Did the deal all over the phone and from out of state. Great price, communication was clear and constant throughout the process. Money wiring instructions were perfect (my first time doing wire transfer). Documents were sent to me Fed Ex with instructions. They arranged delivery in Colorado where the van needed to go. Very smooth transaction all around.

Made us wait 6 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Then refused to reset oil service light on dash. We are new in the area and the first time visiting this dealership with our Mercedes. Never had this problem at other Mercedes dealerships. Will never go back

I purchased a car here and it was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. The sales person (Tomas) wasnt pushy and was very down to earth with zero attitude. He knows cars inside and out, and was passionate about them, like I am. He let me arrive at my decision to purchase on my own time frame and was never pushy to sell me the car. I highly recommend him, and this dealership in general, to anyone including my friends and family. Theyll treat you right, and with respect.

Steve in the service department has been so helpful, honest, and kind. We have had some recalls that have been causing some issues for our Sprinter RV. Steve kept us well updated and fit us in when scheduling for these warranty repairs have been a nightmare for them. We appreciate Steve so much for helping us get back on the road and exploring. I went in on a Monday to see a used Acura, and their salespeople are incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable about financing and getting you a good deal on new and even used cars. Their used trade in selection is really wide range and they dont resell anything over 100k miles, they inspect and replace immediately concerning components and will even negotiate about repairs to your used vehicle before purchase. I do have to say, their entire staff is kind, not just the sales, and the process was very easy. Ceasar did an amazing job with all of my questions and even let me inspect the vehicle myself before purchase. 5/5 stars for this dealership, where true quality and honesty is clearly valued.

Poor customer satisfaction. Had wind noise and water leaking from a rear window on a CPO GLS. Service advisor and technicians claimed there was previous paint work done to that side of vehicle and stated it would not be covered under warranty. Supposedly you cant trust a CPO car from this dealership. The response from the advisor was I did speak with my manager & unfortunately body panels are not part of the CPO inspection. Any issues concerning body panels would have to be brought up at time of purchase. So not only did they refuse to fix the issue or offer any solutions, they blamed the customer for not inspecting the body panels on a CPO car. Not buying a car from this place again.

I made an appt. They asked me to come another day. I did. They told me my loaner would be here on the new day they provided. No loaner! Now Im late for work! And missed out on an important business meeting!!!! I watched 4 white women come drop off their cars and leave in loaners. I was there before them. Not even fair! This is the way black women are treated.

Do not take your sprinter here!!! These guys are as bad as they come and will rip you off. I Contacted the dealer in April for a check engine light. They told me the soonest appointment was June 28th. I waited patiently for my appointment and at that point I had 2 check engine light codes and my dash panel wouldnt reset manually. Told the service writer upon arriving one code was for a regen of dpf, the other egr sensor. I asked if they could reset the dash and fix the two fault codes. He said Mercedes wont let them reset the dash unless I did the Service A $959 but said that the def regen is manual and included. Decided to do it because it needed to be done. Explained the oil temp sensor seems to not work correctly because it is extremely high on the dash and near red line. He took his notes and told me they needed the van 2 days. I waited 8 and they never called or communicated anything just got a text saying the van was ready. Got the van back, happy to see the check engine light is off, tpms reset all is good. Wrong, today tmps light back on and headed out of town on my road trip, the check engine light came on 30 min after leaving my office. Unbelievable how is this possible, I waited 3.5 months and 8 days to have them service it and suddenly have a check engine light. Ran the codes and both for the exact reason I took it in the first place. The egr sensor and regen of the def system. Call and they had the balls to tell me I would have to wait in line, I already waited 3.5 months and my issue wasnt address, cmon. I kept trying to explain what i experienced and he said it didnt matter what I told the service writer, they base service solely on what the computer has. he said the only thing that came up was low DEF but I had filled that up prior to dropping it off in the first place. That makes no sense and the fact that 30 min after my drive today the same codes I complained about reappeared and they tell me that Im wrong. proof is in the pudding - I have to now turn around and come back, this is absolutely horrible and the fact they arent willing to get it in immediately and address the issue is absolutely horrendous. I am at a Loss of words highly disappointed, frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. Stay away

