I had a good experience with the Aerotek team in Westminster. My recruiter, Paige OHerren, was very helpful finding me my first contract job. After a year of not being hired on, she worked with me to quickly find a new contract job at a great company. Paige negotiated to get me a competitive salary, and was always looking out for my needs. She checked in regularly with me to make sure everything was going well with the job. I was hired on to the company after 4 months. I would recommend Aerotek to anyone looking for a good opportunity and a chance to work with a team that cares about their clients.

Absolutely unprofessional.Cannot follow through with their temp workers instructions in having first paycheck mailed to the appropriate office. They could careless, as long as youre meeting their demands.Glad I only worked just a few days with them. thanks for being trash to the community.Youre better off job searching on your own than pursuing any relationship with this company.

My experience with Dani was absolutely 5 stars. From our initial phone call to the first day of my contract, Dani was professional and readily available. She always made me feel like I was her top priority! I would absolutely recommend Aerotek and Dani as a recruiter.

I was working at a position and wanted something else career wise where I can grow. The manager told me I had to quit to be able to apply for other positions within Aerotek, so I did. Unemployed and hoping to hear back quickly, I had contacted two contacts and they have been unprofessional. No reply at all and instead, they take down the job postings. I recommend you look elsewhere. You will never get a reply!

The entire process with the Westminster Aerotek office was very professional from initial contact to their pre employment orientation. Esther was supper helpful with recommendations to improve my resume and provided materials and personal coaching for my interviews. She stands out as exceptional among all the recruiters I have worked with over the years.

This company is a joke! Please look at their ratings 2.8. They are unprofessional especially JEFF! DO NOT use this agency. You will be disappointed. There are better agencies out there. The Employment Firm with a rating of 4.4 Labor Work Industrial with a rating of 4.0 Labor Max Staffing with a rating of 4.3 Lab Support, a division of on assignment 5.0 Pride Staff 4.0. Don’t believe it? Look it them up. Much better agencies to work with. Don’t waste your time with Aerotek.

When I graduated from college I wasnt sure where to begin. Brandon D., a recruiter at Aerotek helped place me in a job that was a great fit for me. When there was payment problems with the contract I worked for, Brandon took care of the whole thing so I wouldnt need to worry about it. He also got me into contact with a recruiter on the East coast when I had to move from Colorado. They are all very knowledgeable and go above and beyond what i expected from them. It is important to note, they are a recruiting firm, which means they are there to get you a job that works for you, so I would pay less a mind to the complaints as most of them are regarding the contractors they were contracted to, not the recruiting agency. I would most definitely recommend Brandon, and other recruiters from the Denver office.

Well luckily I didnt work for this company long cause of all the hassles they put me thru. From placing me on a job that virtually had 2 weeks off no pay or anything with the company they put me with. The one week that I actually got hours, they lost the time card and are refusing to pay me. So as a result i will be coming for my pay thru the courts. Such a sad way to be for a company. Very unprofessional, very incompetent, and just all around a very bad company to work for period. If it gave me the option of no stars I would definitely go that route. Also the missing check made sure santa was not able to visit for my children for christmas. This company could honestly not care any less for their employees.would not recommend this job to a bum living on the river.

Just like every other staffing agency total garbage. Waste your time doing elementary school testing that can only be done in person then ghost you and then tell you you’re not qualified for a job they said you were qualified for before even stepping foot into their office. All they want is your information to do gods knows what with and then you never hear from them again. Really is amazing these places are even legal since they don’t actual do anything besides steal your data.

