My experience was different from some Ive read on here. I found Fred ( the man some complained about) to be great. Hes a no-nonsense person and that might seem rude to some, but I found him to have a great sense of humor and had a great conversation with him. Its a small operation so he doesnt rent cars that are going on long trips, the cars a bit older. This suited my needs just fine. I will definitely rent there again if needed.

Never do business with this man he does not care about the customer only what’s good for his pockets!!! He’s a very unprofessional business man. All cars are in bad shape and run horrible it really is Car For Less for a reason.

Its a no hassle upfront and honest type of transaction. Loved it. My fiancee and I needed a car in a pinch and we were able to rent one just in time of him closing. We will be reoccurring customers if ever in the need for another car rental. Thanks again!

I called around this afternoon for comparable rates on rentals. I called Cars For Less and asked if he had a car available to rent for the weekend and he replied with thats a good question, where are you going. I said does it matter? He said, Yeah cuz if youre going to Oklahoma Im not renting to you. Never have I ever had to supply my personal trip information to a rental car business. He then told me that there is a 100 mile limit on his rentals, which is not listed anywhere on his website. So basically his cars are not available considering if I were to drive to Baltimore for a night out, I would be out of mileage before even returning home. He could just tell you up front that there is a 100 mile limit rather than requiring you give him your personal trip details. His customer service skills and business model needs work!!!

Owner is polite, positive car rental professional. He is a no nonsense get it done quick and correct kind of person and may come across to some as rude. Find out fast if you qualify by calling and get your new car. I wrote this review because I like the owner.

Dont ever go here dude is a jerk. Talking with him all day drove from Hanover PA to get the car and he say sorry no car. We just talked to him 30 mins before. It was because i told him i need it for only for a day. He said he was glad he didnt have one cause he aint making nothing on us using it for just a day. My girl is 8 months pregnant and we needed it for a doc appt. God bless this man!

I called first thing in the morning for a overnight rental. The man who answered sounded mad and then told me he isn’t going to do a overnight rental. He didn’t even say good bye. Why be rude to potential customers.

Called to get a quote - he was helpful, patient and reasonable. did not have a car available for us - but will call if he gets one!

This is a very unprofessional person i will never rent from him again if i could give 0 stars i would an if id have know about his ignorence id have paid the money for. Enterprise as it was about the same very unprofessional i would never recomend him to rent from besides his extreme ignorence an bad customer service an rude texts he says cars for cheap but that is exactly what u get a cheap ragidy car

Cantankerous old man who is more interested in arguing than renting cars. He was arguing with someone on the phone when I walked in and then wouldnt give me a straight answer when I asked about renting a car.He displayed nothing but bad attitude and was completely unhelpful. I walked out and will never return.I went to Enterprise and had a rental in less than 10 minutes.

All the cars are completely outdated and not even worth 1500$ 2 of them are unsafe to drive and he still rents them

I was hung up on after someone in the most miserable tone answered the phone saying rentals. Its 2017 who does business like this anymore?

Wont rent a car because hes not gonna be there when im done with it.Ever hear of a drop box?
