Excellent customer service, friendly always

This is one of the worst facilities with customatoemr service. Very un educated on the process of the loan. It took over 45 mins and my loan was messed up in the ned. I do not recommend. I will be calling cooperate on how this facilities could benefit from training their workers. They didnt even read over the contract. Just asked me to sign. Luckily Ive been to a great well trained facility in the last so I am aware of what I am signing.

After recently hitting a rough patch, a friend of mine recommended this company and this location specifically. She couldnt stop raving about the guest service Jeremy provided her in a patient yet thorough manner. After hearing such amazing things about Jeremy, I was able to cast aside my own reluctance about a payday loan Institution and visited the location this past week. When I got there, Jeremy was unavailable. As my nervousness began to rush back over me, a young man named Austin greeted me with a friendly and warm smile. He made the process extremely easy and quick all the while being extremely thorough in answering all of my redundant questions. In hindsight Im glad Jeremy wasnt available because Austin provided me with the best guest service Ive ever received.
