I bought my Reinforcer 3 years ago from Sport Chrome. Excellent customer service. Had my wheel, tire, bearing kit and fender lift kit in a flash. The Harley dealer in Riverside installed it and it looked great. In fact it still looks great. Gave me a defective wheel.. blamed it in install and did zero to help also kept the defective wheel i paid for never returned it... jonathan reed is terrible at customer service

Last year in May of 2016 I won an bid on a set of Chrome GL1800 Goldwing Wheels for exchange paid for them within seconds, received a phone call the next day from the owner stating that he had been on vacation and someone had sold the wheels and it would be awhile before he would have another set,shortly after I became sick never heard from him and never followed up,called today to try to get them to honor the bid and was told that they couldnt do it for the $500 or. $550 I had bidMy point is you put up an item on eBay for bid that you didnt have so now if I want to do it you want $750 wont happen.

Poor customer service. Stephanie does not return phone calls. I called at 10am to purchase a wheel leaving a message on Stephanies line. I also emailed at that time since no one answered the telephone. As I’m waiting for a telephone call that never comes I finally receive a email at 5:25pm comes saying you have the wheel in stock. I call and speak with Brad who says sorry someone purchased the wheel at 3:48 pm the email was a mistake. I tried to purchase it a 10am. Brad does not offer to put me on a waiting list to secure a sale. Yeah im frustrated but at ease that i will buy it from the competition.

I will say sport chrome made it right and sent me a completely new rim set up and Im pleased!From 1 star to 3

They chromed my own front wheel, and its beautiful. although the exchange wheel program did not work for me because they sent me the wrong front wheel at first, my wheel was a factory 22 inch, they sent me a 17 inch front wheel. an initial google search for a 2010 honda sabre wheel spec on their part would have saved me time and money, i had to pay fedex $100 to ship my front wheel from ohio to california, ouch. But i will say that sport chrome did an EXCELLENT job polishing my brake disc, amazing chrome like polishing. their prices are good also. I will use sport chrome again for my suzuki hayabusa wheels, I wont use anyone else but sport chrome for all my future chrome and polishing needs. also the lady i was e-mailing at sport chrome was very nice, professional and respectful
