1st time coming even though Ive lived across the street the last year & a half.Anyways, my pedicure was great! He did a good job.My review is because, I asked for the hot stones pedicure at least 3 times. Once on the phone, once when I got here, & again when she put me in the chair. Every place has a slight different step, so I kept my mouth quiet, but in the end I never got my hot stone pedicure.I also called a day before to set up my appointment, I had also mentioned it then.When I arrived, they didnt even have me in the books, so they rescheduled for an hour later. It was doable but not fully satisfied because of my pedicure & the fact that they never even wrote me down.

My new regular nail spot! I love Image Nails. They are so nice and helpful. They explained the different nail processes to me and made suggestions so that I could save money and get exactly what I wanted. I asked for powder until they explained that I would get more benefit from shellac, based on what I like to do with colors. Im very happy with this place and will keep coming back!

Ive been 3 times now, pleased with the service and I always feel welcome. They do a good job of keeping things clean between customers. They use new utensils each time. The prices went up for basic services, but the general price for all services seem reasonable. I am happy to have found a new salon I can go to regularly.

I love this place because their shellac manicures last so much longer than other places. I dont know how they do it...must have high quality products. Worth the trip!

I came here because it’s so close to my work. Lyn has done my nails twice now and does such an amazing job! She takes her time to make sure they look perfect and my shellac lasts over two weeks without chipping! I’ve only had that happen one other time in my time getting nails and had to pay twice the price as I do here! Lyn is so nice and friendly and we always have great conversations. I’m so happy I’ve found this place. ♥️ Thank you!EDIT: Nail tech (older lady, last table on right side of store when walking in from front door)was super rough with my nail beds, made them bleed. I had to yank my hand away a couple times because it hurt when she was working on them... And she did a messy job polishing... used to love this place but the last 2 times have been uncomfortable/bad experiences, won’t ge returning...

Stopped by for a pedicure as a walk-in. First time trying Image Nails. I understand offering up-sell is part of the industry. I dont like it when they keep doing it after you say no. Nail techs should also tell you of any price increase prior to doing a service. I told my technician I had gel polish on toes from last pedicure --- maybe 5 toes total, since it didnt take well. She was very nice. The owner once again tried to up-sell gel polish when she saw the gel polish on toes. My basic pedicure was fine. When I paid for the pedicure, the owner said to add $5 for removing polish. My technician said, We dont usually charge for that. Owner responded, Thats for people we know. They had no idea I could understand them. They seemed friendly to their regular customers, but since I didnt get a more expensive pedicure, or gel polish. ---- I guess she was going to get me to pay more one way or another.

I really like this place. I was referred here by a girl I work with, its right next to our office so the added convenience is nice. I got a pedicure that was great and this was also my first time doing the powder dipping nails on my finger nails. It turned out great, the exact color and look I was going for. This will probably become my regular nail place from here on out!

I truly enjoy coming to Image Nails, and have been for years! They do a great job and its a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Walked in 10:40 in the morning for a pedicure and dip, no manicure, and I didn’t leave until almost 2 pm. I had to be at a wedding in downtown Denver by 4:00. The nail tech was ridiculously slow. I don’t think he was properly trained on the dip process whatsoever. They looked very lumpy and he kept applying different clear polishes it was weird and he took FOREVER. I understand quality takes time, but whatever he was doing was not the usual dip process. The wedding wasn’t even over and the clear top coat was peeling off in large chunks!! Today the top of my thumb broke off, for no reason.

Wow! Great prices (got the $35 deluxe pedicure). They spent a full hour on me. Did an amazing job.

Love coming here. Lynn and Lisa always do a great job. I have horrible hang nails and they do the best job at cuticles.

I love this place. First nail salon I have been to in awhile that is not pushy. Amy and everyone here does great work. Very clean and huge selection of polish.

This place is really great! Family owned, so they provide a really personal experience. You may have to wait a little longer but they really take their time to do things right so its worth it. Prices are good too!

Above and beyond, those are just a few of the words I can use to describe my manicure/pedicure. I called after closing rushing around trying to find someone to quickly fit me in. She told me to come over and she would be able to take care of me . Mimi was absolutley wonderful. She stayed way past closing and never once rushed me. It was a very relaxing experience. Not to mention her attention to detail. My nails havent look this good in a long time. I moved her a few months ago and have trying to find a salon I like. Well this is the ONE. Thank you Mimi!

This is a great shop! They ventilate well so the air is always fresh! They do great work and are reasonable.

I brought my little sister and we both had pictures from pinterest of designs we wanted on our nails. I had Brian as my nail tech and he did an amazing job! We were both very pleased with our experience. My sister bumped one of her nails on our way out and he happily fixed it for her before we left. Friendly, accommodating staff and we both walked out happy!

Been here twice now and had a great experience both times. Our nail techs have always been very friendly and thorough. The salon looks nice and is clean!

