. Best experience I’ve had with any vehicle repair shop. I recommend visiting these guys for you next vehicle repair.
I absolutely love coming here!.Ive had lots of work done beings that I drive my car for a living and every time I have an issue they are the first ones I call.Chad is super nice and helpful and always going above and beyond. Ariel is the best, shes super nice and so helpful as well.Ive never had an issue with the work they do. This is the best location!
I fail to write positive reviews most of the time for some reason. I was inspired to write a positive review for this Tires Plus after the amazing service and value I received. I brought in my Chrysler 300C for some brake work. I was skeptical because I always feel like franchise shops charge to much and hire under qualified help. That was NOT the case. Ryan did an amazing job explaining what need to be completed. He gave me good options based what I could afford at the time and gave me a great idea of what could be completed now and what we should keep an eye on. My Father and 2 Uncles are both mechanics and I grew up around automotive shops. I know what good workmanship is and quality service....these guys have it! Thanks for the good experience guys!
I had scheduled an appointment for 9AM the day prior for what I was told was a 30-45 minute job. I showed up a little before 9 today and waited till about 930 till they even asked for the keys to take it back. Then after about 45 minutes they tell me they need to order the part they need for the job...well shouldnt that have been checked on yesterday when I made the appointment? They even looked at my car and did a full inspection that I paid seperately for. That way the customer doesnt have to wait an extra hour? No? Okay thats strike one.So we wait an hour on the part but about 2 hours goes by....then the kid comes back and says were still working on it when I asked why? He said the first part they originally ordered was the wrong one and they had to re-re-order it. When I asked him when was this? he said about an hour ago.....okay and you didnt think it was important to tell the customer that??? No, apparently not because he didnt. Strike two.So at around 145 pm after being here since 9 for a 45 minute job the kid tells me its going to be $283 (after I signed paperwork that morning with him that said $253.) Then he says yeah well that second part we had to re-order was more expensive.....oh the part you had to re-re-order that you didnt even bother to tell me about? That one? And he said yeah. Strike three. The cherry on top...they didnt tell me to pump my brakes a few times so when i pulled my car out i almost crashed because the brakes werent working. Came inches from backing into another car.Round of applause. Outstanding. I thought big O tires was incompetent but wow...tires plus ypu have outdone them. I will never use this or any tires plus location ever again.
Great experience! Ryan B. is amazing to work with. His product knowledge and level of customer service makes for such a great experience. He presented me with several great options base on the needs I was looking for, then had my appointment set up and all work done it the time he quoted me.
I purchased a set of tires for my car here. The service was fast easy and very professional. I was explained the difference in the tires and even shown what I was buying. I explained my driving needs to Chadd and he helped me pick out the perfect tires. I am happy with my purchase and the service I received. I will return to purchase my next set of tires. Definitely recommend this location.
I called with less than an hour until they closed on a Sunday and they fit me in since I was from out of town and having an issue with my tires/brakes. They were able to solve my problem quickly and Anthony was even nice enough to show me what the issue was and gave me options on fixing it. I hope I never have problems with my car when Im visiting Denver again, but if I do, Ill plan on stopping here!
So helpful. Went in with a flat tire and they squeezed me in and fixed it. Cant thank them enough for getting me back on the road so quickly. This is the place we will continue to go to.
I had a low tire light on my dashboard. I went there and I didnt even buy tires there because my tires are relatively new. The gentleman came out to check the air in all of my tires and was so pleasant I wish I remembered his name. You just cant get that good a customer service everywhere you go, and his was wonderful!
This used to be a great place to take your vehicle. I have spent thousands at this location. I probably will not go back. I took it in for a lifetime alignment and they told me I needed a new pitman arm before they could do it. Best part is the pitman arm is just over a year old on this truck. Arturo the store manager kept spouting that it company policy that if there was a suspension issue they could do the work. I will probably continue to go to Tires plus but not this location.
5/10 customer service. About what to expect there. Told me it would take an hour to put on new tires. Im still waiting, its been two and a half hours. I think my autistic cousin with a flathead screwdriver could get it done in two and a half hours
I brought my car in with a flat tire. Instead of cleaning the rust off the rim like I asked them to, all they did was sell me two new tires. I had another flat tire in under a week. When I brought it in the second time, they told me that the problem was that there was rust on the rim, which I had asked them to fix when I brought it in the first time. They did attempt to fix it, but now my car wont drive right. Its shuddering, creaking in the wheel they put back on, and pulling to that side. It isnt safe to drive and its not good for my car. They also tightened the lug nuts so tight that now I cant even change my own tire so that I can drive it safely.
