Those left in charge changed the culture of the office for the worse and were, at times, dishonest with customers and staff. Matrix went from a great place to work to a daily struggle. They began laying off all of their older, most experienced workers and, in one case, a staff member who had been going to work every day following early morning cancer treatments.
