They determined the mold came from a leaking shower and provided contractors to replace the shower. Michael and his team were so professional, thorough and cleaned up after treatment. Mike and his team were professional, timely, and all around wonderful. After some leaking in our crawl space, we were super nervous about the process and what to expect. They were quick to assess and provided us with a quote the same night! They were respectful in our home and friendly. When looking for someone to help clean up a flood after a sewer backup, there is not a single better person to talk to than Mike with B.O.R. We called and he quickly arrived at our house and carried himself in a very professional manner while sharing his knowledgeable of what to do to perform the damage mitigation to save our basement. He is also the ONLY professional to come and test the water saturation levels in the walls to determine what was safe to keep and what needed to be removed rather than just cutting and handing you the bill.