Got 4 new tires on my Toyota Yaris. Drove it on the freeway afterward and the balance was off, took it back in and they said a weight had fallen off one tire and that they fixed it. Drove it again and the balance was still off. Took it in for a third time, they said they checked the balance and it was perfect....but it wasnt so I took it to the Toyota dealer, and the dealer said the balance was severely off on all 4 tires. Drives fine after the dealer fixed it.3 trips to Tires Plus, 6 hours waiting, and a trip to the dealer and another 2 hours waiting plus 40 extra bucks for a set of new tires. If your only job is to put tires on cars, you ought to be good at it.
This place does not post their oil change prices online or anywhere in the actual storefront. I made an appointment to go in, then when I am handed paperwork to check in, I see that they want $85 for a standard synthetic oil change. They have coupons but even then, that is way overpriced and makes sense of why they dont advertise it. The guy was pretty unprofessional and tried telling me patronizingly that my Smart Car takes special oil so it has to be expensive like I dont know my own car (and wasnt raised by a mechanic.)
Had to have air put in all 4 tires. No charge! The guy who did it...I tipped! This is my go to Tires Plus!
Horrible service. We needed tires for my brothers 2015 Outback. First, the Tires Plus site is very deceiving. After calling the store & finding out what was on the site was not the actual promotion, the CS rep, Ryan offered a deal on a more expensive tire. I started to ask about the detailed cost, and the more questions I asked, (clarification), the more irate and exasperated he got. I went back later to find out the deal Ryan offered me was the sale price on the site. He was not doing anything exceptional for me. I ended up going to the Longmont Store, where that manager truly took care of us. As a follow up, I contacted Tires Plus to explain the situation. I was told a manager would contact me within 24 hours. It has been 48 hours with no response.
When we moved to Westminster I began looking for a new car place that I felt I could trust for basic maintenance needs (tires, brakes, oil changes, etc). I landed at Tires Plus thinking it was going to be a short term stay until I found the place I really wanted to be. Turns out it was tires plus. Service is really good, prompt, estimates dont get magically inflated and they seem to be straight shooters.
No respect for appointments or timelines. The website says schedule an appointment online, but after you make an appointment they no record of it in there system!! What’s the point of having a website then and appointments then?
They scheduled my appt. Then lost it. I showed up they didnt have any of my details or know I was coming. They are much cheaper than big o. But you get what you pay for I guess.
We drove to this place with a flat tire, which was in good condition. They fixed it, and within a week, same tire was flat again, only this time it was worse. When we drove there again, the tire was completely worn out and beyond repair. If it was fixed right the first time, we wouldnt have to drive it second time to the point of wearing it out. But they pointed out there is no proof that tire wasnt fixed first time, we should have put a spare on, and giving $15 discount on a $120+ tire was their idea of meeting in the middle. There is no proof, but my gut feeling says, if we had taken our car to a different tire shop in the first place, we would still have $120 in our bank.
Its so easy to get the air filled in my tires here.
I took my car in to diagnose an issue. Due to a communication breakdown I was charged over the agreed amount. The manager (Ryan) took care of the issue with no problems. His honesty makes me far more likely to have work done there in the future.
Weve gone to Tires Plus for 11 years. Weve tried going to the dealerships or other places but always come back to this Tires Plus because their customer service is top notch and their prices are great. They are always up front and never hide anything and will tell you truthfully if you need a service right away or if it can wait a little while. Seriously, never a bad experience!
I came in Saturday for an alignment and they told me they could not get it in but they could set up an appointment for me on Sunday at 2. I dropped my car off 4 hours before my appointment to see if they can get it in earlier, but fully expecting it not to get done until the appointment. An hour after my appointment time I called and to check on it and they said well have it done by close. They proceed to call me and say that they couldnt do the alignment 30 minutes before they closed. This left me with no option for the rest of the day as all other tire shops were now closed (which they would not have been if they actually held their appointments and told us at 2) and having to miss a morning if work the next day to take it to a real tire shop (took it to Big O and they had it aligned in 2 hours with no appointment.) In total these people have now wasted 2 1/2 days and cost me a morning of work. I will never be coming back here, if I could give this place 0 starts I absolutely would.
Great job!!!! I had a special request to remove tires from some Rims that I sold on eBay, the team was VERY accommodating and reasonably priced. Thank you Croix !!