Took my dads car in for service. Man was it the worst customer service on earth! Asked for a battery change while the car was in they shop. I asked for a receipt as well. 1) they charged for the battery and never changed it. They were not once sorry. 2) I asked what was being charged on my oil change that was 900$ and he was like you signed for it already. 3) it felt like he was judging me. I am 100% upset and my dad was too. I have cars from Porsche, BMW and Audi and never I had someone speak to me like that before. Come on you guys need to do better

The closing process was great. The salesman seemed to be over eager from the beginning, after deciding I would like to proceed he seemed very disappointed that I wasn’t willing to complete the purchase, after his recommendation of taking the vehicle to Jiffy Lube immediately after purchase to repair a noise coming from the AC. He assured me the vehicle was in TOP condition after their 150 point inspection, however I found a major flaw as soon as the vehicle was started. It was disappointing that he encouraged me to take it to an alternative repair shop other than their own, after purchasing a 50K$ plus vehicle, and seemed upset that I wouldn’t complete the transaction without this issue being resolved. I was hopeful that purchasing a vehicle through Mercedes would be an easy, no conflict process however I was let down by this experience. Although they repaired the issue temporarily it seems to of reappeared less than a week after purchase.

These guys are doing the best they can, considering how poor Mercedes quality and brand customer service have fallen. From when I could book an appointment (> 5 months out), I received over 5 recall notices and additional driver systems failed on my vehicle. The service guys should be applauded for trying to make things right with a product that just doesnt have the quality it used to have, and the unavailability of OEM parts. BTW, I tried to reach Mercedes in Atlanta, but they have given up returning calls. M-B of Westminster seems to be the only part of a great dealer network that hasnt given up. Bravo!

Purchased several vehicles from this dealership and after purchasing a new 2019 S-Class, that had a serious software flaw, causing the car to automatically stop at toll booths on E-470 & I-25, I vowed to never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. To be fair, this was a Mercedes issue vs the dealership, however they were no help and in fact unresponsive while our family was at risk every time we drove the car.The car would stop itself, think E-470, 75MPH and the car screeches to a stop at the unmanned toll booths with traffic right behind you. The navigation software had a glitch and thought the toll booths were manned and it had to stop. We were nearly rear-ended several times until we figured out what was going on. Service, Sales and Ownership were unresponsive and dismissive. I ultimately traded this new car in within 30 days through another dealer (MB of Denver). BTW this same car, was purchased new off the showroom with a bent rim (which they replaced).Despite my better judgement, I recently purchased a 2021 S-Class through MB Westminster (only dealer in town w/ spec) and again the dealership knows little about the new technology in the car, for example the hotspot will not work and there is no ETA to fix it. I have given this dealership more chances than I can count and they simply dont care about the customer once the car is out the door.On the positive side, the transaction to actually purchase the vehicle was fast and as smooth as I have experienced.This is the only one star review I have left for a business, caveat emptor. This is not a bad meal, these are 6 figure purchases, demand more, after all the Mercedes slogan is The best or nothing! Live up to it.

Brought a Sprinter van in for the emissions recall. Was set back about 2 weeks from the scheduled appointment. Since that appointment the Van has been a complete lemon. They blame MB corporate, MB corporate who has also been full of it, says the dealership calls the shots with the problems I’m having.Expect:-Delays in service even with appointments.-Multiple trips to service the same problem.-to provide your own transportation to and from the dealership, even when it’s from their own mistake.- expensive repairs, though at any dealership that’s to be expected.-the only thing the service team has been accurate about so far is that these things seem to continue to happen and they haven’t figured out how to completely repair their own Vans.They have a very beaten down staff who is well aware of the problem. Unfortunately if it’s a warranty you’ll be stuck with them, they know it.Van ran great up until they did the recall update.

