I had a difficult time finding a company to move a hot tub from the former owners home to my home. The kind lady who gave my family the hot tub suggested this company. I had to wait a long time which I knew from the outset. Whole staff is amazing. Got delivered yesterday. Delivery guys are professional and will take great care of your investment. They put the tub in place even on a deck with several steps and two tiers. Sitting in it right now. I don’t ever want to get out.

We never buy large purchases on the drop of a dime,but after talking to Dawn and her mom about hot tub we were sold. Never pressured nor rushed to buy. Just brought a Regency RC500e gas fire place from them. They were very friendly, honest easy to work with. It looks great in our basement, and keeps us warm and cozy. The remote start is an added bonus.

I called today with a few technical questions about my hot tub, and a Tracy answered. She was extremely nice. As we were talking her husband had just returned. She put him on the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable. All questions answered and he told me a few things I had been doing wrong that I was never told by the place I bought years ago. I will be trading in my hot tub with them, probably later this year.

We went up there yesterday, and they were awesome answered all my questions because we knew nothing about hot tubs. And of course purchased our first one from there. Great service!!
