They are very fair on rentals and cant be beat on propane prices. The employees are very helpful and all around great people. They also have a great service department for small engines.

You can rent Bobcats, tree chippers, stump grinders and a lot of other equipment. Im in the tree bizz so I use there stump grinders and I get my propane there as well. The staff are very nice, and polite. Real good people.

Rented here many times last time was a plate tamper for a patio I built for our hot tub was exactly what I needed as usual. Picking up a trencher this time. They are always helpful and experienced with the equipment.

Rear tine tiller was great. Rented the tow trailer as well. Staff provided excellent instructions and tiller exceeded my expectations. Drop off was quick. Staff was very friendly.

I not sure about their selection of party related rentals. I havent had a need for anything like that, but this is my go to place for tool rentals. Everybody who works here is friendly and helpful. Equipment is always in good condition and ready to run.

Ready to help and answer any questions fully detailed. Cheapest propane refilling around!!! Twice got there 15min to closing (unfortunately, Im not comfortable been like that) but still were ready to help with an awesome attention/attitude.

I usually use them for LP refills, but have on occasion rented equipment. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Prices are fair and service is prompt. On the rare occasion Ive had to wait, I am quickly acknowledged and assured I will receive the same courteous attention as those ahead of me. I also prefer to spend my money with a local, family run business than a huge, uncaring corporation.

If you need to rent it they have it! The staff was also able to give advice on how to use the floor sander we rented. Very nice staff. Prices were good and everything we have rented from them has worked well.

Variety of rental equipment staff is friendly. Rentals in decent mechanical shape. When quoting rental prices they dont tell you over the phone that even on small item rentals that there is a deposit more than 3 times the daily rental price. Rented an item, picked up weds evening 4:30pm and returned the item waiting for them to open the gates at 6:30am before they opened on Friday.Technically they had the right to charge me for 2 days rental, as I had it longer than 1 day but the point of the matter is that the machine was turned in prior to opening the second business day as not to deprive them of the ability to rent the machine out to other parties. They offered 4 hour rental of this tool and even still, they chose to charge me for 2 full days. In similar situations with other rental companies this is never the case and in my personal opinion is poor practice. It is not really a matter of legal stance as they had the right but more a matter of good vs poor customer relations. I will remember this in my future business dealings.

Bens Rentals always comes through in the pinch. During the recent heatwave our heat pump gave out. Not being able to have the situation corrected for at least a week we needed air conditioning. Bens is the only rental company in the area that carries portable/residential window units. Their price was way less than I had expected or was prepared to pay.The service was A+. Everyone we had an interaction with was professional, friendly and helpful.If you need to rent something give Bens a call first. I bet they will have it and at a price you cant beat!
