Interesting company. They arrived on time at our home to look at what we wanted in a fireplace. The person who came was courteous and very pleasant and professional. He seemed knowledgeable. However it have been over a month now and still no proposal sent. We have since gone with another company. Strange. Very professional and pleasant to work with! Jose cleaned out our dryer vent inside and outside. It took him and his assistant probably 40 min. Very efficient and knowledgeable! We also had our air ducts cleaned by them. The hose wasn’t long enough for our layout and Tyrone went out of his way to find extra hose to accommodate us. Lauren was always very helpful and cheerful on the phone, which makes a difference when it comes to customer service. Very happy with their services! Very professional and honest. Quick, polite and very respectful of our home.We hadnt used our fireplace in a very long time.We thought that we might use it during this winter. We had no clue about the condition of our chimney.The Magic Mountain crew took a look at the chimney and determined that it was clean and clear. They said that they didnt have to do anything and we were good to go.They didnt even charge us for that service.Some lesser companies would have preformed an unnecessary cleaning and charged us for not really doing anything at all.We asked if the Magic Mountain guys could clean out our dryer hose and vent.It wasnt on their work order, but they gladly did it.When they come to clean your chimney - have them clean your dryer hose and vent on the same visit. And avoid a potential fire hazard.

Called for estimate. Came out immediately to assess job. Price quoted was comparable to another company BUT...the other company told me 3-4 week waiting time. MMC came that Saturday morning to do the work.Workers were courteous, did a very good job and cleaned up any debris. Very satisfied!

I cant recommend Magic Mountain enough. My plumber was messing up left and right--he didnt know the code for Baltimore City and I dont think I can do justice to just how much he botched up our fireplace and cost us thousands of dollars. We didnt realize that our incompetent plumber was the source of our problems and gave Magic Mountain a hard time. They still helped us and made sure that the job was done right in the end. They got our chimney lined to code, made sure we had the right gas logs, and installed our logset properly. Magic Mountain was professional and helpful throughout an unnecessarily complicated and stressful process. Thank you, Magic Mountain!

A couple of months ago, I purchased a Regency Wood Stove Insert. It is some of the best money I ever spent. It heats my entire upper level and is simple to operate. I could not be any happier with the actual stove. I havent turned my furnace on once since Ive had the stove installed.More impressive than the stove, however, was the courtesy and professionalism with both the office staff and installers. The installers were polite, professional, cleaned up after the install and even took a dish down off of my chimney for me. They were top notch. Due to the supply of the wood stove I wanted they gave me a smaller one to hold me over until the larger one was made and was shipped to their warehouse so they could then schedule the switch of the stoves. On Friday I called Magic Mountain Chimney at 3:45 pm because another company was a no show for my mother who had no heat due to soot being clogged in her Chimney. When I called I spoke with the nicest most caring lady I have spoken to in a long time and she was able to get us scheduled for Saturday afternoon. Felix and his helper showed up on time and went straight to work and finished in a timely fashion and explained everything before leaving. I am really impressed!!! Felix and Carson came to the house to do a chimney sweeping. The appointment time was 1-3. They arrived 20 minutes to 1:00 and were out by 1:25!!! They laid blankets down to protect the floor, wore shoe protectors and yes, they both wore masks. I have never in my life seen people do a more thorough job. Totally professional and I’m definitely gonna use this business again next year!

Hired Magic Mountain (Highs Chimney) to install a liner in my chimney for my wood stove. David, Guillermo and Julian were exceptional!!! These guys had to break through 19 inches of block and concrete to get to the flue but they did it without a complaint and they did an outstanding job and they kept everything clean and tidy as they worked. I can not say enough about this exceptional crew and their outstanding work!! I would highly, highly recommend this company for any of your chimney needs!!!

We have a house built in 1847 with a 3 story chimney of a wood-burning fireplace. It was quite dirty because we use the fireplace a lot. Magic Mountain did an outstanding job sweeping the chimney and left no mess! They were on time and very professional. I will be calling them again when our chimney needs to be cleaned again.

I had a 30+ year old chimney cap that was destroyed during a wind storm. It was hanging on the flu by one bolt and banging against the chimney. I was afraid it was going to damage the flu or the roof. I called Magic Mountain and they expedited their visit due to the emergency of the situation. Upon arrival, they replaced the old with a new stainless steel version within 30 minutes. The charge was very reasonable and I was a happy homeowner once again.

The techs at Magic Mountain (Highs Chimney) arrived right on time and ready to work. In the space of 3 hours, they cleared a massive blockadge in my chimney and opened it up so daylight shone inside first time in 100 years. A fireproof coating was sprayed inside, and new damper, chimney cap, and mortar was installed. Very reasonably priced, and professional. If you need anything concerning a chimney or fireplace, dont hesitate to call them.

Jose was super professional. It turns out I didnt need any work done. And during the holidays, their honestly means the word to me. If we ever need work done on our chimney, we will hire these guys immediately. We wont even hesitate.

I called Magic Mountain about tuckpointing my utility chimney before getting a new roof put on. The previous person (a handyman) had done it all wrong (caulk instead of mortar!) so it was in really bad shape as it turns out. MM did a free estimate where they showed pictures that made it clear the chimney needed a rebuild, which they were able to do at a typical price. The mason did a really nice job, even matching the original design detail. A couple of things that impressed me: MM gave separate detailed estimates for the work that I needed done and the work they recommended I consider. Other companies would not do an estimate, but wanted to schedule an inspection (around $90). Also, while some companies did not return my call, or just said the masons were busy for weeks to come, MM had someone on chat immediately available, and when I needed someone within a short time frame they took time to check schedules and find a mason that was available. I highly recommend Magic Mountain!
