The staff is stellar. I am always taken care of. As for responding to an email, not so good. They have competitive prices time to time and I will be back. I forget their names, but I love her watch! 😂

I had the absolute WORST experience with this store and would highly NOT recommend purchasing from here. Do not accept help from anyone without getting their name... Long story short, I came in and was helped by a gentleman at the Westland Mall location. I opened a credit card account with them to order a name plate necklace. The representative first tried to manipulate and trick me into paying $1000 for a piece that usually costs $600. First red flag. He tried to bribe me with a lower monthly payment which was only $6 less than my current payments and +$500 on the total to get -$6 for 6 months just didn’t make sense to me. Anyway, I specifically expressed to him that I wanted my chain in YELLOW gold. White was NOT an option and I’d originally asked for ROSE gold which they did not carry. After 2 weeks a lady called me to inform me that my custom piece was ready.. I immediately planned a day to wear it assuming that my piece was ready and what I had asked for. I used my gas to drive 30 minutes only to find that the representative STILL ordered my piece in white gold. The lady who helped me that day insisted that the order will be expedited. Another WEEK later I called the store and simply asked if the piece had come in yet. Considering the fact that the purchase has ALREADY shown on my credit report and payment due date is near. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She says “Uh, we’ll call you when your order is ready” basically saying don’t call me rushing me on an order I messed up and promised would be fixed in less time. No problem so I called who I thought was corporate they just transferred me back to the store who wouldnt agree to any compensation it is going on 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my piece that was supposedly ready just 2 weeks ago. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. These people are inconsiderate, incompetent, and obviously not “happy” to help people.

Customers beware of David, he will rob you blind. I have been coming here for years. Sandy was the best. It’s very sad that she is no longer with the company. I was there and spent 2,400 on a tennis bracelet and was supposed to get a 500 dollar Amex gift card I never got. Went back and the sales man David doesn’t have any customer service and doesn’t know how to treat people. Beware of him. He only cares to up sell to make his commission and keep any extras that you were supposed to get. I have spent well over 15,000 here. They used to have a great staff but now all they care about is their commission. I would go to Kay’s right next door. They have way better customer service, or I would find a different Helzberg to go to. This one is dying and won’t be there much longer, the way they steal from their customers and treat them and only care about up selling and filling their pockets with commission. It’s really sad when you have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Great customer service and cleanliness. My representative was so courteous and attentive to my needs for my daughters 1st real jewelery and 13th birthday. And during the pandemic I know as difficult it was communicating with masks, she made the process as pleasant as possible.

I stopped in today January 21st 2020 and seen Lisa, everything was awesome as usual super customer service youre not pressured into anything and theyre just very welcoming highly recommend Westland Mall. I stopped in because I received a flyer with a free little pendant necklace which was pretty cool in itself, but also picked up this bear for 14.99 and $5 goes to make a wish everyone should stop in.

My Fiance purchased my dream from here. The staff is so amazing there and always make me feel so welcomed! I had to take it up there to get sized last year, they said it would be done in about two weeks. Well I ended up getting it back that week! Just recently I lost a stone (Mind you Im getting married in three weeks) I took it in Sunday and they said it might take up to a week before the wedding. They said I had nothing to worry about and that I would get it back soon. WELL THEY CALLED ME THE WEDNESDAY AFTER! So fast!!! Im happy! Thank you!

TERRIBLE! There is always the same reason why you have to pay money outta pocket to get your jewelry fixed even though I purchased a lifetime warranty! Save yourself the trouble & go elsewhere.

Let me just say this place is a nightmare when you need anything fixed. We purchased a watch from them and of course it broke right after warranty ended. So we had it sent out to be fixed and the lady told us it would take 3 weeks tops. Its now been 1 week shy of 2 months. We called 3 different times and spoke to 3 different people for them to tell us we will call back with an ETA. Did we ever get any phone calls back? No. We ended up having to go into the store for the manager to finally call the jeweler who was fixing our item to then say it will be another 7 business days.... this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it can take time to fix things but dont promise it will only take 3 weeks and return phone calls when you say youre going to! Worst customer service. Wont be purchasing from this company again.

I will never be back to this place. Its a joke. They took 2 weeks to get me my expedited ring and still kept the money I paid to have it expedited. They gave my ring back with 2 diamonds missing and at that point had to send it away for 2 weeks to assure me the good jewelry was going to fix it and three weeks later i finally get it back. After 3 kore weeks yet another diamond fell out! What type of junk are they selling!?!?!?!

They were very nice until they found out how many carats my center diamond was. Then I’m guessing they saw dollar signs and tried to get me To purchase my own wedding band. I explained that I got engaged April of this year (2018), and we are getting married May 2019. He’s going to purchase whatever band I decide by December of this year (2018). I am very indecisive so he’s giving me that long because he knows I’ll change my mind, I’ve already changed my mind about wedding bands several times since I started looking three months ago. The woman said “would you fiancé be upset if you bought your own wedding band today?” Yes he would, and even if he wouldn’t be, im not buying my own wedding band right now with my own money months before I want to just because you’re desperate to make some commission! Then another guy comes up to me and says “you can always return it or put it on layaway”. Seriously I wanted to be so rude and sternly tell them that the answer is NO. Instead I nicely said “like I said I’m not sure what I want yet and there’s no point in buying something that I’ll just have to return because I changed my mind”

Service at this place is absolutely terrible! My watch has been at this place for 4 months to get crystal replaced. Everytime I call I get another excuse why they dont have it. Helzberg has lost my business for this! What a shame.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Im not sure if we came on a bad day, but the lady that waited on us was the rudest sales person I have EVER met! One of my girlfriends had just gotten engaged, and wanted to get sized, since her new engagement ring was too small. She explained to the saleslady that she just wanted to check her size because she was pretty sure she was a 6 and her fiance thought she was a 5, and with being pregnant, she just wasnt sure anymore. The saleslady then, very disrespectfully, asked why they didnt get her sized when he bought the ring at the other store. Keeping quite calm, we replied that my girlfriend was not with her now fiance when he bought the ring, hence the mix-up. Again, the unpleasant saleslady replied nastily, asking why we didnt just go back to the place her fiance bought the ring to get sized. At this point, needless to say, we were all pretty fed up with her patronizing remarks, but again replied that the other store had just closed, and that she was just curious of the correct sizing. The saleslady FINALLY, but still reluctantly grabbed out the sizing rings and began the process. This wasted about 5-10 minutes of our time with her unprofessionally procrastinating before we received anything besides nasty remarks. After the sizing, we left that place knowing that none of us would EVER buy from Helzberg in the future because of this incident. A couple of days later, my girlfriend went to double check on the salesladys sizing, because she was so rude and obviously untrustworthy, and it turned out she sized her WRONG!! The saleslady at Helzberg sized her at a 6.5, where she is really a 5.5 - 6. This couldve been a mistake or oversight on behalf of the testy saleslady, but with how snide she acted, I wouldnt put it past her for that oversight to have been completely ill willed.

They have everything you need for the family birthday mother days farther and just for you thanks for being there for me

The people are friendly and looking forward to going back as I plan a more costly purchase in the future.
