I went in there admittedly a bit anxious and irritated because I was taking a pretty important exam, and I was extremely relieved to find that every single staff member was polite, courteous, and professional. I tested at Prometric down in Greenwood Village a number of times for other exams and this Pearson location blew them out of the water. Staff members from Prometric should observe how the staff here operate. Anyway, shout out to the folks who work there - you guys were amazing!

Where are the negative stars?.... Cant schedule anything with the live human at the desk, spent an hour on phone trying unsuccesfully to speak to human.... and the online experience is complete garbage.Avoid Pearson Vue whenever possible!

I have been @ the testing site 2x in the last month for 2 different tests. Everyone is so nice & professional. They are taking every precaution with covid19. Great experience.

The best testing facility I have been to in the area! Staff is extremely friendly and professional, test procedures are practiced and adhered to, and testing room is quiet and comfortable. I arrived 15 minutes early for my test and was checked in and taken to the testing room right away.

Very disappointed in my experience with PearsonVue to take the PE Exam. My appointment was canceled by Pearson the day before the exam without any email / phone notice. After noticing the change on my own, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to reschedule. On exam day, the staff was friendly and the exam room was quiet, however they had technical problems. My computer broke during my scheduled lunch break and it took staff 10+ minutes to figure out how to switch my test progress to a different computer. Had I not taken a shorter than allowed test break, my test timer would have started again due to Pearsons mistake. Very stressful experience for an already stressful exam.

The testing center staff were awesome. I was extremely nervous for my test and the staff made everything at ease and more comfortable. I recommend this testing center and will definitely test at this location for any other tests that I am required to take. Thank you! -- Lex

The staff was great. I would recommend getting new chairs and computers that are a little faster, but overall the staff made this center worth the wait to get in for testing.

Absolutely rude people answering the phones. My time is important and not easy to get during my work hours. I had one simple to answer and extremely important question and was asked to call back in two hours and hung up before I could even ask anything. Completely ignorant. It would have taken 2 seconds to answer so I knew what direction to find my files.

I was very pleased with the staff at the Pearson located in Westminster. They were very nice and professional.
