I dont know why this place has bad reviews. They must be crooks because the staff this morning was absolutely fantastic! I went in hoping to cash a larger check and they made it happen. It took a little correction on my end due to the check having a typo. I went got it fixed came back and they got me all squared away in no time! So thanks again for all your help this morning ladies! Ill definitely be back if I need another check cashed.

The woman behind the glass was very professional in handling my requests. I needed the money that had been direct deposited to my account but had no valid card. She issued me a temporary card and. The money was there. Thanks to her prompt and courteous service i was able to pay my rent and phone bill. Thank you

Overall a terrible experience at this location. I came in with a insurance claim check, and the associate refused to help me, was rude and dismissive to say the least! My friend who was with me left in tears!!!! When we asked to speak with the manager, the associate rolled her eyes sucked her teeth, and kept us waiting for 20 minutes while she went to go retrieve said manager! Who was no more helpful than his counterpart.

Customer service is good. Furthermore, a customers experience is based on what the custom brings with them. The prices are posted. As far as check cashing, a customer either brings a check that can be cashed, or does not bring a cashable check. Negative experiences are probably a result of someone not being prepared with a proper check, or proper identification. 🤔

The hours for the business are clearly listed on Google and on the door of the business as closing at 7 p.m. I tried to utilize your business and got there by 6:51 p.m. Now, I know I was cutting it quite close to closing time, but cashing a check shouldnt take that long and at worst the clerk there would close five minutes after 7. Lo and behold, despite the lights being on and the open sign illuminated and the sign clearly stating 7 p.m. I was informed by the clerk (who didnt even have the decency to come to the door) that the business was closed for the day. I tried questioning further and pointing out that they were open for another 10 minutes only to be ignored by the clerk who then made sure she was out of my view until I got back in my car and left.This is incredibly unprofessional and just frustrating. Honor your posted hours and at least have the decency to treat others as human beings. The fact that the business closed early is bad enough, but to be ignored the way I was is even worse.I dont want some block of text from a manager. I want the clerk fired. If she doesnt want to do her job, it must not be that important to her. This is absolutely inexcusable.
