I used the online reservation system and my appointment request was never confirmed so I made an appointment elsewhere and emailed them the day prior to the requested appointment to let them know I was canceling because they hadnt responded and my appointment was still in pending status. The day of the appointment I had originally requested they called 15 minutes after the appointment would have started to ask if I was coming....unfortunate, as Id heard great reviews about this salon. Id suggest not using the online reservation system.

HIDDEN GEM, awesome little salon, all the customers hair looked great, from long blonde hair, thick dark hair with carmel highlights, to short red burgundy hair. Samantha cut my hair, it was all 1 length and too long, not had a haircut in FOREVER, she done an awesome job, exactly what I wanted. Cant wait to do highlights next! Love the atmosphere, not a snooty snobby shop, but still very professional and modern up to date style. If you been looking for a salon and unsure where to go and nervous, look no more.

The stylists are up to date with all the best styles. Upon entering the salon you are greeted and offered a beverage from wine to coffee. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is kind. Its hard to find a good stylist, this shop offers many of them.

I was referred to Serendipity by a friend who goes there for her hair and had Maddison cut and tone my hair, she was such a great stylist and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. No awkward silences, you can tell she really does love her job and is good at it! I had to bring my 4 month old along and the whole salon was so supportive and patient with her fussing at times. I LOVE the way my hair came out and will definitely be coming back!

Ive been visiting this salon for several years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The owners are also stylists, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I like that I can book online through Vargo and see what appointment times/services are available from each stylist. Especially since Im that person that always wants to book last second. I personally recommend Jamee, one of the owners. Super sweet person and also does a phenomenal job!

This salon is conveniently located to anyone living in North Denver. The salon offers a lot of services and is very clean. Karina Degler is the best hair stylist I have ever scheduled with and I would highly recommend her. She always goes above and beyond to ensure her clients get the perfect service.

DONT! My mother went here and she was extremely over charged and then taken advantage of, also she was sold multiple hair products she will never use. Her scalp actually burned when she left. Walk away

I would not even give them one star. Had an appointment with Maddison Ortego. My appointment was at 10:00, around 10:10 I asked the young lady at the counter if she was there yet. She went back and asked the other stylist and I heard her say she is always late. I waited till 10:15 and left. Letting her know I was wanting a new salon. That is horrible customer service. If you go there and put up with that, shame on you! I was there early, first appointment, she should be there ON TIME!

Jenell is the only person I have work with my hair. Salon is very cute and clean, staff is very friendly 😄

They charged me $47 for a basic mani/pedi, even though their website says it is $35 for the combo. I did like that they have a wine and beer bar, but I dont appreciate them not honoring their published prices.
