Good place to get fast, friendly, and good service for a decent price. They often have specials and rebates. The only thing I can say Id like to see from the company is them to wear a mask while dealing with customers out of courtesy.

I went here thinking I would have to spend 10 minutes of my life dealing with high pressure sales tactics. He asked me how I feel about the wipers and how I feel about the air filter. He made the experience about me and my needs instead of pushing sales onto me. I am looking forward to taking all the family vehicles there now. We can make him the official Liveoak fleet auto lube. Also I got to watch TV while they changed oil. They should build a bar or restaurant next door and offer oil changes while you eat or drink a IPA.

Just got my oil changed not too long ago. Owner is a great and caring guy, has been in this business for more than a decade. Great customer service and prices.Never really had a problem coming here and getting in and out quickly, they really care for their customers and wont scam you like these other oil changes. I will definitely return to Westland AutoLube, Rob youre a great man!

I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change, so I walked into this place. The guy who works here looked a bit intimidating because he has the biggest calves Ive ever seen but he was so nice and helpful. He was also very upfront with the pricing unlike most shops in the area. The ONLY complaint I have is that the waiting area smells like the axe deodorant spray factory. They also have a punch card system which is nice because if you commute to work,and need oil changes often you get the 7th free! 😊

This place was so nice. I called first and they were really friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. Didnt try and rush me off the phone like most auto shops. Said i didnt need an appt. I Just wanted a simple oil change. Told him my budget and it ended up costing half of what i was expecting. :) Drove it in the shop for me as i was uncomfortable doing so and it was all done very fast. I was referred here by keiths muffler and im glad i was.

The guy I always see there (I’m assuming the owner) is nothing but nice and professional. I’m in and out for my oil changes in no time. Ever since I found this place I refuse to go anywhere else for my oil changes.

Have gone here numerous times, and never been disappointed! Their prices may be a little higher overall, but you get what you pay for. I am never pressured to buy anything, and if I decline any service or part, am not treated as though I dont know what Im doing. The guys here have saved the day for me on more than one occasion: several years ago, when I was driving my family to Florida and the AC quit, they were able to do some hose repairs and get it working again, then again last night during the first big blizzard of the year, when I pulled in just moments before closing with my power steering having gone out. They discovered the hose that had come loose and clamped it, did a complete oil flush, installed new wipers, ail filter, etc. (all of which my car desperately needed), and never made me feel like they were rushing to get out of there or resentful that I drove in when they were going to close. My car barely limped in there, but drove out like a champ! Great, great service!!!

Not really sure why the ratings so high for this place. I brought my ford raptor here for a oil change and air filter. the guy yanks the hose off between the air filter and throttle body with out loose in the clamp so dumb to do on this truck made me mad oil appeared over filled and he slammed my hood really hard and left a valve stem cap off one of my tires like really? maybe this place is ok for a clunker car but if u care about ur car stay away u been warned wont ever come back

Great friendly, speedy and honest service, been going to get my oil change there and other vehicle related service there for many years and never have had any issues or complaints

We have been customers for years and have taken many vehicles in for oil changes. We took our truck in for diagnostics to be run on it, we didnt receive any written estimate, or work order until after the fact. They did not call us so we went up there around 630, they close at 7. While it was in their possession, something caused a connecting rod to shot through the bottom of the motor and the oil pan. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and refused to work with us to get the problem resolved. Im very disappointed with the situation.