The excellent, knowledgeable manager on 6/27/18 looked at a wheel replacement and referred me to the right store that had done the work. He just looked at it and knew.Thank you for not getting upset when I was upset already and confused.
Ive been in the Westminster store multiple times and had nothing but great experiences. Chadd and his employees are nothing but wonderful. They are all very professional and always get what I need done in a very quick and efficient matter. Rodger, Mitch and Rob are awesome techs there and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tires Plus Westimister.
If I had a choice to give 0 stars this is what I would give the Tires Plus Store # 246651 located in Westminster, Colorado at 5170 West 120th Avenue. After leaving this store back on October 13, 2018. Feeling a sense of humiliation, stress, and a sense of hopelessness due to damage done to my vehicle and my Tire Rims (4) out of the six tires that were getting worked on. All because the manager on duty failed to communicate the instructions that I had left on my service order for the Tec that would be assigned to work on my car that morning. After damage was brought to there attention I was called a liar, and told that his Tecs would never have done the damage that I was claiming. The damage was not on my tire rims or on my vehicle before I arrived that morning. Then, I was asked to remove myself from there business and to never return! because I asked for his direct report s info. That day was a very sad day for me. I was in tears and No one in that Tires Plus location Cared or showed any remorse for my feelings. To top it all off. After putting a claim in with Corporate I have been given the run around like you wouldnt believe. All I can say, it All starts from the Top. Im So sad ...I will have to pay to repair my summer tire rims so I can enjoy them once again this summer. Please Be aware!
Not a good experience.
I took my car to have an oil change and they left the dipstick laying on the engine. When I brought this to their attention they laughed. They also told me that they rotated the tires, filled them with air, and topped off the fluids. When I checked the tires myself, one was very low and they absolutely did not rotate them. Also when checking the oil myself, I found it was very low. A month later I just found out my transmission fluid is dangerously low. (not even measuring on the dipstick at operating temperatures). This place is dishonest and provides lazy, horrible service. Dont take your car here.
Wouldnt help me when they were still open. Arent flexible for customers. At least the guy on the phone wasnt rude.
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!!! They replaced my front brake pads and resurfaced the routers. I had to go back and they told me a part malfunctioned and they would redo the entire service. Later I took my car to the Toyota dealership to check the second brake job and they informed me the quality of pads were different than what they told me I paid for and routers were never resurfaced. Tires plus admited some fault when they refunded me $200 of the $480.81 of the service ticket. Now I’m fighting for the rest of my money so I can start over and get my car fixed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I never really post reviews but I want to prevent them from scamming anyone else.
This is a good location for service and they occasionally have deals.
Went in to get my brakes pads changed, 2K and 3 days later Im questioning why I went here :-( The work was great and I had no problems but I know I could have saved a bunch going to a local shop ver a chain like this. Stick to tires at this place.
I had to replace a tire or I would not have gone here. The service was slow and rude, they tried to up-sell me on everything and over charged me for the new tire. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Great deals and very nice people. I will be back next year.
Buyers beware. I had a flat that was caused by a nail in a very fixable spot. They told me they couldnt repair it. They told me all of my tires would need to be replaced because of the tread and immediately tried to get me on the hook for $288 for their cheapest 4 tires. I knew the tread was fine and had just gotten all new tires less than 7 months before. So I left and went to Discount Tires who not only fixed the flat for $15 but confirmed what I knew. My other tires still had plenty of life left. Get a second opinion if they try to rip you off for a whole new set.
Everytime I come here, I get excellent service. Thanks again for such great service.
The only place to get your car serviced. The service people try to save you money. I will only take my car here.
Got a flat tire recently very close to Tires plus. We usually always go to Costco for tires but this fixed up quickly and efficiently and for a good price.
We have always been very happy with Tires Plus. We have our three cars serviced there and have never felt like they are taking advantage of us or suggesting work that is not needed. Just today Chad fit us in when our Jeep wouldnt start at all. Now he couldnt guarantee a time because of the circumstances, but they are about 4 days less than the Jeep dealership. They are a pleasure to work with!
I had a tune up done at this tires plus. The engine started missing again just 6 months after the tune up. When I took it into another different shop they said the spark plugs were not even all the way tightened down. Unless you have a good reason to go here I would advise finding another shop.
Needed a headlight bulb replaced. The service was really fast and the staff was super friendly. Also, the price was a lot lower than I expected.
