Really bad service. I received a watch as a graduation gift and needed to shorten the band. When I came to the store, the owner(man) asked me 2 times if the watch was mine. He charged me $10 for shortening a watch band which was less than 5 minutes.

I came to Mike with an idea for a ring. I wanted to combine 2 very important and sentimental rings into 1 ring. I explained my idea and within a couple of weeks he was able to bring my idea to life. The ultimate result is absolutely beautiful. His prices are beyond reasonable and he is very honest about his products.
