Stephen has been my insurance agent for over 10 years now. In that time, weve had several claims for various reasons (car, home) and theyve always been extremely straightforward and simple to handle. Stephen has always been cordial and supportive and willing to provide guidance when needed.

UPDATE: I wrote this awhile ago and my opinion stands. Everyone in the office is always so incredibly nice and helpful. Plus, my rates are lower than any of the other big name companies. Definitely go with Stephen Lardie if youre looking at State Farm.I get great rates for both my home and auto insurance, and the customer service out of Stephen Lardies office is impeccable. Theyre always kind, courteous and helpful over the phone. When we purchased new vehicles, the DMV was giving us problems with handing over our registration because their system didnt show we had coverage, and Stephen personally called them at 7:30am to insure they got everything we needed. He also knows who you are the second you call and answers any questions you might have!

Highly recommended agent.We were having problems with our title company sending the initial insurance payment to State Farm. Stephen took the bull by the horn and got it taken care of. He even arranged to conference call me in during his conversation with the title company. In this day in age this type of hands-on service is hard to find and greatly appreciated.

I recently transferred over to State Farm with Jacob Lingard (Stephen Lardie agent). I was previously with another company who decided that after more than 20 years of loyal service that they were going to raise my rates 66% for having to file my very first claim, ever. I spoke with Jacob and he got me a better quality insurance for just a little more than I was paying with the previous company before the accident. High quality service and would highly recommend this State Farm agent for any of your insurance needs. I transferred 2 trucks, a 5th wheel travel trailer and my home insurance. Everything was taken care of in a very orderly fashion.

I have used Stephen for a couple of years now.Previously, every experience I had with an insurance agent was a hassle and I was given the run around.Not with Stephen, he is attentive and actually tries to help you out.Im glad to say that I feel as if Stephen has been on my side with the 2 claims I have made. Hopefully there wont be anymore to come, but if they do I know I will be taken care of and treated fairly.