I live 3+ hours away and let them know this when I booked the recall and schedule A appt.1. Showed up and Ernesto said there was not a loaner available at 8 am. He said I could wait for 2 hours2 guy checking me in said I could come back later. I asked to speak to a manager where I said to let me know when one was available.3 when I got back the manager said when do I need this back I said tomorrow since I live outside of Glenwood springs. He said it might take a month to fix my car. I told him either I don’t get service or I get my car tomorrow since my husband and 2 dogs were with me and he had a test with the fire department Saturday morning.4 they said they could transport my car to me in Glenwood- ask so if I chose to sit for 2 hours earlier that was a lie??? Well he could not confirm/ deny the situation.5 I understand our universe right now but there was no transparency to the situation before I drove 3+ hours and had to book a hotel.So MB responded and I called with no reply!

I bought a used car from this dealer about a week ago that I had found online. It was not a Mercedes but is was an extremely nice newer vehicle. However, there was absolutely no customer service involved - I was literally told in conversation “…in our world versus your world…”…. Really?? My appointment time to come preview and drive the car was blown off by the sale rep - when I arrived for the appointment on time, he was engaged with another client - and I literally never set foot in his office before during or even after the sale - he brought me papers to the parking lot and the lobby… not professional at all for this caliber of a car dealer. I previewed the car by myself and had to ask to drive it. I tried to ask questions and never got an answer except “I’m a Mercedes guy, I have no idea”…. I literally saw the sales rep for a total of less than 10 mins of the one and a half hours I was there and the car sold me, no one else (yet they took the full commission and fees). I received one key for the vehicle and have yet to get a response from the dealer or the rep as to if there was another to know if I do or do not need to have one made. They have not even bothered to call or email back. I love the car and am glad I found it but I DO NOT recommend this dealer. My parents have purchased cars from Mercedes before - different dealer - and had a wonderful experience. This was my first car purchase in 20 years - I definitely can’t say the same.

The service I received was as if the salesman were doing me a favor. The energy I that was shown was that of superiority over me. We waited 45 minutes to look at their inventory and the salesman that greeted us with an attitude, left us waiting with no communication whatsoever. Horrible service and the hospitality was worse than a motel. Money can make people think they’re superior to anyone. Don’t go!

If you have a Sprinter, I recommend you bring your vehicle to any other service center than this one. I’ve been in at least 3 times now with questionable service, including having my check engine light come on TWICE within minutes of leaving the dealership. Oil changes/service A/B have taken up to 3 days without any updates on schedule and without any offer of a rental car in the meantime. Most recently, I brought my van in for Service A on May 7 and was charged almost $1,000. This is a fairly typical market price for that job but after driving my van less than 3,000 miles since then my “Low DEF” light came on and my tank was almost completely empty which means they did not top up my fluids, as I was charged for. For that kind of money, go to a dealer you can trust and will actually get the job done.

Best new car purchasing experience ever. We came from out of state and werent disappointed. When we asked for info on a Sprinter that was coming to the lot, Thomas went out and took a personal video for us instead of just sending the usual info. It was a great personal touch.When we arrived to purchase, we were in and out of the dealership in an hour. There was no stress, no drama, no being shuttled around to different offices. Agree with other post. If you have a sprinter do not bring it here. Over the last year, We have been unable to get our sprinter in for routine maintenance. They are often schedule three months out for basic service (oil changes, getting a new key). They had my van for a week to simply program a key! Most recently, they canceled my appointment after waiting for three months and then offered us another appointment 4 months later!

