An extremely inept driver almost ran cars off the road when they ran a red light. When I honked the owner/driver started slamming on his breaks and tried to get me to rear end him. Then he pulled on his horn for two blocks as he drove 5 miles an hour to punish me. I will be filing a police report and I would expect if this owner/operator is this rude and careless, he must really SUCK as a crane operator.