Ok let me start off by saying Ive talked myself into and out of leaving this review several times. It started SO WELL with Hailey! And.... While I did get an interview and sadly did not get the job.... She offered to connect me with someone closer to home. Enter Dani. When I initially spoke to her, it was over the phone. She was very friendly and said she really wanted to help me succeed. SCORE! Beginning of this month I had another interview. Once the interview wrapped up, she told me they had a few more people to talk to, but that they would be calling Aerotek back by the end of the week to let them know their decision. I know most likely people were going to be going out of town for the holiday so no biggie!! However, Monday rolls around and I still havent heard anything. Ok I get it... Getting back to the swing of things after a holiday. COOL! So I called Hailey on Monday as Dani was on vacation. She did not answer so I left my name and number and asked if they had heard back and if she could let me know. Unfortunately, I missed a phonecall from her, and she stated that yes they had heard back and asked if I could give her a call. Again... NO BIGGIE! I tried to call back, went straight to voicemail. Now at that point my thought was.... Ok cool Ill give it a few minutes. Someone else must have called right as I did. So, I called back, and STILL no answer. I left a voicemail apologizing for missing her call and asked if she could please call me back. Crickets.... I called Danis office and was transferred to her only for .. You guessed it.... Straight to voicemail. I have also sent emails. And LITERALLY nothing. If you can find someone else to go through. You probably should. Im very sad this ended this way.

Ive worked for several companies under a contract through Aerotek. Ive always had a good experience with it and Im on a new job now. Things are going pretty smoothly. Its a good company.

They had a job posting on LinkedIn that sounded like it was for their company. It wasnt. It was actually a little bit slimy how they get you to apply with them. They are a recruiting agency, which in and of itself isnt a bad thing, the issue that arises is that once they have your information you can expect MULTIPLE calls a week from different recruiters, even after youve requested to not get those calls. Feel like they are just fighting to have someone use them to find a job and its very impersonal and extremely frustrating

I worked with Brandon Decker in my recent job search. He was professional, followed up when a new job opportunity became available, and seems to genuinely care about helping people to find jobs that are a good fit for them.

Im only giving two stars because of the way I was treated, at first. When I first came in I was greeted right away and my recruiter, Paige OHeara, showed up with in 10 minutes of our scheduled meeting time. Our interview was okay and she promised me a call within 24 to 48 hours with a possible job. That was it. Nothing more from them. I called a week later, left a message for Paige and was ignored.I called again a week later and spoke with J.R. He stated that he could not find my file and he would ask Paige to call me. The only problem with this is, I never gave him MY NAME! Yeah, no wonder you couldnt find my file. Of course, I didnt hear from Paige because he didnt know MY NAME. After he hung up on me I called back, left another message for Ms OHeara, and (again) was ignored.Eventhough she was unable to call me back, she was able to call my references repeatedly within this whole time frame. So at least she still knows how to use a phone and she was healthy enough to show up to work.I really wish my experience had been better, I really hate leaving negative reviews.UPDATE: it has been two years now and I *finally* received a call back with a job offer. Too bad I longer need this service.

1 of their recruiter could NOT find my work history on a 1 page resume! Another recruiter scheduled someone else and myself for an interview at the same time with the same person. After talking with a senior recruiter, it was made clear that they can train anyone to recruit for any field; even a job field that they know nothing about. But yet these are the people who say your not qualified enough to meet with an employer!

This place deserves no stars as far as im concerned. The ridiculous company they had me work for decided to end my assignment abruptly due to a non satisfactory reason and instead of offering to help me find other employment since I was now unemployed, they said they did not have anything and told ME to keep in touch to see if there was any jobs open. Keep in mind, this is an EMPLOYMENT agency!!!!! and I have 6 years of customer service work experience. I find it hard to believe they did not have ANY customer service jobs open to help me apply for!!! When I went to ask if they were going to help me, the recruiter Laura was extremely rude. If looks could kill, I would be dead, she looked at me as if I was wasting her time. She did not even offer me a seat, she just stood there standing and basically gave me dirty looks the entire time.This woman is supposed to be there to help people like me. DO NOT go through employment with them, or you can count on not having a job after the first week of working with them and whatever company they are working with!!!!!!!!

An employment agency that will work with you. Be careful with all the contracts you have to sign. If you mess up you will end up having to pay them a ridiculous amount of money.
