This complex is extraordinary & I highly recommend.  The employees are remarkable. They are professional, hard working, patient & kind. They care about their tenants & make a DIFFERENCE. Special thanks to Shaw (Property Manager), Daisy, Natalie, Olivia, Mary, Sandy, Luz, Julie & Deanna... These ladies are phenomenal. They take great pride in their jobs.The property is adjacent to both the 405 & 22 Freeways so makes for easy commute. The grounds sparkle & a lot of amenities. Highly upgraded units. You will be impressed. It is well worth your time to check out. You will be glad you did.  You can lease with confidence.

OMG... such a hidden gem and sooooo beautiful!! I contacted office in regards to a rental available in our price range and Sandy was extremely pleasant to work with. All though the rental didnt work out, her and Shaw went above and beyond their call of duty and was able to get us in contact to the adjacent park for RV space rental and enabling us to be able stay in the estates. Who know what the future holds for myself and family but totally feeling blessed right now :)

Pandemic really effected the community. Owner had an extremely hard time finding a person who was a fit.FOUND A FIT. WOW THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MANAGER IN 8 YES DAY 1, I asked for 3 issues to be handled. In 30.ins 1 issue was attended to. I CAN SEE HER PROFESIONALISM HAS INFLUENCED THE EMPLOYEES .There is a CUSTORMER SERVICE QUOTE. CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THEIR SUPERIOR/BOSS.WOW IT HAS HAPPEN NOW. Even LONG TIME employees have stepped up their work performanceManagement 1= great management . If I had a request, it was attended to in a timely matter. *very few* The employees always looked happy .Daisy was the best office employee I have ever analyzed. I was a. I am writing this review primarily on the level of professionalism exhibited by Shaw during a recent incident. Throughout my time living at Los Alisos Estates my interactions with management have lacked luster. However recently I have noticed a splendid change in management and Im attributing it to the presence of Shaw. She showed great conflict resolution and inclusively followed up to see if the level of service she had provided exceed our expectation (which it did). I hope that the entirety of Los Alisos Estates management team can maintain the new standards being set by Shaw and look forward to expecting a pleasant experience with management vs my previous uncanny perspective to dealing with management. Over all the property is maintained and a safe environment for families.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My mother lives here and I usually conduct business on her behalf. The old manager, (Shanna, Shan, Shawn, Cannot remember) was AMAZING. That girl knew everyone, was kind, got stuff done, followed up! I met with the new manager, I literally almost died. So unprofessional, dressing like a lady of the night and is such a horrible reflection on the company. Most of the girls in the office are so sweet, (I usually deal with the ones up front for obvious reasons) but the new woman is unbelievable. Has she ever worked in an office? In management? Spoken to customer? The neighborhood is aware the ownership drives her around like a puppy. Related? Who cares but Im so sadden, I thought they had it figured out with the other manager. After 10 years, its probably time to move my mom.

Not professional, not organized.The worst customer service Ive known. For every tiny issue, the staff there promised so fast but did not do anything and had clients call or go back and forth couple times until having the resolution.

These homes are very beautiful and from what I have seen, the people that live here seem very happy. Everyone that works in the office has been nothing but welcoming, kind, and helpful. Sandy, in particular, was very pleasant to work with through the whole process and remained enthusiastic to answer any of my questions or concerns; This made my experience in renting a home that much better!!!

So upset to hear Shahs no longer here. What a gem we lost. Now not a soul gives a hoot about homeowners. She was so well versed on homeowner rights and how things should be done. Man, so sad.

Edit 10/04/2020We had moved into Los Alisos mobile home estates 2 months ago, and this is our update since our move in.Very secure neighborhood and friendly staff, ideal place for first time renters.Although we have had issues with our FOB key access, Los Alisos staff is doing all they can to grant us access to the amenities they offer.All of their staff stand out in great ways, especially Linda. Although she is only working weekends for now, we hope to see much more of her in the future, she is always a pleasure to talk to!We will update this review as needed.-Dylan and Emilia

I would like to start off with, I usually only leave 5 star reviews but.... I have to say this is the worst Mobile Home Park I have ever had to deal with. I would also like to say that their staff is great especially Liberty but the Director leaves a lot to be desired... He has held up the escrow process and delayed the close of escrow for several days because he is simply to busy to sign a piece of paper!!!

