The customer service could have been better but I really didnt feel comfortable to just browse felt as if I wasnt a valued customer. The selection however was decent but I didnt see the ring that called out to me. The thing is once you are ready to make a purchase I am sure you will get the attention that you want as long as you tell them that you are making a for sure purchase.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Got my engagement ring from there after going to almost every jeweler in OC . This place was the best in every way. Mina was the sales person that helped us, she has great customer service, very friendly, informative and helpful. She worked so hard and did her best to get us exactly what we want. This jewelry shops prices are affordable, so I wouldnt consider it to be a high-end shop. Nice place to buy an engagement ring or even a wedding ring. I would give them a try.

Poor selection for what I was looking for and the customer service I received from the sales staff was absolutely atrocious. Will not recommend this store to anyone. Have reached out to customer service multiple times and have had no luck getting in touch with them. Beyond disappointed.
