The staff are always courteous and professional. I came in because one of my hearing aids was not working. The staff person who assisted me took the hearing aids and examined them. She repaired a wire and replaced the earpieces. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I am very happy with HearUSA as my provider.
I dont typically respond to requests for reviews, but since its been emailed several times and texted, I guess Im obligated.I was sent to HearUSA because I referred by Kaiser. I needed a hearing test as a starting point for the ringing in my ears. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I requested the forms be emailed ahead of time so they could be filled out at home which I did. Once I was taken in and insurance info received, I was taken to the back for the test. I was informed their equipment was broken and the test couldnt be conducted. Wait. What? It would have been nice to get a phone call so I didnt leave work early and drive all the way over there if you knew I couldnt be tested. But that didnt stop her from trying to give me a sales pitch for hearing aids. Why would you try to sell me hearing aids if you havent even tested my hearing and Im not even complaining about my hearing, its just the ringing. Utter waste of time with no apology.

I got the high end Siemens hearing aids from them. The right one died in less than 3 months. I took it to them and they tried to tell me it was wax buildup. After they cleaned it it still didnt work. They sent it in for repair and a week and a half later I got it back with new components and itstill didnt work. In addition to the poor reliability of the hearing aids, Im not happy at all with the the support from the office staff. The head audiologist, however, is very nice and helpful.Overall very unhappy with the quality of this Siemens hearing aid and support.
Great people that really care about what you need and want for your hearing. Im legally deaf, & on SSDI. They were able to get me a beautiful set of aides that I could afford. Now I hear Better than my grandkids! Really recommend them to everyone who has any type of hearing problems.
