Julie is a phenomenal stylist and creates warm and pleasurable environment consistently. Ive never experienced a cut with the level of quality, precision, and skill that Julie provides. I drive over an hour across Denver for my haircuts which is not ideal, but worth it for Julies talent.

Great haircut and they gave me a beer when I was hungover. The hot towel was on point and the shampoo was luxurious. Id go back in a heartbeat.

Been to this Finleys a few times in the past month or 2. They seem to be taking the covid regulations seriously which is a good thing. They had snacks and beer available which was a nice surprise. Every time that I have been in I worked with a woman named Shelby. She was very communicative and worked with me to make sure i was satisfied with the haircut. I was so pleased with her that she became my main barber immediately. However I have just learned that she will be leaving this shop for a different one in Old Town Louisville. While this Finleys location was convenient for me. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to get my hair done with her. Other than that the store was mostly clean, but I found the music on the radio to be weird in the setting. Probably wont return now that Shelby has left.

In doing some searching and of all the potential places to go I chose Finleys. One particular reason, they offered massage with the haircut. $35 for a haircut, hot towel, shampoo and massage was an eye catcher. Haircut came out great, towel was wonderful and shampoo and neck shave soothing.I did not receive a massage. On top of that I didnt see any other patron who received a haircut get one either. I can live without a shampoo and hot towel. The massage is the real value with a $35 price.I could have received a great haircut at many other places that wouldnt fall short.Update. Spoke to the manager and massage is included but the stylist must have not felt like giving a massage at that time.

My Hair Artist, Xochitl, did such a great job! I have just moved here to Colorado from another state and havent had a haircut since February due to covid 19 pandemic (5 months) and then moving to a new place and not knowing where to go to get a great haircut. I looked at many reviews and saw her name coming up all the time as being really good! Well the reviews do not do her justice not only is she GREAT but she has a wonderful personality and makes the whole experience fun! I will definitely be going back!

I actually live across the street from the Finley’s Union Station and drive up to Westminster instead to get my hair cut by Danika. She does an amazing job and makes everything so precise in her work. She takes so much pride in her job and makes sure I’m leaving with the best cut possible. The shop is fine, clean and well lit. Complimentary soft drinks while you wait, and I think they’re now offering beer and wine? A very nice amenity, even though I haven’t had a chance to indulge yet.You get the trade offs you’d expect from a corporate chain barbershop, corny and generic decor (the black and white family photos offer sentimental value to...?) but efficient and easy appointment setting. I’m not sure why they built out so many chairs/stations rather than investing in a more comfortable waiting area, but, whatever, it’s all efficient and easy and I’m rarely waiting for more than a few minutes.The big reason I return to a barbershop is how good the barber is though, and I lucked out to meet Johnna on my first visit. She’s a genius! Not just skilled and experienced, but thoughtful and able to craft a haircut for both how it looks today and how it will look in a few weeks. I’ve been gradually changing the length and style of my hair and she’s been an enthusiastic guide through the process. Very happy to have found her and very happy she’s working in a shop that makes it easy to get in and out.

I have been going to my barber/stylist Vanessa for several years now. I can honestly say that she is the best I had out of my experiences of going to various franchise places and numerous barbers/stylists I had. I am pretty picky about my haircut and Vanessa has been producing very consistent results to my satisfaction. She has very gentle personality and is incredibly talented. Finley’s is a good place as well, music is not too loud like some other places, and staff members are courteous. I highly recommend this place and Vanessa.

I have had a few haircuts from here and every time has been good. Here is the rub, three times i have made appointments i have been bumped off my appointment. I show up on time and they state “we are running about 10 minutes late” then 45 minutes later they wrap up their appointments and then appear to go on break. If you are a person that doesn’t like making appointments and like to wait around, this is the place for you.

Finleys is an excellent barber shop. The decor is very welcoming, and the cleanliness is pristine. I was greeted at the door with a warm smile and a beverage of my choosing. Vanessa was right with me; I didnt have to wait at all. To say that Vanessa is a good barber/stylist is a major understatement. She is an artist with a blade! My razor fade turned out perfectly--just as I had anticipated it to look and feel. She took extreme caution with my sensitive skin, and her execution was flawless. This place is the best. I know it can seem crazy to pay $35 for a haircut but the care and attention you receive is well worth it. Hot shaving cream, a mint hot towel face cleanse, and a little back massage really make it worth it. Plus you can get free trims in between cuts.

First off I want to say I’m not the type of person to write reviews, especially negative ones. I finally found a great stylist and I have nothing but great things to say about her but I had a very bad experience today and probably will not be going back as a result, I had an appointment made for a couple days and when I showed up for my appointment they told me they were closing early because there’s some snow on the ground. I was told they tried to contact me to tell me but I had no missed calls and no voicemails. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule but my stylist wouldn’t be able to see me till just under two weeks.... I also don’t exactly live close to the shop so it was a wasted trip for absolutely no reason. This was handled extremely unprofessionally.

Finally a barber tailored for men that have great stylists and the environment is terrific. They care about their cuts and take their time making sure your cut is exactly the way you want it. I have continually been booking with Audrey and my haircuts have been so damn good Ive quit wearing hats! Everyday is a great hair day now! She and this establishment are fantastic and I highly recommend it!

