Amazing. Cheap, compared to other high profile gyms, has every machine imaginable. It is neat and clean, and well maintained. I fell this is better than power house gym (the gym I used before this).

Despite being a black card member for about a year now. when I came to the gym to take a shower before work they said that they couldnt find me in their system and that they couldnt let me shower. I had to download the app. In my new phone after which I didnt have enough time to shower before I went to work so now I have to stink even though Im paying his company money not to stink.

I am long term planet fitness user and I moved in town recently. I was checked several planet fitness locations in the area and I decided to transfer my membership to the Westland location. I picked this location because the bigger size facility that I compare with other locations. The facility include the bath room and locker rooms are always clean, and less clouded which I like less contact with other person and keep proper social distance while I am working out in this current pandemic situation.

Was a little skeptical on joining a gym because of the covid19 pandemic. I walked in and not only it is SUPER CLEAN, but everyone was washing down equipment and following the social distance rule. All members and employees were following the protocol! Also it looked like they did a newer renovation here at this gym, looks so new & cool looking! Everyones so nice here, including the members! Definitely glad I purchased a PF black card.

This is one of the nicest PF I have visited. With travel I have been to at least 25 locations. Great lay out. Lots of equipment. Separate rooms for abs, stretching and 360. You can do walking lunges until your legs crumble 🙌👍

The place is nice. The staff are warm and welcoming. The clientele are courteous and keep to their own. The machines aee in great shape and cleaned regularly by both patrons and staff. And the locker rooms are nice and clean. For a guy trying tonlose a few extra lbs or trying to get to their goals period its a great place to work out.

I like this gym a lot, the owner is a really nice guy. My old gym closed down so I started going here and enjoying it

I overheard Drake the manager of the club being rude to a club member because he accidentally logged himself out of his a PF mobile app. I feel like he greets particular members with sarcasm and discrimination. If you ask me I don’t think he’s the right fit for a “judgement free”place like planet fitness. It aches my heart to have to write this review. 😞

Always the home away from home, with an amazing staff!

I’ve been working out here for about 3 years. The new General Manager is by far the best thing that has happen to this PF. The staff is always in a great mood now and it seems he knows the name of all of his customers which makes things sooo much better. Drake is great as well as his whole team.

Everyone was very nice except for this skinny caucasian female who screamed and was very rude to my girlfriend and I. She was upset cause my girlfriend wanted to tan after I did. She was zooming around the place at full speed complaining over something so small in front of everyone as loud as possible. Made everything very uncomfortable. Probably not coming back to this location.

Crystal the Assistant manager is so rude and condescending ill never step foot in there again! I left the gym so upset, people usually go to the gym to relax and unwind, but Crystal makes that experience Opposite for me!!!she really is very unprofessional, instead of calming me down after upsetting me and touching MY belongings she asked me if i wanted to cancel my membership! Every other gym is fine I’ve NEVER HAD A PROBLEM!

The facility was clean and staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my workout.

Westland Planet Fitness over charged me by $10 dollars for the past three months - a total of $30.00 overcharge. $30.00 means a lot to me.The Westland manager said the monthly $10.00 overcharge was a late fee. They got my money on time! Planet Fitness AUTO CHARGED my credit card on the same day of the month for each of the three months.I requested a refund of the overcharge and the manager said We never give refunds. I asked to speak to headquarters and she replied There is no headquarters. I asked to speak to the Franchise owner and she said, His name is Terry, but he cannot be contacted.What kind of business is this? Shame on them!

Friendly clean and not too crowded

To me, it’s the best PF I’ve been to. I like the staff and they’re always friendly and welcoming. I literally drive further to this location just for the enjoyment and I love how much bigger this gym is compared to the other locations.

Went for membership information was given flyer and cost explained to me asked for tour of facility was told that they would have to fill out info on computer to give us a tour seems like a strange way to get business

Just a place to move around for mild to moderate work outs

Planet fitness is great. The rules prevent most bad gym behaviors. It is a good workout place for those who just want to exercise or use some medium sized weights. The staff is very polite, no attitude. I appreciate that they work during the pandemic.

Well maintained place, have all required equipment for beginners and for Advanced enthusiast.

Love it love it love it love it staff is great all the things you can do for the monthly charge are unbelievable tan everyday hydro massage therapy chair which by the way is out of this world massage chair classes all the equipment 24 hours a day for under $30 a month to no brainer people

I have been a member @ Westland for 10+ years and have been bringing my grandson.who 1comes with his parents. This time we were turned away, this new guy said we couldnt because he is not 18. When I joined the age was 17 17

Prices are good, everytime I go people are spaced out, wearing masks, I see staff going around cleaning machines. Staff is semi friendly.

PF provides an encouraging yet relaxed atmosphere, and I am HOOKED!I have found the staff at this location to be accommodating and friendly, the equipment is well-maintained, and the facility is always clean. The hydro massage beds and massage chairs are HEAVEN after a hard workout, and I am so thankful that we have the opportunity to use them.

Always clean facility! The manager, Karen, and her staff are super nice. The black card amenities (tanning beds, massage chairs, etc) are always in working order. Karen has been the manager at this location for a while and shes done a great job!

This is a really cool Planet Fitness. Over the years Ive been to a few but this one is top notch. Nobody even looks at me! Its great. Plenty of equiptment. Plus other perks that make any membership you choose pretty swell.

I am constantly travelling around the area for work, so my Black Card is so helpful being that I can pop into whatever gym is close when my schedule gets tight.This week I visited the Westland location and was immediately impressed by the friendly staff as soon as I walked in and blown away by how CLEAN the gym was.I spotted no cat hair dust bunnies while I was on the floor doing core work which is so refreshing. Hoping my schedule lines up to stop in here again soon!

Staff are great. I like being able to get help from a trainer without having to pay for private sessions if I only have a question. I especially appreciate the Westland location.

Morning staff has absolutely no personality! All seem miserable and the GM definitely needs a little pep into her personality. Night staff on the other hand are amazing, stop to talk to you, know you by name are always in a great hyper mood.

Best Planet Fitness I have been too! They have newer machines, its always clean. They recently added some water rower machines that I havent seen at any other gym; they are fantastic cardio. Just cant give 5 stars for the fact its a Planet Fitness and they only have smith machines.

The gym is kept clean. Plus they have the equipment for free weights, machines and treadmills. The trainer is very helpful and will help you accomplish your goals.Sad to see reviews putting the gym down for young kids. You will see them at life time and fitness 19 as well...

Recently I needed to exercise in a pool, due to knee surgery and joined a higher priced gym in the area to aqua jog. As I was at that gym, I realized how much I like this planet fitness location(Westland). The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the gym is always clean. The atmosphere of the staff and fellow gym members is outstanding. I found myself going to the higher price gym just to aqua jog, then going to planet fitness for upper body weights. No gym is perfect, but Planet Fitness is a outstanding option and is much better than most of its higher priced competitors in the area. The recent addition of three more workout rooms is great. I just wished they had installed the heavy bags on the 360. I hesitate slightly writing this review, since gyms get so crowded this time of year, but all you resolution makers in the area should check out Planet Fitness

The Wayne and warren location is the best by far ! The staff keep the gym very clean and are always very nice! One thing I do suggest is hand sanitizer be put at every cleaning station.
