DO NOT COME HERE FOR PASSPORT. Man incharge of passport applications does not have correct information. I went in to get my passport and he told me I needed birth certificate even though my old passport was valid. I went in twice and he would not accept my application. I went somewhere else and they accepted my application right away. Do not come here.

I’ve got an appointment for renewing passport for 3 of my teen kids. My 45’ min allotment turned our to very unpleasant 2 min. talking with a female Vietnamese speaking staff and 3 minutes with her supervisor. They refused passport as they proof of citizenship, insisted on the citizenship certificates, which is not required by the Department of State. The supervisor told me that she “has been doing passport for 25 years, and passport is NOT a proof for citizenship” and “we are only the agent, if you bring correct document, we will process, unless we don’t” [sic]. I email the National Passport Information Center and the answer as below:“Any full validity U.S. passport (i.e., military, official or regular passport), in good condition, even if expired, is always evidence of citizenship.”I don’t think that a supervisor who has 25 years working in USPS may wrongly misinterpreted such simple requirement of US Department of State, so the reason why she refused to renew my kids passport is beyond my imagination. If need to satisfy her requirement, I wouldn’t have such money ($1,170 is cost of one certificate of citizenship) means my kids are not able to get their new passports. I saw on the reviews people have been complaining about exact problem at this USPS for long time, nothing changed! How many victims were like us, and how many will be? That is a painful question for me, and for you too, my fellow US citizens.

I am using this USPS for a long time now. this USPS has a good manager he knows how to speak with customers. as well as other workers except DAVID this man creates problem all the times he always refuse to scan customers packages. he even doesnt listen what the customers says about their package this is the worst experience I have had with him. He is also disrespectful. worst part is he does not mind it at all. I hope they will teach some attitude to this man. I talked to manager afterward and he is really decent guy and at least he is willing to help.

This guy called David refuse to give me a service and lied me me about scanning my items. every time I come this Usps David refuse my packages and does not scan them he does the same thing to other customers. manager of this place is decent guy but this guy always creates problem.

My 2 sons are now adukts, over 18 years old and they need to replace their expired minor passport. They got apointments and went to this location 2 times and the post office agent, same guy, denied my sons adult passort application with the reason that my chidren now are over 18 years and dont have citizenship certificate to prove the citizenship. He did not care that my sons already got minor passports 5 years ago. I called the passport office in LA, they suggest me to go to another post office and today my sons applications were processed at the post office on Warner, Huntington Beach CA without any problemand they just wait to receive new passports. The location here refused the service to my sons is beyond my understanding, goverment rules must be applied the same way everywhere

I had such a bad experience with the gentleman who was processing passports today Saturday 02/13/2021. He immediately assumed I was paying with debit card because I their system was down but I had a check with me. I tried to be as prepared as I could be by bringing a copy of all the right documentation and originals. I don’t know if he lacked customer service or if he was not having a good day because right from the start he stated the pictures I had were no good, that he has to keep my daughters original birth certificate (which i did not read that in the website, that the original would be kept). In addition, he would not accept my court papers that state I have sole and physically custody. I went twice today trying to accommodate his request and still it was not enough. Oh my gosh! His customer service was horrible. I am very bothered that I refuse to go back to this location even if I need to drive a little further.

Most staff are nice, but the USPS as a whole, and this particular location, is an incompetent organization run by out of touch people who just show up for a paycheck. USPS will surely deliver junk mail and literally cram my mailbox to the brink of being spaceless without fail, but cant be bothered to look up tracked packages or give reasons why items go missing or why they go out for delivery, but then get returned to sender. Its costs only a little more to use UPS, and youll get immediate updates and plenty of options for holding and rerouting packages, even mid shipment. UPS is a better option, unless you like waiting days for a package past its delivery date, and then get no updates, and then drive to the actual local shipping hub and then wait in line and then not helped with your predicament at all, then by all means, use USPS.

