This business used some tricks to maximize their profits. They dont have the service fee list. They name the price whenever they want. Ill find somewhere else next time.

(Thursday night my time) Thank YOU Vietlink Global!!!update.... I have been shipping there now for over 2 years. They ship, it is a great way to ship to Việt Nam. Ive shipped a lot of items there. One time is was really quick, I left the package on Sunday, it was in Yên Phong the next Saturday!! I was there today, Sunday 12.07..2020I needed to ship a package to Viet Nam. Ive sent packages before through FedEx and USPS, FedEx is TOO expensive and USPS is kind of slow to get there. I went to this company on Saturday and they said the package would be there on Friday. That is s few weeks faster than USPS and the cost was reasonable. Import tax was included in the shipping fee.

Not sure why so many bad reviews, been coming here for almost 1 year every weekend with my wife. Price is fair, and service is good and quick except on promotion days 😁. Packages always delivered on time (10 days tops) and no missing items. If price is too high, dont cry about it here, just go to a different shop 🤷‍♂️.

I really MEAN they will calculate the standard weight by volume despite the fact those cottons only weight 300 lbs. Do you willing to take 900 dollars from some one to move a BIG BIG volume like a MASTER BEDROOM to the airplane and to another country. It is really dumb to ask that. Cause YOU will never do that business with that person. Thus, they must have a WAy to convert volume to weight as some standard formula that can make volume to weight more fair. If you ship something very light weight but big, the weight will based on the volume. and if you shipped something heavy (lead, tungsten), small volume but heavy; then the cost will of course based on weight.This is because FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc. they dont want their airplane pack full to make a fly without make any revenue from it. Think people think. There must be a profit relationship when doing business. People will never do something for free, no profit UNDER mass quantity. Even charity organization, you think people who work at CEO in PROFIT FREE Charity Organization does not Salary. BIG MISTAKE. If I become CEO of some charity ( Charity of blood donate for example). I suggest you not to try to use their services. Their customer services are too bad and terrible. Now they say $2.75 per pound, then they use a big box that seems to fit to put all your stuffs inside and charge you more by the difference between the real total weight of your stuffs and the amount of money that is applied for the size of the box. All my goods are around 32 pounds. They used a box that can be contained up to 42 pounds and asked me to pay the difference of 10 pounds. Another choice is that I have to buy more items that are weighed 10 pounds and still pay the difference of that 10 pounds. The man who helped me pack my stuff did not tell me anything until I asked for. His service is so bad at well. He looked so lazy to pack everything as fast as he could. The first time I try their service is my last time as well.

My package was dropped off at this UPS Access location. UPS notified me that my package was dropped off and ready for pick up but when I showed up they said UPS has not delivered and my package would be ready for pick up tomorrow. There were a few customers at the time I asked for my package and they just didnt want to go looking for my package. Completely disregarded my time getting to theIr location and having to come back the next day. Unprofessional business.

Everyone please be careful with this shipping company. This place, they find ways to deceive customers money. Yesterday my mom sent some items to Vietnam before Tet. My mom was right near an officer guy who was packing for a lady who came before my mom. Before he put the package on the scale, my mom glanced that the scale already had 2.5 lbs. He saw that my mom was looking so he invited my mom to sit down so she didnt have to stand. My mom said it was okay for her to stand. It was my mothers turn and she saw the scale was adjusted to 0 kg, but when the bill came out, the tax was up to $ 14. My mom just shook her head and said to the guy that you had a lot of ways to make money from customers. He just kept silent and pretended that he did not understand.I recommend everyone to boycott this scam. I have been doing business with them for while but there customer is the worst. I been shipping the same products back to Vietnam for years and they never been charged me taxes but now just because I buy a bundle deal on that products to get a better deal .Now Vietlink want to charge me because they say it a different products and each time I talk to them they tell me a difference stores. And now they I have to talk to the accounting so I say ok now the accounting say that it there faults in the past didn’t charge me taxes because they over look . They lies I look over the invoice and they types in there that on taxes on this products. . ANY WAY IF YOU WANT TO SHIP SOMETHING TO VIETNAM ASK THEM GIVE A PRICE FIRAT BEFORE SHIP OUT THE ITEMS . I sent 4 boxes which post office weight them 8lbs, they weighted them 9lbs each box. All boxes arrived to the airport last Monday 2/17. Today is 2/25/2020 they are not ready for pick up. My sister called them and they block her phone number. I sent an email and text a message on facebook, but nobody response. I do not know what happen to my goods. I just want to give this business one star if i can. The most terrible customer service ever. Always asking for more extra fee, promising delivery on time, but never do well. I went there to delivery my stuff on Tuesday (they said they have shipment everyday except Wednesday and Saturday before 3pm). On that Tuesday, after i gave them my stuff, an employee asked me $40 extra for exporting fee to get the stuff deliver before next Thursday. However, until Friday the stuff still did not deliver yet. I called them to ask, an employee answered me that they cannot make the shipment on time on that Tuesday (so my stuff was shipped on Thursday instead on Tuesday as they promised) which they told me they had shipment that day (Tuesday) before 3pm and also charge me $40 export fee to get the stuff deliver on the time I wanted.This is the second time happening to me. I wont come back to this exporting service any more. I just want to give a message to the owner that you are not the only exporting service to Vietnam, so dont act like you can fool customers around and still run this business well.

I used a delivery service here. Service sent slowly and lost goods. And when lost, they try not to compensate the customer. I am very disappointed with this service. I hope no one is like me.

Ok, here we go! I was checking vietklinks reviews after someone recommended it when I mentioned i wanted to send something to my sister-in-law in vietnam, after reading most of the reviews i was feeling really apprehensive about the whole idea. But I already bought the stuff so I said to my self what the heck i will try it once, after all, my niece has used the place lots of times and said they are trustworthy. Havent lost a single items yet. The man who helped me was very friendly not cranky like some vietnamese people who do business that i come across. After a week my relative called and said they received all the items safe and sound! So i will definitely use this business again.

Sent off a package for a friend to Ho Chi Minh city. The package ended up with missing many items. I called them for a complaint and they tried to blame UPS service. There was no way UPS opened my package when they already put the label on top. Vietlink Global was the one who opened it out to re-examine for price evaluation. At that moment, I knew I would never choose their service again. So if you choose this service, be prepared that your items would be somewhere else and not your desired place.Dịch vụ tệ.
