They are the greatest service I think I have ever used. Easy, to use, clothes done perfectly, and they didn’t even let me take it out to my car! They insisted they bring it out themselves. Prices are more than reasonable. This has made my life easier and I can’t believe I haven’t used them before. They are the only place I will go.

Amys laundromat has definitely been updated and organized. The machines work great and are clean. The attendants are very helpful and nice. I will make Amys my new place to wash clothes.

I love this laundromat! It’s clean, well-lit, and everything is well-maintained. Even the outside is clean and inviting. The lady that runs it and seems to be there every time I go is very friendly and helpful. I only go here every couple of months to do large items that won’t fit in my washer at home, so she helps me figure out which size washer works best for what I’m washing.

Busy but so much better than where I was going. Yes its very easy to get everything done even though it busy. They even gave me a $5.00 birthday gift 🎁 this place is awesome

This place is a relatively clean and has a ton of small medium and large washers($4-$7), and a ton of dryers($.25 per min). They have you load a prepaid Amys laundray card with either cash or card, staff was helpful.

I am a truck driver and don’t get a lot of home time. Sometimes to save myself time I go ahead and drop my clothes off with Amy’s Laundry to save myself time to do other things. They really go the extra mile with the drop off service. Not only was everything cleaned and smells nice, but they also, noticing some of my clothes had my company’s emblem on it, they separated them and put them in a separate bag so all my work clothes was kept separate making it easier to put things away when I get home. Very impressed and grateful they went the extra mile. Will use them again.

I absolutely love this laundromat! I hate doing laundry but I do not mind going here at all. It’s very clean & bright & the women that work here are super friendly. I usually always do my own laundry but I dropped it off for the ladies to do for me & I was super impressed! I picked it up a few hours after dropping it off by getting a text from Amy’s saying it was done which was great. Picked it up & it was neatly folded & separated & smelled good. This is the only laundromat that I will go to & I highly recommend it to anyone else needing to go to the laundromat!!

This laundry mat is very clean. The workers are always so kind. The only thing I would change is the smoking area. Sometimes I feel like I come in and cant breath because there is always someone outside smoking. Perhaps they could make an area down by the trash cans or something dedicated for those who smoke? Other than that, this place is great! Easy to use, not too expensive, doesnt take too long, always clean, and always great service.

I used the laundry service. They picked my clothes up and cleaned them for me, these clothes smell amazing and look the best they ever have. I have two young kids so stains are inevitable but they were able to get them out and the clothes smell really good. Definitely recommend the service for busy families, just set the clothes out and they pick it up delivered when done plus they fold everything for you even the dreaded socks.

I really have to give Amys praise. They have excellent customer service, all their equipment works and they have tons of it. The place is super clean, and they even have a service where they WASH DRY AND FOLD your clothes for you (which I will definitely be using for my washable delicates btw)!! The owner is super nice and cares about the business. Highly recommend :)

Cleanest, most beautiful, up to date Laundromat I have EVER seen or been to! The attendant was super attentive and kind! The extra large washers hold 6 loads!!! And its SUPER affordable!!!

I am here for work and went to this laundry mat. The lady working was so rude and told me I couldnt dry my closes even though they still had an hour till close. Then when she finally said i could use the dryer this one time she neglected to tell me I needed a card to use it. Not a debit card but a laundry card. She told me I had to go to another laundry mat because I could not buy a card there. FYI there was a sign on the wall that said I could buy a card there. I wont be using this place again. Very rude.

Today was my first trip to Amys Laundry. The young lady with long dark hair was very nice, extremely helpful and polite. She walked me through step by step on how to get a card, deposit funds on the card, how to use the new machines which made Laundry Day much easier and a lot less stressful. Id recommend Amys to anyone .

Went here for the first time today to wash a large comforter. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building was clean and bright and the washer worked well. Would definitely use this place again.

I used to work hear and yes I quit......but yes when I walked in during slow hours didnt get a greeting🤔and the owner asked what I was doing here?????. I said laundry!!!!! And the response I got was interesting choice .........🤔🤔🤔🤔so I was kinda confused.......business or no business........not saying anything bad but........ thoughts

This business was clean and bright inside. Parking was ample and easyfor drop off and pick up. I am visiting my Dad and he had multiple pillows and bed linens, blznkets and bedspreads to be laundered. Masks were worn by staff and customers. This was great! Amys employees were friendly and helpful. When we picked up the laundry the staff loaded everything in carts and even walked out and helped load into the car. This service saved my elderly Dad and myself from lots of work and my Dad was worried that doing it all at home would have put too much stress on his older septic tank. My Dad has said he might start bringing his regular laundry in every couple weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend this business for laundry services.

Had a great experience at Amys Laundry. Used the self service. Staff is friendly and helpful, everything is clean. Love the card system. So much better than carrying change, & a credit card may be used to load the laundry card. There is a parking lot, long open hours, and clean machines that washed the laundry well. Great place

The cleanest end friendliest laundromat Ive had the experience to use! They have anything that you need to do laundry. The staff is helpful, friendly and very courteous! And the laundry mat is so clean that if you accidentally drop your clean laundry, you wont care. Its immaculate! Two thumbs up!💖 👍👍

I have been to Amys Laundry many times. I have had extremely wonderful outstanding customer service. Very clean, absolutely not a single bug in sight! Washer and dryers very clean, and do their job very well.However, I have had a few clothing items missing. The first time was a few months ago, an employee ( long blonde haired chick), I havent seen in a while, I dont think she works there. Well, anyway I had told her about my concern. I had a new full bed sheet, the fitted sheet, pillow cases, and sheet misding, Brand New! I searched and seatched. I know I washed there, thats where I go, everyone goes for that matter. Believe me I know what I do with my stuff, I dont forget, at least not something that is brand new and its my sheets to a brand new bed!! Anyway, then last two weeks ago I was missing a gray towel, and a blue hand towel. What? So now I babysit my things, like I should have done before. Its weird. But I still will go to Amys Laundry facility, I really like it there. Amy, as a person will go out of her way to help. Nevertheless, I havent told her of my issue but she knows now, I guess. But to those new bed sheet, gray towel, blue hand towel theives, you gonna have to take from someone else because you aint getting me twice. God bless!!Thank you Amy for a really nice establushment, seriously it cant be beat here in Carroll County. Just watch out for those damn thrives, dude, I cant stand a thief!!!

After trying two other laundromats to wash my king sized comforters at, I ended up at Amy’s Laundromat in Westminster. I will never go to the Hampstead laundromat again after coming here! I drove a little further to get here, but the place is spotless and they have 8 jumbo machines, not just 2 like the other places, and the owner, Amy, assisted me to choose a less expensive washer as my comforter didn’t require the jumbo! No need to bring coins either, they have a card system so oh put dollars in a machine that loads onto a card that they give you! It just so happened that August is penny dryer days! So it was so inexpensive to dry 4 comforters!! Again, I highly recommend this laundromat if you need to wash large items or anything at all!

Our washer at home broke and we came to Amys and could not be happier. Excellent service! She helped me setup a new laundry card and explained everything and even helped me out when I realized I left my detergent at home. Very clean machines and building. I will come here again when needed!

I am very disappointed in the customer service that I have received. The dryer did not dry my items throughly, and I have used the same amount of quarters prior to this incident, and the towels were dry completely. I brought this issue to the worker, who seems to have been the owner, and she was extremely unprofessional. She yelled at me and was very disrespectful. She approached me unprovoked and told me to leave and bring my items somewhere else. I will no longer be using this service, and I am ashamed that such poor customer service exists in Westminster.
