Brought 18 button up shirts to be washed and pressed. Nikki got them done in just a day and a half and they look great! Found my new place since the cleaner I used to go to, unfortunately, closed for good.

I brought them my wife’s bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding just to be altered or shortened a few inches, when I came to pick it up two weeks later it had blue ink spots all over it and the owner pretended like he knew nothing about it, and he said they would have it cleaned and I could come back and get it the next week although when I returned it’s still had blue ink spots all over it…Then this turned in to a game of, come back in a week, then a week later I’d be back and he would say oh I still can’t get it fixed I need to send it out to another location to get it fixed (and then another we could go by) and he would say “I didn’t get it back yet” or “oh it’s not ready yet” it was never ready as promised and then ultimately the wedding came and passed and he STILL did not have it ready as promised and tried giving us another dress it was not anything at all like the bridesmaids dress that was needed for the wedding. When I came back to be compensated for the dress he went on and on telling me about how business has been really slow for him everything is so unfortunate he doesn’t have enough money to pay us for the dress and he said $150 was too much for the dress (in his opinion I guess) and that we need to understand the amount of money that he paid to have the dress ruined by another cleaner wasn’t his fault (why is a cleaner outsourcing, incapable) and ultimately he would only repay us $100 even after all of the Bullcrap that he put us through. Claimed it’s the first time it’s ever happened in all of his years of business and I find that extremely hard to believe. He does not care about you as a customer, He will say that he does but actions speak louder than words and he couldn’t even pony up the $150 for the dress after two months of giving us the run around.

Mary and the Checkers/Nikkis family have been my dry cleaners for over a decade at multiple locations. They truly care about their product and use a common sense approach to cleaning....... Theyre honest and transparent with the pricing, and pickup expectations.Best in the business.Momos amazing!

Great staff, and they never upset on any orders. I bring on average 20 items a week and theyre always done perfectly and on time. Great family run business and great prices. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good dry clean service!

The absolute worst dry cleaners I have used in my entire life. I brought a relatively expensive, silk neck tie into Nikkis for dry cleaning. I specifically asked for the staff to take care of the tie because of its value. Upon picking up the tie I became aware that the tie was scrubbed with some sort of brush which compromised the integrity of the tie. A person who has the proper knowledge of this particular business would never have done that. Once I explained to the man that my tie was not brought in to him for cleaning in this manner and that it was ruined. He refused to acknowledge that the tie was ruined let alone compensate me for it. Save your money, time, and clothing.

They definitely are NOT open at the hours listed on Google! Ive tried to go there three times in the last week, and theyve been closed every time!