The staff at this location tends to be snappy, rushed and in many cases condescending toward the customers. I try to go to smaller branches in the vicinity. The staff don’t realize that is is the customers that keep USPS running.

The workers didn’t scan my package when I left it it the priority mail bin. Wasn’t able to get refunded or insurance on lost package because they never scanned it! Package was worth over $50. Don’t come here unless you wanna get ripped and get your packages stolen.

I typically never really leave reviews but this specific USPS is super frustrating. I paid a little extra for a package to come early and when it arrived it required a signature, and since I was not home they took it back to their location. They left me a peach strip that doesnt look like the typical redelivery slip I have received before. All it says is that it was not delivered because I was not home. No information about when I can pick it up or an article number, but I made the best of it and tried to get it re-delivered at a better date. The reason why I cannot pick up the item is because I work mid-day shifts and my work place is a little bit too far to make it in time during my lunch break before they close. It did not come home on the redelivery date. I had a neighbor watch out for it and it never came. I didnt even get another peach slip for the missed delivery. Which made me think they did not redeliver on the date I asked for. I try think rationally, maybe they are backed up from all the holiday packages. So I tried again and again and again. A total of three dang times and it still has not come. I had to ask a family member (who does not live in my city) to go pick it up for me because I could not. It was pretty frustrating because I paid extra for it to come later because of this delay. The package was a box of paint (not even expensive paint) for my nieces birthday and I was able to receive it a week after her birthday. Really disappointed. I just hope the service gets better.

If you want to get your passports done, you better go once they open. Otherwise, schedule an appointment instead for another location. The person there has told me the two times I went there Im closed for today two hours before passport services supposedly close. Did the same thing to my grandmother as well.On second thought, just dont go here at all for passports.

Don’t bother trying to get your passport here. The office is closed at random and you can’t get accurate info unless you see them multiple times. This is my 5th attempt to get situated. The first time I was told what to fill out and told to come back. The second time, they were closed during their operating hours. The third time they couldn’t see me. The fourth time I was told I needed more paperwork than I was told the first time. Now the fifth time they are once again closed during their operating hours.

Don’t go here for a passport. I had everything I needed filled out, all my documentation, early in the morning, and still after an hour of waiting I didn’t get serviced. Finally I left. Make an appointment at another location. This is a 15 minute process anywhere else in the world. So mad.

Came here to register for a passport for the first time after passing citizenship test! I was very amazed for the fast service by the agent lady named Nhu who helped and only waited an hour roughly. Very nice and very satisfied by her speedy Gonzales work. Just kind of sad to see her only as an agent and may need more ppl to help her. Anyways, I took passport photos here too and got done everything I need. Love the service!

The ladies who work here are awesome! They have to deal with so many rude people and they always do it with grace. They are poorly understaffed at this location but the girls are always doing the best they can. Each of them have answered my many questions with great knowledge and even give me suggestions on saving with shipping costs. Keep up the great work!

I will never use this facility for passports, especially as long as “Dave” is employed there!!! Many days prior to today I checked the time online to apply for a passport which clearly stated passport applications were M-F between 10am-2pm. Being thorough, I called to verify this to which which they confirmed.I showed up and there was a clipboard just inside the door specifically for people getting passports, but there was no paper on said clipboard. I inquired with the very pleasant gal inside. She suggested I sit in the passport application area and speak with “Dave”. At this point it was 1pm. He came down at 1:30pm and told me that he was done for the day, suggested I make an appointment for tomorrow. First off they do NOT make appointments... first come first serve (as per their website and the kind employees inside).I said per the information online the passport section is from 10am until 2pm and they do not make appointments. When I stated that to him, he said, “well I am done for today so I don’t know what to tell you.” He was rude and dismissive. Since they do not in fact accept appointments, and per him he doesn’t work past 1:30pm, USPS needs to update their hours pertaining to passport hours. I will be finding out who his supervisor is and file a formal complaint about his attitude, rudeness and dismissiveness (as in he literally walked away as I was speaking to him). With employees like him, I can only assume since he’s “union” and probably has been there a while that he thinks he’s above repercussions. Good luck to anyone who comes to this facility to get a passport, if he hates people and or his job perhaps he should quit and flip burgers for a living! To attempt to make me feel unworthy of his time didn’t work. If anything, I will do what I can to make certain this incident goes on his record. People need to follow through so “Dave” and idiot people like him know that Customer Service should be job one. Once it’s not... he should find a new job... preferably one that doesn’t deal with one on one with the public.

