The worst doctor I have ever had the chance to visit. The first time I came to see her, she did not even have a stethoscope to check my ear infection. So she asked me; three simple questions. Then by that determination she stated; I no longer had an ear infection. Which of course I still did, and had to receive further treatment from another doctor. I would never recommend anyone coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO..

The therapist provided to me was not a match. I was told there is no other therapist I may try and to try to continue with the one I was given. She was unable to recognize she was no longer any assistance to me and kept me in treatment longer than expected.If you are in the area and looking to establish care, I highly recommend avoiding Heigera Westland at all costs and try Hegira Livonia, Cruz Clinic Livonia, or Apex Behavioral Health in Westland instead. They are all better than this place.

Counselors dont call you back, then they wont let you change counselor without a meeting. Wont let you see the doctor unless you see a counselor first. Not helping anyone trying to help themselves.
