Dissatisfied with the Geek squadTook my phone in for screen repair and my phone was working 100% ....When I received my phone back, The Face ID doesn’t work
Very rude staff and don’t bother asking for the manager. It was the manager I was dealing with apparently. I guess they don’t show people how to deal with an upset customer that has been kept waiting. My advice.....pay more and go somewhere else before you deal with these folks. I will from now on.
Don’t order any appliances delivery and installation here. I ordered over-the-range microwave and other appliances, but thr microwave has been delayed three times without any explanation. (and it has not been delivered yet!) Best Buy has a problem with their tech support team Geek Squad. They don’t communicate well enough to keep me with up-to-date information.

Its Best Buy so you know what its all about. This particular location seems to have an abundance of employees, but they have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact and force you to approach them (if you can catch them) and ask them for help if there not too busy looking busy, they will find the person who is supposed to be the one in that particular department to help you. While you wait longer you may continue browsing until the correct person arrives to assist you.Also, the whole price matching thing is only good if its the exact model and serial of like item. At Micro Center they are drama free with the price matching and match online prices (unlike here). From my personal experience anyway. Good luck !
Completely fixed the port on my laptop, kept me updated the entire time, and returned the laptop quickly in perfect condition