Good to see Ryan Boccaccio at the Sheridan store in Westminster. Was going to the Grant Street store because Ryan was there. Sheridan store is closer to our home. Love tires plus.
I have given these guys a lot of money. I went in with my car paid $10 for a complete auto check. 2 days later the check engine light came on. They also said and I paid for a new air filter an new wiper blades... they scammed me no new filter an no new!!! BEWARE this is a warning... I wouldnt even give them 1 star if it was an option! For some dumb reason I went back.. they said I needed $2000 worth of work.. I had a guy I work with look at my car all I needed was a $3 part.. never will I go back
As customer for the last 2 years I have never had a bad experience on any of the services they provided. I had an issue with my differential chattering due to low fluid levels. They could have charged me for new parts but instead suggested they flush n clear all the gear oil and add the correct amount and type of oil with an OE additive to reduce the chatter. Well it worked like a charm and only cost me 130$ as apposed to 675$ to replace parts. I service both of my cars here and have bought tires as well and trust me I am very particular who works on my cars! I have been so please with the service and how they treated me and my family that I bought the team a pizza to say thanks. As there is always room for improvement I gave this Tires Pus 5 stars due to the unfair reports written by some customers. I highly recommend and trust this Tires Plus and I am sure you will to.
Ok..I have been going here for almost 3 years and have always gotten great service. People make appointments so if u bring your car in for a tire job or. Something that takes more than 20 minutes you are going go be last on the list...just like the doctors office its not first come first serve. When I have walked in I have always had longer waits than when I make an appointment...so before you say they have crappy service think about the fact that the world does not revolve around you! These guys are great and will even take the time to walk over to starbucks to talk about repairs face to face rather than just call or just do whatever they want and charge an arm and a leg.
Terrible customer service. I tried getting an oil change as a walk-in, Sunday. The woman that helped us then, was very pleasant, set up an appointment for the next day (since they were full until close Sunday) which we took, since my girlfriend and I share a car, at 2pm, so she would have time to pick me up after work. We also asked that they look at the windshield wiper and fix it if it is broken. After my girlfriend dropped the car off, they took 45 mins to even begin the oil change. After waiting for almost an hour and a half, after making an appointment, the guy checking her out, informed her that they couldnt unclog the hose for the windshield wiper, didnt replace the nozzle even, but instead offered yet another appointment.Terrible service we will not be going back to. Reminded me of trying to buy a car in the mid 90s.
Everytime I get my flat tire there they tell me its not fixable. When I take my tires to other places they fix th no problem. Not a reliable place that only tries to sell you NEW tires!
Straight up thieves! Did work on my partners car WITHOUT authorization, after only giving me an estimate (I am not the owner of the car as they were well aware and therefore cannot authorize amything) them called her and gave her a bill of $400 over what they quoted me! This is not a business, it is a swindle operation with a HUGE communication problem.UPDATE: A couple of months later we found out that they did not even give us the correct wheel for the car. Going back tomorrow to see if they will fix their poor work.
Terrible. They lost our ONLY car key. We ended up paying hundreds for new keys, 2days of rental cars and a tow. They didnt help cover any of it! This was a while ago so maybe theyve gotten their act together but Id be careful just in case.
Bait and switch! I had a coupon for a standard oil change for $19.95. I made an appointment and went to the shop only to be told by the service manager that my 2011 Camry required synthetic oil and he could not honor the coupon! I told him that Ive had the car for six years and had never put a drop of synthetic oil in it. I have changed the oil at both Toyota dealerships and a Honda dealership and they have never used synthetic oil. What a scam!
Absolutely positively the WORST experience Ive ever had getting my oil changed. Made an appointment for 2 Oclock, showed up and they quote me an hour for an oil change. 90 minutes later, they pull the car around, and charged me $80. So this place is expensive, and time consuming; but thats not all.On the way home, my check engine light went on, and the car stalled, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. The incompetent mechanics at this Tires Plus forgot to reattach a vacuum hose. AT MY OWN EXPENSE, I had the car towed 20 miles back to Tires Plus where they reattached the hose and apologized for their mistake.ALL THAT THEY OFFERED ME WAS AN APOLOGY, no refund, no offer to reimburse me for my towing costs NOTHING.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Tires Plus not only go above and beyond they will be honest and help you with anything they can.Theyve stayed late to make sure it was done properly and they dod it with a smile. I couldnt be happier to recommend them for a tire or car repairs. Thank you for your service Broomfield Tires Plus!