Ive been lucky enough to have a mother thats always owned a hair salon. With styles changing and mom getting older I wanted to give someone else a shot. My significant other has been getting designs by Xochitl, so thats who I went with. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! I left looking and feeling better about my hair than ever before. In addition to that, appearance/cleanliness, customer service and price were all top notch.

Favorite barber shop around. Ive been to at least 4 others in the area that are all good, but Finleys is by far my favorite. They take their time and listen to you and make each cut and shave quality and a personal experience. Audrey is super talented and friendly as could be!

Danika is the best when I bring in my 6 year old and 5 year old! She has so much patients with them and is amazing and thoughtful when it comes to cutting their hair.

Lisa is the absolute best with my son. He is only 3 years old and I will be returning just for the wonderful way she was with him. My son doesnt like getting haircuts at all but he does let her do it because of the wonderful way she interacts with him. My husband also gets his haircut here and loves the massage he gets after his haircut. I recommend this barber for anyone whether they be age 2 or a grown man.

It was a good haircut, albeit absurdly expensive. I mean, seriously... $35 for a haircut, and an extra $15 for beard trim. This would have been relatively acceptable if the beard trim hadnt been cheapened by using an electric razor at the end to get the stubble, even though a straight razor was used on the back of my neck. I havent used an electric razor for 20+ years, because they suck. Problem is, Im biased because this is a job I can do myself with my $35 clippers at home, so anything less than absolute perfection for $50+tip seems like a rip off.

I have had nothing but great experiences getting my haircut at Finleys in Westminster. Johanna has taken great care of me. I always get the $35.00 haircut with shampoo. My biggest pet peeve about any barbershop is how they rush you through the door. Finleys take their time and put lots of effort into my cut. The massaging of the scalp when shampooing is the best part of my haircut and well worth the price. I wont go anywhere else.

I walked in at 7 pm tonight. The place was empty and they had at least 3 workers there. I wanted a shave and a haircut. I was told by the guy at the counter that they didnt have time for a shave. Audrey M. is a master at head shaves! I first found her at Roosters up in Erie and then followed her as she made the shift down to Finleys. Its farther from home but Audrey is definitely worth it!. She takes her time and is so thorough. She uses great products and leaves everything feeling so soft. Unless she moves completely out of the area, I will never go to anyone else. I only wish I could afford to go every week.Great customer service from Ezra at the front desk, as well. Between the two, its a fantastic overall experience.

I have gone here a few times, I always make an appointment and yet I never get a seat for the time I reserve. Also, the last time I was there I specifically requested a certain barber, yet because of the fact that I had already been waiting 30 minutes, I got a second rate stylist that gave me a great clips style haircut. The massage shampoo consisted of her rinsing my head with cold water and then rummaging her fingers around for no more than 10 seconds. Once I got to the straight razor shave, she rushed it so badly that she cut my skin and made me bleed. When I asked how come I didnt get the barber I reserved, I was told that there was a long wait for her... even though I had an appointment. This place is turning into another Floyds99, stealing the image of a classic barber shop.

Cassidy does great work and takes the time to make sure Im happy with the cut before I leave. After my first visit she was also sure to let me know about the complimentary edge out between visits.Glad to have found an excellent barber at a clean shop that cares about detail.

So we call and they try to tell us that we left a $65 tip!?!? Um no! That’s more than the haircuts cost us!They said they would refund the money and it has been over a month and it’s been not thing but, a HUGE run around! I am disgusted on their lack of communication and just simply not caring! The last time I spoke with the manager I was told that it is no longer in Finley’s hands!This barber shop gave my boys one bad haircut and one ok haircut and stole money from us! I recently moved to Bradburn, and needed to find a new Barber. I googled barber shops and noticed that Finelys had amazing reviews. So I decided to walk down the street, pop in, introduce myself, and schedule an appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very nice & energetic, which is a breath of fresh air compared to my old barber. I was able to get scheduled fairly quickly with Audrey.When I arrived to my appointment, same thing, all the ladies in the shop were very nice, smiling, and energetic.When I got in the chair, Audrey was very nice, asked me about where I live, what I do, etc. We had a great conversation, and I really appreciated that she was wanting to get to know me as her client. Finleys services are through the roof, in my opinion. Totally worth the price I paid. Total change of pace from my prior barber, and I am excited to call Finelys my primary barber shop from here on out.Long story, short. If you need a barber, go to Finleys!!!

Very dissatisfied. I decided to try a new place to get my beard trimmed. First of all the place is very nice. The lady asked what I wanted, I told her just clean it up it has been 2 weeks since my last trim. She asked if she could use the trimmers and I agreed. I asked her to clean the sides and shape the front. She took the trimmers to the side, and then ran them around the front!!!! When is it ever ok to use the same clipper guard on the side as the front???? The front is supposed to be longer and the sides shorter! By the time I felt it, it was too late! If I wanted a buzz cut for my face I could have done it myself. I will never go back. Thats what I get for trying a new, more convenient place.
