I was referred to Deanna by a work colleague and will definitely contact her for our next trip! She was amazingly helpful with everything. Our initial trip was canceled due to covid and she worked with us to get it rescheduled. While we didn’t book our flights through her (we had vouchers), she went above and beyond and helped us contact the airline when the vouchers weren’t working. She checked in with us many times leading up to our trip and ensured that we were satisfied. She was also very quick to respond to any questions that we had before, during and after our trip.

Deanna is amazing! My husband is definitely a worry wart and is very hard to book a trip for, but Deanna has been nothing but patient and understanding through all of his issues. We have used her twice and will definitely be in contact for any future trips!

I have had business travel dealings with this company in the late 70s-early 80s through the 90s. Last year Deanna made all the arrangements for a fall getaway for Larry and I. The only glitch was uncooperative weather - I cant blame Deanna for that. This year Deanna coordinated an absolutely delightful cruise of the Baltic Sea for us. I am not a travel agents ideal client. Twice Ive called Deanna in a panic because I needed help buying multi-destination international plane tickets for last minute trips. I typically have to fly Turkish Air, and their system doesnt allow regular people to purchase multi-destination plan tickets. Each time Deanna has saved the day. She has been fantastic to work with. She rolls with the last minute changes and is always a pleasure to work with.I look forward to having Deanna help me plan a trip with more than 2 week lead time.