All my experience with the USPS, in every state Ive lived, has been very poor. This place is not an exception. It took over four weeks to get the correct keys to my PO box. Never received an apology. I have a lot of packages shipped due to being on the road for work often. I will go in the day after my tracking information says the package was received and delivered, but the workers say the package isnt there. I think a language barrier exists between the non-Vietnamese and the USPS staff. More often than not my questions are left unanswered. I have asked for the Postmasters name multiple times but they have never given it to me.If possible, avoid this location. If youre curious why the USPS lost almost 4 billion dollars last year, do business with this location for a while. You will soon find out. USPS has terrible customer service at almost every location. Unfortunately for us as citizens, we dont have a choice but to deal with it.

I was in on Saturday 9-7-19 at 1:40pm to request a new passport. I came into the office with all forms completed with additional information to process my request for a passport. I was told by post office employee NHU that the passport hours were closed. When I asked NHU what time the passport hours are scheduled till, she didn’t respond to my question and became loud and frustrated and repeated that the passport hours were closed! When I asked the question again regarding hours, she repeated that they were closed. I then looked at my phone and it was exactly 1:40pm and informed NHU of the time, she stated she needed to close out because she had other paperwork to do. I then stated firmly that the passport hours are not closed. NHU became more rude and asked if I had all the correct information, I responded yes. She then looked at my application and said no, and had me transcribe all information on a new application. She then looked at my birth certificate and said this is old and had difficulties reading the information on my birth certificate. She then became more frustrated with me because I had difficulties understanding her directions because she was being unclear with what she was needing me to complete. NHU then stated do you not understand me? In a condescending tone. I informed her that she was being very rude to me. Through this process I feel disrespected and I am dumbfounded with the lack of good costumer service. I also feel that after reading the reviews of this post office, I am not the only one who has felt slighted by poor customer service. I really hope that whoever reads this review and has any type of leadership will do better training and career development with the post office workers. Satisfactory customer service should be the number one priority.

Incompetent mail carriers. Every couple weeks I have a package delivered but nowhere to be found. Get to spend an hour and half on hold with customer service to file a claim so I can get lied to by the supervisor about what happened to my package again.

Opened a po box and paid for 6 months. Went back a week later and the box was still blocked from the backside which means I havent been able to receive mail. When I enquired about the issue I was told the po box manager wasnt available and to check back in another week or so.

We are experiencing GREAT DIFFICULTY getting our mail since it was inadvertently sent to a new address by the post office through a change of address that WE DID NOT FILE! Weve come into the office three times. Weve been given advice and helped through 3 processes that were supposed to fix the problem. They did not. We were given a phone number for a supervisor that is answered by an answering system that does not allow for messages. I am very disappointed in the service of this branch of the USPS! .

Funny how there is a phone number but never anyone to answer the calls! All you ever get is a recorded message saying THERE IS NOBODY AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL. Maybe that is because there are too many people on the lines complaining about the poor service.

Got a call from Zara that I was supposed to drop my return package at UPS, not USPS. Came here the same day and a woman simply didnt understand what i was trying to say and asked me over and over again who called me about my package when I said at the first place that it was the customer service from Zara!!! Finally a younger lady understood but she basically just stood there, looked at me with an fvking attitude, and told me to track my package or go home and wait. Excuse me!!