Now I will be able to get a cash payment as a result of a class action lawsuit questioning the exhaust system of my M-B diesel. After an extensive search, looking at multiple passenger van makes, models, and conditions. I reached out to MB of Westminster regarding a used van that they had in stock. The online images were limited, so I requested more details and images. Within thirty minutes of sending them an email, Tomas Del Bano had sent a link to a YouTube video that included a full tour of the van. While that van got away from us, the quick and helpful service kept us in contact with Tomas.Eventually we ended buying a 2021 Sprinter and could not be happier with the support, both before and after the sale.

The condition of their certified preowned cars is pitiful and perhaps the worst Ive seen of any dealership in my 20 years of car buying. The condition of the used vehicles felt like something you would see at a small privately-owned used car lots at the edge of town. In my experience certified pre-owned cars are typically thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The two $50K plus SUVs that I saw werent cleaned from the previous owners, had significant door dings, dirty upholstery, crumbs, sticky stuff from kids, etc. It was clear that the dealership doesnt invest in properly certifying its cars and it made me think - if they dont care to remove dents, vacuum a car, and wipe it down for resale, what else are they not doing with respect to their pre-owned vehicle sales. I suspect customers arent their priority. Corporate definitely needs to take a closer look at this dealership. Mercedes may have lost me as a customer, or at least this poorly managed and run dealership.

I brought my vehicle in to have 3 items fixed. I believe all 3 were computer/system updates of some sort. 7 hours later I left and was told everything was ok. However only one of the items was fixed. On top of this I’ve had over a dozen warranty recalls, 2 motors replaced in the sliding door and a power steering pump replaced in less than 2 years of ownership. Each visit last between 5-8 hours.

My visit was with Paul, I was worried the speedometer and the cruise control in my GLC 300 werent working properly so I called to schedule an appointment and I was able to get same day maintenance service. Paul was very professional, honest and detailed during our interactions. He worked on my car and explained every steps he took during his diagnoses and findings. I bought a GLE 450 off the lot. This was the worst dealer experience I have ever had. Nobody did any follow up. I paid for a front clear bra and a month later have had no contact regarding installation scheduling. Salesperson did not follow up. Can’t register my vehicle with Mercedes Me account because the salesperson did something to “help” without my permission. It seems as if I was out the door and forgotten.

Recently received above average service from Westminster Mercedes Benz. Service Manager Nate was aware of my departure for Arizona two days from when I dropped off a damaged wheel and tire, so he had the wheel and new tire delivered to me the next day. This in my opinion is excellent service. Other dealerships should follow that example if they want to be known as a provider of Excellence Service!

Had my Sprinter towed here for wheel speed sensor replacement. They have more Sprinter techs at this dealership than others closer to me. The depth of their Sprinter experience really paid off for me to get my van fixed at a dealer over 6 hours drive from home! Even though their first avail appointment was over a week out, Steve was able to fit my van in several days earlier than expected. Im planning to return for future services.

Service Department Review. The service department needs to get their act together. We live 4 hours from this dealership so coming there for service is a commitment. But after making the trip 3 times and still not having all of the issues with our vehicle fixed or even addressed at all in some cases, its doubtful well be entrusting our vehicles with them. For the first trip, we actually received a call that the parts required for our repair were in, so we proceeded to go. When we got there, the parts werent even there. They rarely returned our phone calls, they didnt fix what they said they will fix. Any work they did took several more hours than they promised. There are still some items to address, but we certainly wont be visiting them to take care of it. All around completely unprofessional and frustrating.

Service experience was not the best this time. They picked up my car on Monday and I did not get back until Friday for regular maintenance. Had to ask for updates. Not at all the service I am used to.

I brought in my Volvo XC40 trade and test drove (now my new) GLC 300 Coupe a few days ago. First, it was an easy transaction. Josh Grimm was our sales agent and KB was a Finance Guru. Again, all easy. This was the most expensive car I have EVER purchased yet, the easiest.Thank you to the entire team that helped my husband and I in becoming part of the Mercedes family - look forward to seeing you again and referring many friends over.