All they care about is money. This place is a joke.took two years to get are air conditioner properly fixed. Our ceiling fan FELL and nobody came to fix it for two days. And we have spiders coming out of every vent. Also Showing units during a pandemic when all your other amenities are closed isn’t protecting anyone, especially your employees. Dispicable.

Extremely large place with a newly remodeled mobiles. It is secured with drive thru security gate. They have two pools and a jacuzzi as well as free car wash area and multiple laundry facilities.

Been here 6.5 yrs BECAUSE I have great neighbors AND the STAFF is fair with smiling cust. Service. Ask a question...get an answer. Have a concern...its researched. Etc

I have been living here for quite sometime now so I can fairly rate this place. The community is nice and peaceful. The homes are nice. However, dealing with their maintenance is tedious and frustrating. It takes several calls to get them to come and fix something. It seems as if they were understaffed. Also, the parking system here is a nightmare. I brought my girlfriend home to meet my parents for the first time and I needed to get her a parking permit. It was around 6pm and the administration office was already closed. The guard who provides the parking permits wasn’t around so we called the number on the window and waited long. He never showed up or called. I had her park in the guest parking anyway. She met my parents and it all went well. By the time I walked her out to her car they had already towed it. I had to pay 400 dollars that same night to get it out and avoid more charges. We pay our rent on time every month and have never caused problems. When they ask us to remove something (such as Christmas decorations or other objects in the porche/garage) they want it done right away. But when we ask for their service (that they are supposed to provide) they take forever. Another important thing to know, they don’t allow any fiber/coaxial internet company here. So we are stuck with their $60 a month for “12Mbps” Internet. And I used quotation marks because it doesn’t work all the time. In this time and age this is atrocious and unacceptable. Please consider this before thinking about moving here.Update: I contacted them as they requested below and nothing has been resolved so far. I was told I would get a call back but never did. Not surprised.

I vista Los Alisos after calling and making an appointment for 1 hour from the time I called. I wanted to see the community so I asked if I could come right away and she said yes. When I got to the community the staff were very friendly to me and eager to show me around. The staff member who helped me showed me 2 or 3 different floor plans. I was impressed by the upgrades to the mobile homes. There was a variety of different floor plans to look at. I was impressed by the way they take care of the property. It was neat and clean. I think they have parities 1 time a month for there residences. When I went they were getting ready for a Halloween party which I thought was very thoughtful. Next May when I am ready to move I will go back and see what they have to offer.

I used to live here. This place is kept clean the staff is so friendly and rent is very reasonable as well.I Love the pool areas clean and well kept. And they have the Biggest jacuzzi and its the perfect temperature all the time.

The landlord don’t offer fast WiFi internet. You have to contract with their desire-internet company who have contract with them (with low speed and high price... cable, no food or high speed...I contacted some companies with better deal like spectrum ... but they said they unable to get in and provide service because the landlord/ manager didn’t want them to provide service in the community.I talked 2 hours long with the tech and he said as long as the landlord say ok, they need to go to spectrum website and fill out a form, then resident able to get spectrum service. But they attempted many time and it seem they didn’t want to cooperate... is there anyone who experienced similar situation please confirm it?

The security inside is very impressive. Cameras and patrol 24 7. Parking inside you need a pass. Guest Not a big fan of parking on street and walking long distances.

Stopped by just a few days ago.Place looks like they have a lot of plans for expanding and growing in the next few months.We toured one of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units. It was really nice. It is a shame they dont allow animals but very understandable. A critter could do a lot of damage in one of those places if their owner was not taking care.We are still shopping around right now but this place is at the top of our list. All the staff we spoke with were very nice and straightforward about how they work.I saw a lot of families in the units. It was great to see that as we have a kid ourselves. The community seems quiet and peaceful. Everyones yard seemed well maintained but at the same time individual.Definitely worth a look!

Nice. Quiet and clean community

Lots of amenities. Clean and landscaped. No pets allowed. Strict smoking rules.My only complaint is the residents or guests that blare their car stereos as they drive through the community. Sound really travels in the community.

Dangerous park-example most drivers speed, and do not stop at STOP signs including the employees. This park is drug store alley. Constant construction going on none stop. Not enough parking. Stuff broken, and not fixed. Do your homework before renting here.

