Had a WONDERFUL experience with One Time watch repair shop in Westland Michigan. Went in to get my watch band replaced and it was replaced within a matter of minutes and I truly appreciated that!!

Came in with 3 watches and needed a crystal replacement, batteries and a band repair. She took the watches replaced the batteries and a few other people came and she gave me my watches back and said that I could leave the band replacement one because she now had other customers. I asked her approximately how long thinking that I could grab a meal or shop at other stores in the mall and she just rushed me with I don’t know. I guess paying $38 for batteries and the remaining balance of the cost of the repairs wasn’t worth me being her customer anymore. I’m glad that other places appreciate me as a customer and my money.

I got my first watch there, I changed watch battery there, I sized my watch bracelet there, they can do everything related watches. They even do Jewelry repairs too. My whole family has been doing business with them many years. They are quick service, and professional!

Everytime I need a watch battery or a new band this is where I go. The prices are reasonable and it only takes a few minutes for them to fix you up. This is my go to place.
