Madison is the best hairstylist/colorist ever! She has been doing my hair for years! I follow her wherever she goes! Her color instincts are amazing and her flare for what works for your skin tones are on point!! If you want amazing hair cut and color Madison is who you should see!!!!

Ive seen the same stylist, happily, (Ann) who sadly is off, for along time.This time I was scheduled to see the MANAGER .We spoke for quite a while about what I wanted done. A cut and highlights, she had NO problem with what I wanted done! However when I arrived she (VERY RUDELY) claimed she couldnt take care of me. There was another stylist working but SHE was unable to help me either. I really wanted to get my hair done &the MOST KIND Stylist at Penny at the mall got me in and did an AWESOME cut & color. Bye Fantastic Sams!

I was so happy with BrandI serving me. They had no power and still was able to do what I needed done. I like that they worked with the situation that they had and was still able to provide great service.

Overall I was not satisfied with my haircut when I got home I had to get my clippers out and fix a few spots The stylist did not check her work Ill go back to fantastic sams but she will not be cutting my hair.

I moved back to the area about a year ago and hadnt found a new place to get my hair cut that I liked. My friend suggested Angie. I didnt have to wait, she was ready for me. I got the best cut Ive had in a long time. Thank you Angie. I will definitely be returning.

Im sure all of the ladies working at this particular Fantastic Sams are awesome and possess the skills and talents capable of providing an incredible experience getting your hairs cut. That said, of these very capable ladies, I was met with Kirstin. My hair was in her hands, and so too its fate. I discussed how Id like to donate it and she suggested a certain length that would allow me to maintain a style i would be used to but that Id also be able to work with minimal care (short of brushing, washing etc.)Once she gripped my hair there was no going back, but as soon as I felt it, I didnt want to go back. We moved to the sink, I lay my head back. The water was perfect. She ran her fingers through and made sure to put my head where she wanted it. Kirstin: gentle, yet firm.Perhaps Im biased but I left looking far better after she got her hands on me. I may come back JUST to have her wash my hair again. 10 out of 10

I love how my perm turn out it looks great so if anybody looking for a perm go here and ask for julie she a great hair stylist 😊

Ann cut my daughters hair on 2/19/20 and it was supposed to be wash and cut she only cut ✂️ it! Not to mention she had her stand the whole time and was done in less then 5 minutes! Got home and seen it is uneven 😡I dont believe yelling and making a scene will do any good, which is why I will just leave my review here.DO NOT HAVE ANN DO YOUR HAIR. HORRIBLE EXPIRENCE.

Myself I am bald and I dont need a haircut but my mother did she uses a wheelchair or walker and they got her in washed and cut her hair she was so happy I believe the ladys name was Ann who cut her hair she was very nice

The store has convenient hours. There are quite a few stylists. Im usually very satisfied with my haircuts. The cuts include washing your hair. Its $17, but you can often find coupons or they are emailed to you as a customer. Im very satisfied with this salon.

Julie is the best hairdresser! She listens to what Im wanting to do; in this case grow my hair out and still look good in all the stages. She suggested what will work for me and talked about a plan for the grow out process. Always so friendly and professional, never had a poor experience!

It was alright. Although it advertises a free shampoo with every haircut, that was definitely not the case. The girl that did my daughters hair didnt really spend much time on her, but I usually dont expect much from these places. Not horrible for the price I paid.

Nice, clean and friendly. This is the only place I go for my hair needs. If I am considering something new and I describe kind of what I want, they always get it right. Highly recommended!

I wudnt even give this place one star but no star is not an option. But I was told it was an half hour wait it been an hour and I was just told an another half hour. This is not how a business should be run and especially if there are other work not doing there job. Then when a person walks in she take right away. Then when I ask about Oh she an appointment I was here way before this and that lady was not doing anything prior to . And I am not sure if I will return to this again. Thx

Women Thursday got my haircut wanted to get my hair colored but had to wait until Tuesday because Mondays they dont color hair because its Mens Day and they get cheap haircuts so I had to make an appointment to go in today Tuesday and Katie did my hair I love that little girl she did a great job and when my head was burning there was a spot on both sides of my forehead that turned red after she was done she put aloe vera on it to make it feel better she did everything she could to make my experience wonderful I hope that I never have to have anybody else do my hair I hope that I can always get Katie she did a fabulous job the color looks great the redness is gone away on my forehead thanks to the aloe vera she put on it she is such a sweet girl hope when you go in there that you asked for Katie

Just remember their haircuts are cheap for a reason if you want a good cut you have to pay

Had been a customer for a while when I’m in Michigan but won’t go back there. Went in today and there were no customers and three employees. I had one girl come up to me like she was going to take me and then said they are getting someone else and made me sit 5-7 minutes with nobody in the place. So I left. Won’t go back.

I took a gamble coming here. I normally go to luckys salon in canton. Well I chose to come to fantastic sams yesterday. I showed my stylist a picture of the hair cut I wanted. I asked her if she felt she could achieve the cut, she said yes. She cut my hair and did not blow dry it so I did not really see the final result. It looked really short compared to the picture but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because my hair was a curly mess. I went home to wash and blow dry my hair. The end result was AWFUL. I have layers everywhere, some that are only 2 inches long.which you can imagine would look awful with the rest of my hair being 15+ inches. It was an awful experience through and through. Now I have to pay even more money tomorrow to get it fixed at luckys. I would advise people to stay away from this place.

Just horrible. Went in for an balayage and ended up with an unblended ombré that was super brassy. Called to complain and manager said they could only offer me half off of my next visit. I then said I will never be returning again and manager said it wasnt her problem. Worst service ever avoid at all costs

Worst experience Ive had at a salon. No one was friendly. I left the salon with my hair back in a ponytail because she dry cut my wazy hair and it was a frizzy mess by the time she was finished. I was honestly embarrassed to leave a salon looking that way.
