The staff at Ron’s was very polite and professional throughout the claim/estimate and repair process. They kept me informed both by phone and email the status of the repairs to my vehicle. Additionally, I was very happy with the repair and paint job on my truck, looks like new. Cannot tell there was never any damage.

Rons provided top notch service from start to finish! Communication with the office staff was prompt and the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The quality of work was top notch; the car looks good as new! Bonus points for being able to leave the rental at the shop and pickup the repaired vehicle. One less hassle to worry about. I was rear-ended, and Rons took my vehicle in that day. The follow-up calls were nearly every other day, so I could stay up to date on the progress. Staff was very friendly, both in person and over the phone.I am still waiting on a part, which doesnt affect me driving my vehicle. But I have not been receiving updates on its delivery since I picked up my vehicle. I had to call twice, a week apart. The delay is, of course, not Rons fault... but it would be nice to get updates since it will be now 2 weeks after the original ETA I was provided (if it comes next week)..

They repaired a pretty nasty cracked windshield and body work. They got it done quickly and even called me about the inspection sticker they had to remove! They were able to salvage part of it and put it on the new window. Above and beyond in my opinion.

I was thoroughly impressed with my repairs through Ron’s! They made my car look almost new again! Insurance covered 90% of the repairs, but I had an additional issue that was from last year and I had looked into getting it fixed at other places and ultimately decided not to because it was too expensive, however when I took my car to Rons for these repairs I was asked if I wanted them to do it and they gave me a substantially cheaper price and now my car looks almost brand new! I am so happy with the customer service and the repairs they did :)

Ron’s was the garage Progressive used to handle my claim when in a accident. They took about a week to repair my rear bumper. After I took it home and noticed the bumper was sagging in the middle (was not like this before the accident) and the gasket was still damaged i called them back. Keith looked at it and said it needed to be re-fit and the gasket was torn.A few days later they got the repair done and the vehicle looks as good as it did before.

Had a lady side swipe my car destroying my drivers side mirror. Took my car to Rons through insurance to have it replaced. All the guys were super friendly and easy to talk to.They were able to get a new mirror in & paint it to match my car in only a few days. When it was ready I was able to come in at a time convenient to my work schedule & they had it done in less then 10 minutes!Awesome customer service, fast & convenient. This shop is super honest and they did a phenomenal job repairing my fiesta that I demolished a mailbox with. Surprised us with matching parts (was expecting mia match colors due to money) and they pulled through doing above and beyond. Super happy and thankful for their service. I cannot speak highly enough of Rons Automotive Collision Center. They were my insurance companys go-to repair facility and since I knew they were local, I went with them. From the moment the tow truck dropped my car off after the accident to the day I picked it up, they were there for me every step of the way. The accident and all of the hurdles following contributed to an extremely stressful time in my life. Rons eased any worries about my vehicle. They called me with updates and were great with communicating their timeline. My car was actually finished a couple days before their target date and when I went to pick it up, it was sitting pretty in their lot and I almost didnt recognize it! It looked better than it did before the accident and they even vacuumed and washed it too. The work was high quality, and all of their repairs came with a lifetime warranty. I felt so well taken care of and their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this repair shop if youre looking for a stress-free experience with people who show that they care. They go above and beyond!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took my car here about a year ago to get a fender bender repaired. $600 later it was fixed and looked good. Currently, the paint on my bumper (which was “repaired”) is cracking, bubbling, peeling, etc. It looks terrible. I was excited when the paperwork was pulled and they offered a lifetime warranty for peeling paint. My car has been to their collision center three times in the past two weeks. It took three visits for them to tell me that they cannot honor this warranty because the paint underneath was defective. Why would you offer this warranty if it cannot be honored? Why wasn’t this stated before the job was done? All I can say is I’m highly disappointed. I try my best to support local businesses but most of them have terrible service. I’m sure I could get a higher quality paint job at Maaco, or at least better service. Thanks Ron’s, I will not be a returning customer and I sure would never recommend anyone to go there.

I had a very positive experience with Ron’s automotive my car was in it accident in the evening, the next day they quickly did an estimate and obtained parts, it was fixed within a week, looks perfect again. I have Allstate Insurance and Ron’s is a authorized Repair shop, This minimized the delay that would’ve occurred if all state had to send out a separate estimator

So, I have to agree with the other service reviews and say that this business has absolutely stupendous customer service. Very attentive, very kind people, which is great. But this is not a doctors office, and the quality of work matters far more then the customer service, and the quality of work is non existent. I brought my car here after my car spun out in the rain. We had it taken there were told to pay the deductible and we did immediately and the work was done fairly fast.... well after a week after this work was done the car starts to have more issues, related to the reason we came in the first place. Upon calling them to inform them of this they denied any involvement and backed away from it as much as possible telling us we needed a Whole New Engine and we would have to pay out of pocket (even though they already charged thousands for the work done) Obviously this was wildly inaccurate and had it taken somewhere else that luckily was able to have it properly handled through insurance.If your having a bad day and want to talk to someone stop in and say hi. Bc thats about all theyre good for.

I have used both this location and the one in Manchester, Md and have nothing but good things to say about their service. I have consistently had excellent work done for lower costs than anywhere else. Their estimates are sometimes on the conservative side, but the work has consistently been at, or more often below the estimated costs. In addition, turn around has always been prompt.

Customer service was fine, but quality of work is unacceptable. Dont have time to put my vehicle back into the shop, so I will deal with it. Paint/body work is complete junk. Was told they would replace some molding as well, which was never touched. I knew I shouldnt have dealt with Rons as I have had previous experience at his dealership. Surely wont be recommending or taking any of my other vehicles to this shop. Look elsewhere if you care about your vehicle!

After my car was hit on my parking lot at work, only a few months after purchasing, I was worried she would never be the same. I took her to Rons, and never been happier. The employees that work there, all of them from the ones in the office to the onces working on the cars, they are friendly, professional amd genuine. Car was fixed 2 days sooner then expected and looked like nothing ever happened. Wouldnt be able to tell other then the fact of how well they cleaned it. Will go back again and will tell others.

I had my bumper repaired from a rear end collison. Service was great. I get home and go in my center console and notice it has been dug through. My Tom Tom GPS and Ipod along with the chords were missing. I never take them out of my car and they were buried in the bottom of the console. I call the shop up to speak to the manager and he was not helpful at all. No i should not have left those items in there. But he even said the car was always on their lot locked. Someone stole my Ipod and GPS and they will not fess up to it! Never using them again. He even admitted to me they take the change from peoples cars! I strongly urge you to use a different shop. If you do use them, completely empty your car out of anything or it will be taken!

We purchased a truck 2 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. It has been taken back several times regarding a flashing airbag light that has been on since the day after we purchased the vehicle. They wanted us to pay to get it fixed! We have had transmission, drive shaft, more flashing lights, wheels locked up. Just told again today that it is a piece of junk ( by yet a different mechanic) and I still am making payments on it! I would not recommend this dealership to buy a used car.

Awful experience here. ended up paying to get my car towed to a different shop and it was completely worth it to not have to worry about Rons touching my car. if you are filing a claim against Gieco and want to take it here ...DONT. there was damage to my car that the shop expert and Geico adjuster was saying wasnt from the accident. after another shops opinion and a complaint filed, it was reversed without question. they both either tremendously suck at their job, or they were working together to make a quick buck off a younger guy. the damage was evident and i even had before and after pictures of the accident with time stamps which wasnt even enough for the SUPERVISOR for Gieco. Very upset with lack of knowledge and customer support. i reccomend noone to ever go here and watch out for Gieco if you have too...
