Signed a contact for the summer season, first service they broke a window at the property and refused to pay for it. Then mentioned that they are unsure this relationship will work as they bid to low for the contract price. Very unprofessional and will never hire them or allow them on any of my properties. Stay away or you too will be heading to small claims court.Not sure where the confusion stems- the court will void the contract being that it wasnt even spellchecked

I was patient and tried to give these jokers a chance. And, prior to 2021, they had great reviews. After all, 2021was a snowy, wet year and Im sure it interrupted much of their schedule. I engaged with them in mid April. Long story short, their communication is terrible and they dont meet commitments.I signed up for their spring lawn care service - it literally took 6 weeks and multiple trips (and different people) for them to complete this at 80%. They never did finish one corner of the backyard and, after contacting them multiple times with no success, I finally took care of this myself.I also had an agreement for them to remove tree stumps and a couple juniper bushes. Again, multiple trips. People would show up unannounced and suddenly be working in my yard. Theyd half-finish work, leave tools and, in general, not do a good job. They finally removed 3 small tree stumps but never finished the remainder of the work.When contacting them to escalate, most of the time I couldnt reach anyone even after leaving voicemails and emails. Occasionally I would reach someone and they told me that the way their business operates they cant commit to days, times or really anything.All the while, I continue to have invoices emailed to me for unfinished work. Most-recent, I received a revised invoice, with the cost of the remaining juniper bushes removed, with absolutely zero communication or confirmation that they were never coming back. When I emailed Mario to confirm the multiple problems and that Id go ahead and pay the invoice and end our relationship, he simply replied, Ok. Sound good.Horrible customer service, complete lack of organization and a seemingly poor understanding of what it takes to run a business. Throw in zero accountability, no sense of customer service and a process for simple yard cleanup that will take 2 months (and never be finished). If thats what youre after, then youll be pleased.

Repeatedly failed to show up for weekly lawn service despite paying a fixed monthly rate.Destroyed sprinklers while rototilling, only fixed it partially after multiple visits.

I have been trying to schedule a mow for almost two weeks. First it took them days and two emails addresses to figure out how to send me a contract. Then they said they were sending an invoice which still has not arrived. They have repeatedly told us we were on their schedule and have not shown up when they said they would for now three straight days. I am about to spend my entire weekend clearing a yard I was willing to pay them to take care of indefinitely which is now a much bigger task that it would have been if they had shown up like they said they would a week ago. Unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. Spend your money somewhere else that knows how to use email.

We spent 30 mins with them discussing the work we needed. Weed control, mowing, edging. Nothing major. He said no problem, he will email me the quote. A week, two weeks, no quote. I called twice asking for a quote. Still no quote. This week we got a door hanger advertising their service. Wth?Edit to add- they just called me and called me a liar (I have the original text message exchange), kept interrupting me, taking over me and wouldnt let me speak. I finally hung up on her. Wow. Bad way to do business. Thats unfortunate

I have a property that this company is refusing to pay for a damaged broken window caused from a lawn mower hurling a rock into this window and when contacted for repairs they refuse and would rather go to court.Disappointed that doing the right thing and moving forward is not a accepted process with this company and the owner.

I have them remove snow as well, they show up early and get her done. I’m so grateful. Very reliable, polite, and professional.

Their yard clean up service was great! Everything was completed quickly and as requested. We have started using this service for regular lawn maintenance and really appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. They are very easy to work with!

My front and back yards were in pretty bad shape before I called Lawn Snow and Fence. Both yards had died on me and got worse with mud from this past winter. Mario and his crew came to my house laid seed/top soil, watered three times a day, pulled weeds and built a dog barrier to get my yard in good shape. After a few weeks, we started seeing baby grass growing and my yard turned out great! Marios crew is very professional and working with his team was really fun. Id highly recommend Lawn Snow and Fence to anyone who needs yard work done!

Our lawn is always done properly, they even got us beautiful flower for our front potter! Never a complaint. The gentleman are always polite. I will continue to use them over and over again. I will tell all of my friends and family to use their service as well!

They did snow removal for us during the winter of 2019-2020. The snow removal was done promptly, as advertised. Their work was excellent and thorough. The office staff was professional. The billing was accurate, simple to pay on my smartphone, and their price was reasonable.

These guys are great! They got new grass to grow in dead spots, planted my flowers, and even built stairs in my backyard. There were a few broken pickets on my fence, which they replaced, and made sure the rest of the fence was secure. I will not let anyone else work on my yard ever again!

Takes care of property extremely well and very friendly. I wont hire anyone else besides these guys