I went to this place on a whim. There was a male that did my nails, I was impressed at how friendly he was, at how particular he was with my nails, and how he asked me several times how my nails looked. I understood his English, which is always nice. I wasnt impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

I went here as a walk in for a pedicure and it was decent, hence the two stars. I saw they do the gel dipping power so I went back another time and decided to give them a try. I am really disappointed with how they turned out. The powder was thick in some spots and the normal procedure for dipping powder wasnt followed. The top coat was the clear gel polish under the light. It started peeling off 2 days later. I didnt even bother going back to get it redone and went somewhere else and paid another $40 to have it done right.

The work is done well but probably the rudest owner i have ever met. didnt greet us when we walked in. We were told to sit down and wait and that was it. Prices are pretty good but not impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Good nails terrible customer service.

I used to go here often after an excellent experience with a Groupon deal. My last visit was terrible. We were walk ins and were told they didnt mind giving us pedicures at that time. During our appointments, the manicurists did not talk to us but instead spoke to the clients around us and treated us like we were invisible. They left us sitting in the chairs without telling us we were drying because they were talking to the other clients for 15 minutes. We discovered that both of our nails were smudged when we got to the car and one of my nails was not fully painted. Sadly, you have lost our business.

1st time going and the worst set of nails Ive ever gottdn. The ladies were nice dont get me wrong, but the aftermath of my nails were horrendous. My sister and i were so upset we went home and reshaped our nails and thought about going to another place to fix them.The fake nails werent sticking and was surprised the lady kept going putting the powder on when the fake nail was peeling up. Got a French tip and the color was put on sloppy and when I looked at it after later on some of the nail lines were uneven slanting down. The nails were chunky and thick where the tip color was placed. My sisters nails were shaped uneven too and even tried to tell the lady to shape them even but kept saying how tired she was... I think the lady even knew she wasnt putting effort in, I was surprised they charged us full price. I almost wanted to dip out the back and leave, I was so upset to fork up money and a tip that couldve been put towards someone who deserved it. Maybe we went on a bad day, just wanted to treat myself and was disappointed.

Brian and Sabina do not work at this salon as some reviewers have stated (they are at Serendipity). I took my three daughters to this salon for pedicures last week. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. Nobody greeted us when we arrived, the place was dirty, the pedicure chairs were uncomfortable (we could not even reach the bottom of the bowls with our feet and my massage chair didnt work). The staff was rude (loudly talking to each other) and rushed (one of my daughters whose pedi was started 20 minutes after mine ended 10 minutes before mine was over). One tech scolded my 8 year old for moving during her manicure right in front of me. We were all left to sit in the pedicure chairs to air dry and put our own shoes back on and go find someone to pay. I immediately had to go buy a bottle of polish to touch up where several spots were missed and old polish could still be seen. I rarely give reviews, but this experience was bad enough to where I thought someone was playing a practical joke on me. No such luck.

Great work and clean stuff

Ive been here a few times and had good quality. This weekend I went for a rebase and the gentleman did my nails. I began with explaining that I had a few places that were lifting. He did not address this during the rebase, I reminded him of the issue again towards the end and he glued them down while complaining. When I left I saw that the nails were lifting still! I went back and was basically told it is my fault because the shape of my nail does not match the shape of the acrylic nails. Well considering Ive had this shape nail for over a year and have never encountered a rebase where everything was not sealed, I believe it was this individual who had poor quality work. I now have to go to another salon to have the lifting fixed and pay someone else to fix it. This place does not stand behind their work. I will not be going back.

I got a manicure leff then 2 days ago. My polish started chipping the day I got it. For what they charge and the service they give go somewhere else. I wont be going back. Idk why this place has good reviews?!

Horrible Service, Filthy salon, Rude and Awkward, Charlie doesnt even know how to polish nails with shellac.I doubt he knows how to polish with regular polish either.This place is GHETTODont go!I wish I had taken the negative reviews seriously, I ignored them and my nails are now ruined.This man was so rude that he scared me, I didnt know if he was going to shoot me, hit me or throw something at me...I looked at my left hand and realized he missed a huge part of each nail and I mentioned it to him, he said this is just the first coat thats why, but Ive never in 5 years of getting shellac seen anyone paint nails like that it was a sloppy globbed mess it looked like a 2 year old painted my nails.He got so mad at me and pushed my hand away jumped up and said you need to go somewhere else we are not good enough for you here!And he tried sending me away with one hand not even dry...I said umm I have to go to work I cant go with my nails like this and he said we arent good enough for you, no charge okThis guy was on something because theres no way I would have paid him a penny for what he did to me and the way he treated me, I was mortified.Honestly I dont understand how this man has a job, he may not even be licensed...beware of this salon!

I dont do the metro sexual thing but I waxed my eyebrows got mani pedi deluxe and Me and my wife had a blast were like bbfs now! Jk I drank some Voss water Had some conversations. These people are very friendly. They made my nagging wife happy so Im happy. We will be back for sure.

This is a decent place and a decent price. One staff member seems to be pretty unprofessional in her conversations and how she handles herself, but to her credit she does do an amazing job!

Very bad place they make up random prices and they take forever to decide who is going to do your nails and you end up getting like 3 different people.

I went in for an eyebrow wax. She took off half of my eyebrow! Gave me a pencil and told me to draw it on. Stay away!