Andre and Gabe in the service department were great to work with. I had an issue with a faulty battery on my brand new vehicle. Not knowing that at the time I was quite frustrated when my 21 GLE wouldnt start and I had to get it towed in. Andre handled my frustration quite well and made sure he did everything to keep me updated and get my vehicle back to me. Gabe I cant thank enough! He stayed late so he could diagnose and replace the 48v battery. It was a holiday weekend and my vehicle had been there going on 5 days, so they did what they could to get my vehicle back to me. So far my car is running like a champ and Im very thankful these two made matters better.

Weve bought 4 cars from this dealership and have been using their services for many years. This last time was not a good experience with Ernesto Diaz as our service provider. He tried to upsell us on the services that we didn’t need or want. When we told him that we only wanted an oil change and not the extra services, his demeanor changed. He told us if we only wanted an oil change we would need to reschedule because they don’t have time for “just an oil change”. We called and made an appointment for specifically the oil change only! Not for any other services. The difference in price is $200 oil change or $800 which includes the simple checking of all fluids, tire pressure etc. We didn’t find this necessary as this car is driven twice a month with barely any mileage. Clearly they dont value their clients time nor do they have any customer service when it comes to a service that gives them lesser commission.It is very disappointing that this Mercedes dealership would allow their employees to blatantly act like this. This location is closer to home but I am now hesitant to bring my car back here for future services. If you must bring your car here for service, I advice you to NOT have Ernesto Diaz as your service provider. Don’t let him rip you off.

We took possession of a Mercedes GLE 450in January of this year. While we visited a couple other dealerships, we felt that the Westminster dealership was most responsive. Unfortunately, after bringing the car home it began to shake when started and had to be towed in to the dealership. We both worried about the reliability. The service dept determined that it was a faulty ignition coil. Fast forward, we have been driving the car since January. It has proven to be reliable and a pleasure to drive. We previously drove a BMWX5 and while we had no problems, this car is quieter and feels solid. This dealership is professional and treated us well throughout the ordeal. We will return in the future and would recommend Westminster Mercedes over the other local dealers. We would recommend the Mercedes GLE 450 over the BMW X5.

I’ve been taking my Mercedes to get repaired at Westminster Mercedes, always a good job.I let them know what the issue is, and they are always on top of things. They do the inspection first and will give me a call to explain what the issues are with my car. even though my car is a 2004 Mercedes E class they treat it as a new car .I highly recommend it talk to Jeff or chris.

The service department is non responsive. We have brought in our vehicle 3 times to repair a defective mirror, they have not solved or corrected the issue. On this last visit, It was identified not to work prior to leaving the shop. They said a new part would be ordered and arrive within 24 hours. It has been 3 weeks since they have responded and said to Pray for a result. I have called, Texted, and left voicemails 10x since the last repair did not work. I left a voice mail for the Service Manager, the General Manager, the point person on repair and just about everyone. Still no response. It is an embarrassment to the name Mercedes Benz that they cannot repair a mirror correctly nor respond to a phone call.

We had a travel emergency when our Catalytic converter was stolen and caused issues with the DFE. They got us in and out in a little over 24 hours with no appointment and saved us a fair bit of trouble and expense in doing so. The staff in the service center was great!

The service facilities and advisors are the best. They always do a great job on the service too. My complaint as to not rate them at 5 stars, is that the mechanics leave foot prints all over the interior! I had my Sprinter based RV serviced there and it has light grey carpeting in the cab area. When I picked it up there were dirty/oily foot prints throughout the cab area. If it was a service van I wouldnt care, but when it an expensive RV with white leather interior and nice amenities I would hope they would respect it more. Makes me wonder if they treat the nice cars the same way? In addition to the dirty carpet, there was also a nice greasy handprint on the front bumper...

Have worked with Steve Thompson in Sprinter service for the last couple of years and cant say enough about his customer service orientation and knowledge of the Sprinter vehicles! Hes taken great care of me on warranty and maintenance work. A great person to represent MB ownership concerns!