Not honest people! Take your car there at your own expense!
Chad has always been honest and have provided great service with repairs or for tire purchase.
They give great service!
Second time using these guys great attitude great service the guys from car with nice rack
Staff is overworked but still kind and helpful.
Picked up a nail in my snow tires and these guys swapped me out to my summer tires with little notice in just over an hour. Awesome service guys, thank you
Ok folks. I think its time to step up as a comsumer and side with the store. I would venture to say maybe 85% of you have no idea how a service center operates. Also they really are there to do good work for you. Most of the consumers only know fill w gas and go. When dealing with these stores you find out that the stores are seeing you as a walk in, also as an appointment customer. An appointment does not give you priority over any other customer. Merely sets a time to expect you. Now if they have every bay filled and busy. And you are an appointment, while the cutomers car that is in the bay is finishing, the oil drain plug or the oil cap or dipstick break. On average its probably aged or already mis treated. Now the guy that you are working with has to get one for you. Thes stores do not stock these items most typically. Ok so wait time till it gets there. Could be 20 min up to end of their day depending on their bandwidth (human employees) . That bay will be locked up, therefore setting the next appointment off in time. These guys have to organize, inspect your car, perform services that have varied times and cost. One car has roughly 400k individual parts that make a whole car. As a human. As a comsumer. Have a little grace and give it to these guys that work on your cars, in the heat up to 130 deg and below freezing. Keep in mind, you have no idea about how a car works and that you yourself need someone to do it for you. They are human, humans error and all things man made this break down or wear down over time. This is fact. Youll, at least i have found these guys more often than not, go out of their way for you over the course of their time with you. Whether its a 30 min oil change or an entire days worth of work.Patience for the humans, respect for the men and women who work in this business. My service has always been great. Beware Total RIP-OFF. We took my mothers car to get checked because her front brakes were sqweeking. Tires Plus came back with a $653 estimate, for new brakes, rotors, bearing & seals. I immediately didnt became suspicious of their estimate since the car just had new brakes and rotors put a few years ago. We told our neighbor who works on cars, so they looked at the brakes. Low and behold they found absolutley nothing wrong with the brakes or rotors, pads were still brand new. The bearing did need replaced on one side. They estimated the parts at $118 & labor $200. We took the car to Mag-Co in Broomfield and they did the whole job for under $200 with tax and agreed no need for new brakes.
Terrible customer service .i paid for my service is NOT free. No more TIRES PLUS.....or check other shop no this shop westminister 120th ave.....and sheridan blvd. Trump fans .
Ive been using this shop for a few years now. Ive always received professional service, and theyve always cost far less than my dealership tries to charge.
Solve not only my tire needs.
The do okay job oil changes
I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes at 3 pm on Saturday. I left.
OK I get that I didnt make an appointment but five hours to get one single tire replaced....common now.
Honestly I dislike posting negative feedback but this place has horrible customer service. They lack care and seem genuinely lazy in all. Just avoid this place in general.
Fast tire rotation. Friendly staff
I asked to get my windshield wipers replaced and my oil changed. They called me a few times to tell me my windshield wipers were completely broken and would not turn on. I found that weird since I used them on the way over. After they were done and I picked up my car, I turned on my windshield wipers to check, low and behold they started windshield wiping right away. With that being said-I am not sure I trust a store with my car that doesnt know how to turn on windshield wipers.
If i could give this place negative stars i would. Ive been sitting in the lobby for 3 hours waiting on an oil change and an alignment. The last time i came here it took just as long to get just an oil change. There wont be a third time charm here.
My husband had my cars oil changed here. Soon after we began to notice a small oil leak. After staining our driveway in a few spots my husband popped the hood only to find a half filled open bottle of transmission fluid sitting in our engine and leaking onto our driveway.
Called ahead at the beginning of the snow storm, had what I needed. Was in/out the door in 45 minutes!
Got a nail stuck in my tire and stopped by thos place only to be told the tire was not fixable. Took it to another tire place and they fixed the tire. Avoid this place.
Fast, friendly, and efficient.
Work was well done
Had 1pm appointment for a 59 minutes tire change. Left at 4:45. Im terrible at math but even I know thats more than 59 minutes. Then I told the store clerk about the on-time guarantee...didnt care.
The manager was rude and unhelpful
I was on my way out of town last weekend when at the last minute I noticed a screw sticking in my tire. Cassie and Joe helped me out and got me back on the road in no time. Thanks!
