I have limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, Ehlers-Danlos, and Sjogrens autoimmune disorder. PPL has been terrible this summer. One PCA had 4 Covid tests in one year, refused to stay away from crowded places, and eventually got Covid and was symptomatic and came to work. She decided not to get vaccinated. Then she quit.She was my 30 hour PCA. Then I discovered that the 40 hour PCA had been lying to me and stealing. It was very hurtful bc she was with me for 4 years. She tried to convince me that I had dementia. I have a replacement for the 30 hour person, but no thanks to PPL. It was dragged on and on....One representative gave her and me a start date of June 25th, but then reversed it after she had worked for 2 weeks, stating that I filled out an extra line in her rate sheet. It took fighting tooth and nail and documenting everything to finally get the poor woman paid.Now, after I have fallen with stitches, and I have microtears and an elevated CPK again of 660 (dxed at 2,616 age 27), I found a suitable 40 hour PCA, completed everything meticulously, and faxed everything last week with confirmation receipt. I called this Monday, and a PPL representative told me that everything had been received and was being processed. Thursday, another representative, Emma, and an encrypted message states that the hiring documents were never received! Monday, the rep was looking at the document file and said the potential employees name. What the heck is going on with PPL?!! How do I complain. I have needed help and have struggled badly all summer due to PPL. Is there any way to make these people accountable?Betty Jo Sjoberg

I have been working with Public partnerships for the best part of a decade now. Though some of the mandatory fluctuations have been semi-confusing at times, Public partnerships has always been very pleasant to work with in my opinion. Public partnerships does their best to look out for their clients. I am extremely grateful for Public partnerships and look forward to a long healthy relationship to come. Everyone I have talked has been very pleasant. My issue is this new way of doing time sheets. The app never works on any device I have. When I use telephony 90% of the time it tells me its unable to clock my time. Something has got to give. I dont understand why we cant do them online like I used to. I mean it is easier to navigate and I have never had issues doing them online.

Nothing but a bunch of wage fraudsters. One of the most unresponsive unprofessional companies Ive ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Extremely late pay constantly with no warning. What theyre doing is illegal. They are liars and thieves.

I have had multiple issues with them processing paperwork. And good luck getting a hold of anyone to help you with your concerns. Look forward to hearing we have unusually high call volume for a couple of hours and finding someone who is relatively helpful everyone out of four calls.

Paychecks keep getting split up for no apparent reason. Expect a regular check and end up with multiple small checks (like $28 separate from the rest) spread out over weeks. No rhyme, reason or apology.

It has been 2 months and my employees have yet to be paid. No communication. Once I finally had 2 conversations with someone that seemed to know what was happening and how to fix it, then ghosted. No call backs. On hold for 1 hour 24 min and then transferred to a surveyI will switch as soon as humanly possible!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. People are not being paid and no one is doing anything to rectify this. It is out of control. Someone needs to do something

Can’t get my employees paid. Paychecks are 4 weeks late and I cna t get on the phone with someone who can help cut checks. They are unreliable.

Horrible company to work for, I have submitted several complaints about the clients I care for. Not one of them have been resolved, or have been attempted to be resolved. I think this is a fraudulent company that launders money for the govt. Find another company to work for., these people do not care about their employees.

Someone in this company is putting in false timesheets in my name they are crooks
