Ron has been taking care of my inground pool for 5 years since he refurbished it with new liner. Heater, pump and filter. He does a great job. He and his Crew ALWAYS show up when they say they will, and do everything with a full clean up. They are the best value in town and the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Ron and his crew are honest, reliable and absolutely the best in the pool game. We became pool owners in 2017 and no one could figure out our issues with our pool. We were so sick of dishonest people that were unreliable and couldn’t get the job done right.Monna initially guided us and told us to get a leak detection company out to solve our problems once and for all. Our problems were then fixed and Ron and his crew installed our beautiful, brand new vinyl liner on the hottest summer day. I give them major credit for what they do and I’m very thankful to have found them for our pool needs. Ron also reached out to fix a bad caulk job around our stairs that I told him I wanted done in the past. Others would have left me chasing them to do it!

Ron is an exceptional pool repair contractor. We have an in-ground liner pool and he completely replaced all of our water lines on our 32 year pool. He was always here when he said he would be and finished on schedule.

I purchased my house in January and opened up the pool in April to discover a black pond full of leaves. Rons team got the pool cleaned up to a pristine state. They installed a new pump, sand filter, and salt-water chlorinator when they said they would with excellent workmanship. Prices were very reasonable and I felt very comfortable dealing with Ron.

Down River Pool Service were very professional and polite. They came out the next day and power vacuumed my pool. Even reduced the price because we were closer than initially expected. Now that is service. I spent more on chemicals trying to fix the problem myself. Never again! I will give them a call first when I run into an issue. Thanks Down River Pool Service.
