Ordered a 10 cy dumpster-trailer and they delivered a 9 cy wooden trailer for construction materials with holes in the bottom not cleaned out dropping broken glass on the driveway. My buddy, who didnt know better, at the property paid cash upfront for the trailer so my bad for not being there to inspect delivery.I got out a tape-measure and measured it to make sure I wasnt wrong about it being undersized, it was 9.11 cy. Typical size of a 10 cy is 14 x 7.5 x 3.5 which is a generous 13.6 cy (like a bakers dozen). This trailer was 10 3 x 6 x 4.The price was cheaper by $50 than competitors but that is actually more expensive per cy than the standard 10. To be price competitive they need to make it clear the trailer is only 9.1 cy and the price ought to be $200. This screwed me over and now I have to order a second one.When I called to ask if we could get a larger one the guy decided to argue insisting this trailer was 10 cy and kept asking for an ID from the trailer when it has none. So we loaded the trailer with what we could and left early.They showed up unannounced the next day and took the trailer without any contact. This crosses a line from customer mismanagement to breach of contract.
