Carr Towing was recommended to me by an auto mechanic shop that I use... After finding out that AAA auto club dont tow small flat bed dually vehicles, I called Carr Towing and Jeff the tow truck driver showed up with a 20 flat bed within 15 minutes, my truck didnt run and it was in a small and busy parking lot therefore, special measures had to be taken but it went super smooth and my truck was on its way to the doctors within 20 minutes.I found the towing costs to be very reasonable, Im a business owner and Im very familiar with how much it costs to run a business in California. Prompt, reliable, proficient and consistent people and businesses are harder to find these days... When you find one, be happy and compensate it/them.

The Two guys very friendly I bought a car from them but 5 mins later the car heat up and head gaskets blown. It was just a ripoff. And ofcourse all sakes are final.. thiefs...

Unfortunately got my car towed due to expired tags (my own fault). Also my car battery was dead and to top it off I did not have my car key at the moment I picked up my vehicle and paid the storage fees so I had to call a different towing company to bring my car home. I called a company near me and had the WORSE experience with that company, the driver apparently did not have his permit to drive the tow truck he was in which was protocol in order to release my vehicle to him and he decided to leave without saying a word or having an excuse. Fortunately, the guys at Carr towing were nice enough to get my vehicle towed over to me. Mind you I’m 38 weeks pregnant and definitely had no energy to be dealing with all that chaos. I’m sure they sympathized for me and my situation and thanks them I did not have to call and wait for another towing company so I am really beyond grateful for that.

[BEWARE OF OLD BLOND RAMEN NOODLE HAIR GUY]He has the worst conversational skills [dont even think about getting customer service].I got my car towed because I parked in a parking lot that did not have any warning signs on and it was only for the resident. So, I do not blame them with towing my car because its my mistake. Hence, I am writing a review because of the blond ramen noodle hair guys attitude was from another universe.I came to get my car the next day, and the noodle hair asked me for the driver license and registered ID. Unfortunately, the registered ID only had my mom and dads name on. Therefore, he denied giving my car back because it didnt match. My parents were out of state for the business trip, so I asked him is there any way that I could get my car back today. And starting from that moment he gave me aggressive attitude and say BRING YOUR PARENTS OR GET YOUR NAME ON THE INSURANCE CARD.Well, I wish I could do that, but apparently putting my name on the INSURANCE CARD and get a legal hard copy will take more than a day and since my parents were out of town, it will take more than a day.I told him that Im registered to insurance under my parents. And he started to ASSUME that YOUR PARENT DIDNT REGISTERED YOU IN THE INSURANCE BECAUSE KIDS INSURANCE ARE EXPENSIVE, I ALSO HAVE KIDS SO I KNOW. YOU JUST DONT WANT TO GET CAUGHT THAT YOUR CAR GOT TOWED.[well, first of all, Im not a kid, I am 25 years old and I am old enough to handle this kind of problem by myself without bothering my parents]SO because of HIS stubbornness, I had to go back with UBER and had to wait until my parents came back.Next day, my parents came back from a business trip and seemed so tired, so I went again and asked the ramen hair guy if I get an approval letter from my dad, is it possible to get my car back. Then he replies with very aggressive tone saying, WHY CANT YOU JUST PUT YOUR NAME ON THE INSURANCE CARD??? He started to repeat himself, bring your parents or put your name down. So I told him that I will bring my dad right now, and he started to mock me, OOHH~ I THOUGHT YOUR PARENTS WAS OUT OF COUNTRY~~~?, AND NOW THERE HERE ALL OF SUDDEN?From this moment I also ASSUMED that he had some mental issue and went outside for my dad to pick the car up. My dad came and I was right next to my dad and asked him, why do you make it so difficult? and I was so dumbfounded I laughed, and from that moment that old blond noodle hair guy got really mad, WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING FOR? GET OUT OF THE STREET! The owner, or main manager (didn’t catch his name) threatened to 86 me since we had an argument over pricing. His website and google both read that they are open 24 hours, and when I called to pick up a car that had been towed, he didn’t tell me that there is a fee for pick up after 5 pm. He was rude over the phone, and even worse in person. As soon as his men started to surround me, a 20 year old girl, and I was being threatened with being 86ed and physically touched, I left.

Terrible customer service I went to get police clearance to remove property from my car denied by owner claiming its my car now. So I called the police they claimed it sold. Week before I asked for lien papers any kind of public notice I can give to the judge to dismiss the case since the car was impounded. Car towing said we cant give you a copy its your problem. I asked to check the yard they refused. Its a civil matter they are licensed by the police but dont serve the public I have valid right to remove my property from my car the owner said the lien papers went through its my car now. He tried to get the keys from me by said no. I am looking into what I can do.Everything they do is illegal I should sue them in small claims that I have the time they did not disclose where or when my car was up for auction until it was sold then they said it was too late they strung me along and misled me so I couldnt get my car back from auction. The police should not be involved with them because they are greedy selfish exploitive only doing business to rip off the public take advantage the public

The owner/manager of this place is very rude to customers. My name is on the car’s insurance but he didn’t let me take my car back. I’ve been with other towing companies - just need to show my Driver License and Insurance that the car is with my name then I can get it. This place wont allow you to take your car back unless you’re the owner with a registration even when it’s in the car.