My wife 2 kids and I have lived here for about 2 years now and we absolutely love it they have on site security that patrols the area and are working very hard to make it a nice place to live for the residents they are a little strict about keeping the outside of your home tidied up but I guess if they werent it could get out of hand overall the staff has been very friendly. Also we have had great communication from management if they need to shut the water off or gas off for a certain period of time only thing that would make it nicer to live here would be if the pools were heated and the workout rooms were up dated and maybe a better clubhouse to entertain your guests without being charged. Overall we have been very happy living here it stays pretty quiet. Most of our neighbors have young kids and are very friendly I would highly recommend anyone take a second look and ignore the bad reviews.

Some of these mobile homes look really nice and modern on the inside. They are pretty big almost like a house without a backyard but comes with very small patio to bbq. Very nice area with security driving around. The grass/basketball area is pretty big.

Its a nice mobile home park but check your next door neighbors first before you choose what unit you want to move in to. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Rented here for over 8 years. Nice quiet park. Two years ago management was rude, not true anymore. Massive modernizing going on. Never had any problems with Management. Seen people get evicted for selling drugs, vandalizing, non payment of rent, failure to follow the rules agreed to when signed the rental agreement. Dont know how you get raped with fees. Only ever payed what was agreed to in the rental agreement, just like everywhere else Ive lived. Only park in Orange County that rents as far as I know. Pay a visit to a few mobile home parks in the area, Nicest park by far. Will be moving to a larger unit in the next couple months. No plans on leaving this park! Families with more than 2 cars may have a tough time finding parking. Rule is 2 in the driveway, other cars on the street. Have seen 3 to a driveway. Seems to be ok as long as you dont hang over driveway. Cars parked on the street have been broken into many times over the years. I moved here for quiet and I stayed here because they dont tolerate noisy drunken partiers. When I moved in the place had a 1970s look to it, much nicer now, and rebuilding many new coaches every month.

I went with my husband To look at mobile homes at Los Alisos we had an appointment with Nadia on Sunday, she wasnt there so Daisy was there in the office but not working, she said Gresselda, or Grassel thats her name by last name Garcia will help us. Gressel had a real nasty attitude with us, very short with explaining things to us, as if we where bothering her at work. She showed us three told us there is four, we liked the first one, she wasnt willing to work with us, my husband gave her a credit check deposit, she didnt have the decency to call us back, so I had to be persistent, every time I called, she was giving me and my husband and I dont care to rent it to you attitude. She said my husbands credit score was bad, but when we went to another place they said it was good. They discriminate here, if you are Caucasian or another race other than Hispanic and you get a Hispanic rude chic in the office, they wont rent it to you, they rent to their own. Sorry to say that, but its true. Stay away.

As far as trailer parks go it was clean, relatively secure and overall not bad.

I just called just to ask for rent (Luckily I havent put my butt into this place yet), and the one who answered my phone whom I guess is a manager, was very rude. I asked for one 1 bed, 1 bath, she replied to me as she doesnt want anymore tenant even she has room avavilable. Then I ask for utilities covered, she said very rude way, NOTHING!. Just only 5 mins to ask for info, I already can conclude how management they have over here. Very bad impression.

A Quiet, Tidy and Clean Place to Live !!

It is a place that is not really worth it first because you can not put cable and internet and there are dogs that I really do not recommend

My brother-in-law lives here, and it is very good because it is neat and well-organized when you come and sees it. Security is good, but sometimes we are cracking down on external vehicles to the point that it is annoying because of parking problems, but the people living here have a lot of understanding, so thank you for sharing their parking spaces.

Hello for me is a very quiet community and lives very comfortable but a very bad disappointment a few months ago they asked me that supposedly was a relative of a worker I of that person I am not a relative does not call me anything they asked me and my daughter. We were prop with the rent. And all and suddenly we got away with that because we had to vacate ... later I knew that the persons sister lives there I do not understand that I think bad Onda .. but everything. It happened for good thanks to God.

The mobile home houses or formerly called trailers are now being remodeled from laminate to wood, they no longer get so hot in the heats and in winter they are no longer so cold and the lower the rent pressure is not very expensive go visit the alder mobile home states
