This is the worst place ever and I can see why they only have 2 1/2 stars I’ve been talking to an employee for five days sent all my information he claim I got an approval I paid I waited a whole Nother extra day on top of the five and then I called back in a manager tells me that someone was just helping out in they should have told me that people who work for cash cannot get a TV mind you I’ve been calling for five days where was the manager for five days when I was calling sending all of my information call them back to back I asked if it was something that we can do to work it out he tells me no I sent over all this information wasted my time for five days straight and the icing on the cake is The disrespectful manager hung up on me this place needs better employees a new management and definitely way better customer service and that’s why their rating is so low because they have Anyone working for them and they don’t even know what they’re doing

Probably the Nastiest place to buy furniture, they accept people based on the people you know ... they will tell you the day of delivery after you moved everything around that your order has been cancelled .... they tell you to pick Your refund up and give you no explanation as to why you were turned down. And Jeff the Store Manager is the judgemental person who turned me down because my mom bought from here before and was late with her stuff, didnt know I was her, but whatever Do better Rent a Center this why nobody like yall now 💁🏽

I hate that I rented from here. I wish I had the money to buy from somewhere else so I could return this overpriced merchandise. They call multiple times a day ON THE DAY ITS DUE, they dont wait until the payment is actually late to start the harassment. I got a call, answered it, told him I had gotten into an accident and was trying to get things together. No concern about my well- being, not even a generic Im sorry to hear that. Just a Can you make a payment now? I hung up. Jerk called right back & went straight to voicemail. They are ridiculous.

Overall satisfied with my purchases and will continue my services with them if you dont like the price your spending on a item just return it and walk away

I came to these reviews and other than people giving it a low star rating it does not tell me specifically what the problem is that they had. What does dont rent from people who assault minor children mean? Very immature and vague. I think the people are more of the problem than the business.

I put over $1000 into a TV. I was told my early buyout was another $1200! For a damn 65 inch vizio tv.. Jesus christ thats robbery. Then I was told I could upgrade and do the 90 days same as cash but id lose the money I already paid them. So they want me to buy 1 TV for the price of two.. Goodluck getting this TV back you Bastards.
