Youd think a fire protection company would shut off the alarms BEFORE work that would trigger it, particularly in a 400+ complex with pets.Instead these professionals set them off again. the alarms are painfully loud for people. For my cat, it paralyses her in pain and fear.If a visitor to my home hurt my pet that way, theyd get a punch to the nose and shown the door. Since my apartment management hires them...I give an impotent bad review. and check that I own no stock in them, if cintas is publicly traded. :sigh:Update: Cintas replies 5 months later... pretty much exemplifying the level of service they provide. The stellar service was for my apartment complex, AMLI at interlocken, Broomfield, CO 80021. investigate away, Cintas. Maybe by next year theyll have learned that setting off the alarms at a 400+ apartment complex isnt the right way to repair a live system, but I doubt it.
We have just started Using Cintas Fire at our location for a few months now and they have had a stellar attitude and impressive knowledge in what they do. Jeff S. has came out and tested our Backflows so that we stay in compliance with the city. He has treated me with the so much respect and has no problem explaining to me what the status of our fire suppression system is. Their pricing is great for what they do and their follow through is outstanding. Great Job Cintas and Jeff.Cintas Also Tests and Inspects the Fire monitoring systems at our location They have supplied us with a very knowledgeable individual named Shane that has knocked it out of the park when it comes to communication and explaining to me how the process works. He is very honest and is always welcome to our facility. Great Job Cintas and Shane! Keep up the good work!Precision Metal MFG.
In the summer of 2019 they serviced our location in the Denver area, they had our employee there sign the invoice before the work was complete, due to our guy being out of town when work was supposed to be completed, and the invoice was about 10x more than what the quote was. It took them about 6 months to get it figured out. Then they sent the invoice to the incorrect person, and only called when they were going to send us to collections. The responsiveness of the management inside for this location has been less than par. I would 100% NOT recommend them to anyone who asked.
Customer service was top notch. As Jeff recognized we had an issue, he dillegently troubleshooted until we had a solution. Cintas was great to work with and the pricing was more than fair. We are happy to be serviced by these guys.
The pricing is outrageous. Dont expect anything to get done for less than $300. There is a service charge of $65 plus a minimum of 2 hours they will bill for. They claimed that our issue was too much water pressure causing a leak. The tech turned down the water pressure and watched for 5 minutes to see the leak stopped. As soon as he left it started leaking again. For less than 1 hour work and not fixing the problem we got a bill for $500. When we called to get someone back out they couldnt guarantee that there wouldnt be another charge because it might be some other issue. For $500 we should be able to get a leak fixed. Look elsewhere for anything fire related.
Really appreciate the way they treat me and my small business. Never have had a poor experience dealing with the people or process. Thanks for making things easy.
I am tired of this company. We have used them for annual inspections and only one repair. They do not plan with businesses and expected to go through an entire hotel including guest rooms without notice. They cannot repair, it took them 3-4 weeks to repair the dry system in the attic. That is completely unacceptable, fire safety repairs should take no longer than 48 hours. They cannot inspect. I received a non compliance issue on 2 items, one for code which did not apply to our kitchen, and the other was functionality which was not actually inspected as the unit operates fine. So 3 inspections on 1 piece of equipment, ridiculous. Update, they still tried to charge me for each inspection. Some more failures, two months to receive backflow inspection reports and proposal to fix deficiency. On that proposal, four hours labor for a thirty minute job (installing a velocity check on the dry system condensate drain, tape it and tighten it!). Ya I think not, proposal declined. One technician sent out for an annual inspection, how cheap can you get? Cheap enough that the customer has to provide the legwork in your inspection! They wanted to replace my entire power supply panel, I ended up finding the wires to the zone that wasnt working just sitting above the ceiling panels. I feel sorry for those that are being conned by this company under the guise of fire safety.
Awful. It took them over an hour to respond to an alarm at a hotel with over 100 guests and they wont be here for another 45 minutes +.Their on call response is lazy and pathetic. The Fire Department just managed to shut the alarm off by unplugging it and disconnecting the batteries. I need some sleep so in going to try to go back to sleep and hope we dont have a real fire before I get up or were all screwed.Cintas, putting your life at risk by not doing our jobs is my idea for their new slogan. If I didnt have a complicated medical procedure at 10 AM, I wouldnt risk this. The hotel staff will check each floor for smoke every half hour. A lot can happen in a half hour.Im told Cintas is the only real option around here in Denver. Maybe someone should start a company that does its job. Youd get lots of business.
Shady company my review somehow was removed on here about my business? How is that? Well ill try to rewrite. we have had many issues since with this company. My review was about how they say they preform work when they really dont. then will charge you for a report that you will never receive!I watched one of the techs they had sent out to test the Back Flow and i literally saw the guy just sign the tag and leave. Now when i google online to test a backflow this guy didnt even have a meter to test so how will you determine if the thing works or not?Not to mention when they come to inspect our hotel i have to disable the fire panel. How do your guys not know how to do that? thats your job isnt it??This same tech was in my last review on how i smelt alcohol on his breath. and you guys let him drive? They have some new guy every time i see them and they act as if they are new to the trade. I dont wanna say names because i feel my review will be deleted.Beware of this company. Horrible customer service. Inexperienced technicians and some of there techs will write off things as tested when it never was while also drinking on the job.Personally i feel this company should have higher standards since its a Billion dollar company.
Was talking with a management company and the owners bad experience with Cintas came up. I told him I caught Cintas in a bogus invoice scam -- propagated BY Cintas MANAGEMENT about 9 years ago. I took them to small claims court and won easily. Probably the easiest case the judge had to preside ever. Buyer beware.
Take the time to find an independent fire extinguisher or backflow device inspector. Cintas has enough customers; They dont care whether you give them your business or not. You dont matter.
This is hands down one of the worst companies i have seen in the industry. I have worked in the fire safety industry previously for many years. my company was a customer of this Cintas Fire Protection. where do i start, for one the employees or what they call technicians many of which have only been in the industry for a few months! i literally had a technician tell me he was in the industry for 3 months and he was inspecting our property. (the same technician smelled of alcohol!) This same technician didnt know how to take down this panel i had to do that for him. these un trained and unqualified technicians are inspecting hotels and large buildings all by them selves with the fire panel beeping the entire day annoying guests who are trying to check in. After all that we get hit with a huge bill for this inspection. most expensive ive ever seen. when i look at the reports they do not even have device locations or any information or even the right amount of devices? they think there customers are stupid and dont look at the report. well i looked and our report was completely wrong even had the wrong fire panel on the report but the same hotel name? this isnt even the worst part. i noticed recently when one of the technicians came by to Inspect the backflow assembly. i watched them from the window the guy just wrote his name on the tag? i googled how to test those and that technician did not even put a meter on the backflow i literally didnt see a meter in his hands even then he comes in and has me sign some invoice and said tablet is not working today so the office was gonna send it to me? tried to contact the office for it and never got it and never got a report.this is the worst service ive seen from any company. lazy unqualified technicians. the office you cant get in contact with. i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER COMAPNY. CINTAS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANYI would recommend going to company that actually completes the work and doesnt just sign a tag off and invoice you .Shady Reports if you do end up getting a report on time.Watched this technician not even test the backflow with the meter like it shows on google. didnt even bring one.i just cant believe a company that is like this can even operate and make money! im going to make sure we switch to Johnson Controls
GREAT GUYS GREAT SERVICE !
